Hotel Sema in Patara

Beautiful family owned place with superb view on the village that stretches all the way to the beach. A garden looking hotel with greenery all over. A feast to the eye!
The rooms are cozy and the flooring was particularly nice to my liking. It included a refrigerator that was super clean and functioning, a rare find! We had a patio with a beautiful view on the village and on the patio we had a clothing line to dry our clothes. That's a nice addition that long journey travelers will find helpful.
The pool is an Infiniti pool that overlooks the village and lights up in blacklight when the sun goes down and it gives a nice blue color that makes flashing color pop. We enjoyed it mostly after sun down since we were at the beach during the day.
Our host was super friendly and helpful, we liked him and his wife alot. You will most likely book an extra night because of how nice this place is!
Oh and the breakfast is so good you will love it!

Great stay, lovely owners
A great stay in nice, simple, and clean rooms with AC. The owners are lovely, sweet people and the breakfast was big with breads, jams, fruits, vegetables and eggs. Excellent value for the price and about a 10 minute walk (with some hill) to the centre of town. Wifi worked well enough to stream, and the pool area had several tables and chairs to hang out around. Overall, would recommend!

The breakfast was rich and the owner was friendly. However, there was no cleaning and no toiletries after staying for two days.

I’ve been in Turkey for three weeks and this was one of the nicest experiences that I’ve had. The owners of the hotels are very welcoming and warm. Made me feel right at home and the breakfast was the best I’ve had so far.

This is what a real hotel should be. The owners are very welcoming people, they can speak some English and they are always ready to help you with everything. The structure is very modern and very clean and you can feel the attention for details. Rooms are big and comfortable, they come with a terrace too, the bathroom is also big and the shower comes with a huge quantity of hot water. Breakfast is delicious and there is a swimming pool outside.
Location is only 15 mins driving from Xanthos and Letoon. The price is reasonable, but except from many other places you go in Turkey you have the quality. Hope it will be the same in the future and that they won’t increase the price too much as it normally happens for such places, so that we might have the chance to come back again. 😊I personally highly recommend it!
