The location is very central. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious. It's a quiet and safe hotel. We had a very comfortable stay.

Environment: There's a good restaurant nearby, and the hotel is very nice. Service: The front desk guy was very helpful. I arrived early and was able to check me in straight away, which was great

The room was nice, and I had a good rest. Parking is available in front of the hotel; just give the key to the front desk, and someone will take care of it

A wonderful hotel in a quiet and green place. Clean, spacious room, lots of lamps, king size bed, coffee table, two armchairs, snow-white sheets. Half an hour to the city center (walk to the bus stop and take any bus)

There is a thermal bath where you can order an individual steam bath for 500 lira

They have a beautiful dining area surrounded by Beautiful garden plants, And the front of entrance setting tables to enjoy the beautiful nature with a Cup of Turkish coffee

We didn't have an evening meal here, so can't comment - the area is very much a student university area, with the buses and trains running in and out directly opposite the hotel (no noise disruption at all)

Arrived here at night and among many dish, served soup and creamy spinach, which both were awesome, among of the best I've had. Room was okay, pretty standard, good view of surrounding area which is nice

Apparently this was previously part of the 'Holiday Inn' chain. It's clean, rooms are great, and the breakfast was also great (usual bread, cheese, salads etc)

For those who is looking for relaxation its not recommended as there is bar and very noisy at night. The cleannesses is area of improvement specially restaurant items. Also the breakfast options are limited

Our room did have a sea view but also a view of the villas nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel. they have an indoor pool and a smaller outdoor pool

Amazing Views It was a great stay! The views were amazing and I had to work on Los Angeles time and I did not want to sit in my room, so I say with the staff in the Lobby each night and they were very accommodating and welcoming

This hotel is really great value. Everything was excellent, the room, the breakfast, the staff, the sauna and steamroom, and the view over the sea while you eat breakfast. it was actually quite hard to checkout

I think I can honestly say some of them were finally my friends at the end of my trip although our languages were so so different. Hot water didn’t flow in a shower often - that’s why I give four stars instead of five

This is my first time back here after almost 20 years and this place hasn’t lost anything from it’s charm. The grandiose 4 poster bed and canopy with a very a la Turca futon we loved everything about this hotel yet again

We chose the bigger room and loved the charming decor. Bed was plush and pillows were very comfortable. Room was warm and we did not felt cold. There was a hamam inside the bathroom, kese, peştemal and soap provided

There was a beautiful and serene lake behind the hotel. You can rent bicycles to see the nature and ducks. Will definitely come back again as all the hotel staffs were very welcoming and helpful

Went for a Haman visit with the family. as we had kids we had to book a private VIP room with a tiny mineral pool. All clean and plenty of towels were made available

When I get here rooms towels were old, mini fridge was not working and room was smelling bad. Then after I reported it they immediately took after everything and changed my room

The terrace balcony has an unbelievable view of the central mosque, the "cocoon" market and other "Hans". The bed was very comfortable, and there is a lounge kind of daybed in the dressing area outside the shower room

Ridding bus from Istanbul airport to Bursa with 2 hours and connect bursa bus no. 38 at bus station to the hotel directly. I have to thank you the hotel staff he helped me to arrange boat ticket return to Istanbul

It's very near to Ulucami where I guess the most visit worthy point of the Bursa since all those shops around it include silk shops. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good

Hotel with great location which is closing to the famous Koza Han (silk market), and Bursa uIu cami, just crossing the road. There are lot of restaurants nearby

The only problem is the bed was smaller. I guess even if I paid for two beds they wrongly gave me one bed it wasn't fit for two people to sleep comfortably

They helped us a lot with both the restaurant and ski equipment rental processes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, especially waking up to the snow view from the window in the morning was unique

The hotel is in a very nice location in the 1st region in front of the ski slope. The ski room is inside the hotel, after putting on your clothes, you can get on the chairlift after 10-15 steps and go up

We stayed at Kaya Uludag for 3 days with my wife. We had our best ski holiday experience after going for ski holidays almost all around the world
