The location was great with a fantastic view. There are many facilities inside including hairdresser, spa/swimming pool, ski rental room, restaurants, games rooms etc. There is also live music in evenings

Let's go to the service; I haven't seen the hotel manager, but I can't explain how all the hotel staff can be so friendly and polite. It must be down to the senior manager. Thank you very much for everything

The hotel offers fresh cuisine and excellent restaurant cosy domeracki everything is clean and nice just have to deal with ventilation which creates a small night sounds of the fans in the background of silence(2nd floor)

We love this hotel ! Merhaba from Malaysia 😍. The check in process was clearly explained and we got the room we requested. The dinner at 7th floor was superb with a view and the waiter very attentive

They helped us a lot with both the restaurant and ski equipment rental processes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, especially waking up to the snow view from the window in the morning was unique

The hotel is in a very nice location in the 1st region in front of the ski slope. The ski room is inside the hotel, after putting on your clothes, you can get on the chairlift after 10-15 steps and go up

The bar with the fireplace was a great place to relieve the tiredness of the day and chat with our friends. The spa services were also really professional; we felt refreshed after having a massage

Went for a Haman visit with the family. as we had kids we had to book a private VIP room with a tiny mineral pool. All clean and plenty of towels were made available

When I get here rooms towels were old, mini fridge was not working and room was smelling bad. Then after I reported it they immediately took after everything and changed my room

For those who is looking for relaxation its not recommended as there is bar and very noisy at night. The cleannesses is area of improvement specially restaurant items. Also the breakfast options are limited

With a lot of variety of fresh bread and cheese. The ladies turkan and aysegul were very hospitable and were serving tea and coffee with smile

Stains on hotel towels should not be considered normal, after all, they are body towels. This is the first time in my life that I have seen a hotel slipper get like this after wearing it twice

The room was very clean and quite large. It was equipped with tables and chairs. The breakfast in the hotel was also good. It was an authentic Turkish breakfast. The location is also very convenient

What I didn’t like: Music noise until 01:00 am when I called front desk told me they have life music in the cafe 😫 I asked for high floor when I booked online not given

We stayed at Kaya Uludag for 3 days with my wife. We had our best ski holiday experience after going for ski holidays almost all around the world

This was a family trip of 3 adult. This is the best one at this area. Hotel is at the same garden with Sultan Murat I. History and atmosphere is priceless. Room, bathroom, ceiling hight and windows are small

Ridding bus from Istanbul airport to Bursa with 2 hours and connect bursa bus no. 38 at bus station to the hotel directly. I have to thank you the hotel staff he helped me to arrange boat ticket return to Istanbul

It's very near to Ulucami where I guess the most visit worthy point of the Bursa since all those shops around it include silk shops. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good

Hotel with great location which is closing to the famous Koza Han (silk market), and Bursa uIu cami, just crossing the road. There are lot of restaurants nearby

The only problem is the bed was smaller. I guess even if I paid for two beds they wrongly gave me one bed it wasn't fit for two people to sleep comfortably

This is my first time back here after almost 20 years and this place hasn’t lost anything from it’s charm. The grandiose 4 poster bed and canopy with a very a la Turca futon we loved everything about this hotel yet again

We chose the bigger room and loved the charming decor. Bed was plush and pillows were very comfortable. Room was warm and we did not felt cold. There was a hamam inside the bathroom, kese, peştemal and soap provided

There was a beautiful and serene lake behind the hotel. You can rent bicycles to see the nature and ducks. Will definitely come back again as all the hotel staffs were very welcoming and helpful
