Adin Beach Resort is in keeping with everything else in Alanya, absolutely beautiful. The service is other worldly & the staff are genuinely keen to assist in giving you the best experience possible. I have especially thank the general managers 'Nurhayal' & 'Bengul', reception staff 'Sila Nur', who's thoroughly supported us on our trip. A big shout out to waiter 'Frat' who provide excellent service during our 'A 'l carte' experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough & can't wait to return

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The food was one of the worst parts: every day the same dishes, very little variety, and almost nothing suitable for people who don’t eat meat. The service was extremely inattentive – staff were more focused on chatting with each other or being on their phones than taking care of guests. After 9 p.m. it was almost impossible to find anything to eat. The so-called “snack option” consisted of leftovers from dinner, and the “mini breakfast” was nothing more than a few olives. Service in general was very poor. Cutlery was constantly forgotten, staff were unfriendly, and I even felt clear discrimination: if you are not Turkish, you are treated worse and receive noticeably less attention. Hardly anyone speaks English, not even at the reception, so communication was a real struggle. Checking in was frustrating and only worked with Google Translate. The room keys often didn’t work, and there was no real room service. The room itself was disappointing: mold on the walls, thin blankets that didn’t keep warm, very uncomfortable beds and pillows, and the minibar was never refilled. The entertainment team promised activities that were never delivered, and the daily program was not followed. Hygiene in the women’s café area was terrible – wet floors and dirty tables. The à la carte restaurant offered very small portions, overcooked and dry meat, and overall tasteless food. Desserts and drinks in the evening were unappealing. For a hotel advertised as 5-star, the quality of food, service, and facilities was far below expectations. Staff seemed unmotivated and uninterested in their jobs. Sadly, this place does not deserve its 5-star rating

The elevators are terribly annoying. You have to wait awhale for going beach or restaurant. That's really wasting your time. Room cleaning is not meticulous enough. It's an old hotel. The sea is beautiful. They've taken great care of women. The food is delicious and fresh. The staff is very kind. Lastly, I tried to postpone my reservation because my child got sick, but no one answered my phone.

Adin Resort Hotel offers you a great time with luxury and comfort. They have a variety of different foods and desserts, including Turkish baklava which is delicious. This place is also very clean and the hygiene standers are perfect. Another thing that you will love about this hotel is the evening entertainment. It is very enjoyable and varied. This makes sure that this is a fun experience for everyone. For a relaxing vacation, Adin Resort Hotel is the place to be.

Pictures and videos are not portraying the reality. And I have no clue why there are so many positive views. I’ve literally came across the worst vocation experience ever. Food and drinks became the biggest disappointment we’ve had. All inclusive restaurant system is probably the only special thing about having vocation in Antalya. We’ve came across rotten vegetables and milk. Food was not tasty at all. Very poor level wof cousin as well as very poor level of choice. They still use coffee machines from 1998, all of available juices are just made from syrup or powder, not even a milkshake is being offered. Building and rooms are obviously outdated. They keep it in a usable condition, but price is not worth the quality. Sea is very dirty, especially in restricted areas, because they formed a basin, making it literally a swamp. But most disappointing is the price. It costed us $1100 (one room: 3 nights for 2 people). One of the biggest and unreasonable money loss I’ve ever had. Accommodation: 5/10 Food and Drinks: 4/10 Service: 4/10 Beach 4/10

Great hotel. Nearly all guests seemed to be of Turkish ethnicity. Separate pool, beach and spa facilities available for men, women, and families. Hotels enforces modest swimwear is to be worn in the family pool/near areas.
