A great place for a short stay while visiting Bursa. It’s simple, but has everything you need for a good night’s rest. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Orhan welcomed me warmly and professionally, making me feel at home.

A lot of Malaysians in Facebook recommended this hotel. Hence, despite the bad reviews we read on google, we decided to give it a try. Hospitality 10 out of 10 The receptionists ( Mr. Ibrahim and Ms. Yasmine) have been really attentive to us. Their english command is above average for a non-speaking english country. If you like convenient location and good food, you can definitely choose to stay here. The Green Mosque is right outside the window, and there are countless delicacies hidden in the two old streets behind, such as lamb trotter soup, desserts, grilled liver, and Turkish coffee. The only drawback is that it is next to the road and it is not quiet at night, so light sleepers will not sleep well.

Reception lady named Ecem is very attentive, sweet, and kind person. Made booking via booking.com. Rooms are perfect. My wife loved the spa. Kids loved the gaming zone. From Riyadh Saudi Arabia perspective, it is value for money indeed. Definitely will return if we swing by Bursa next time.

I spent two days at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the room cleaning service was excellent, and the breakfast was very varied and delicious. Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

Its great! I love how luxurious their thermal spa is! Room is very spacious too! Their gym is compleeeeteeeee! But sadly they are a bit far from the central area. Far from metro but close to bus station. But overall i do enjoy staying here 😍

It was a really nice hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces when we went to the spa and breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is in a great location. You can use the thermal pools and spa until late hours, which is a big plus. I have stayed here twice, and both times I was very satisfied. The staff are genuinely attentive and helpful. The breakfast impressed me a lot — there was a wide variety of options. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Crown Plaza Bursa is quite good. The hotel agent booked the same room last time, and we happened to get the same room this time. I didn't get to try the Turkish bath that the agent highly recommended, but the sign at the entrance says it's a local five-star hot spring spa, so I'm hoping it's a good idea. Visited with a group and really enjoyed our stay at Anatolia Hotel Bursa. The rooms were cozy, breakfast was decent, and the staff was welcoming. The location is also convenient, with a local store nearby that’s open until 10 PM, which made it easy to grab snacks and essentials. Overall, good value and a pleasant stay.

My stay in the hotel without breakfast

The hotel is nice and quiet. The room is too small and dull. The bed is smaller than me. Moreover next to my window there was a abandoned private pool. There was no water. And a very neglected garden which was died up. So the view should be nice. Food is excellent. But there's no variety. Overall I liked the location. Very cool.

Cozy room, Queen bed, king size would be better, but its ok for couple. All were functioning, except shower door didn't open freely because Its stuck against towels rack, it is not possible for plus size body to enter. Relocate the rack little bit up, that would not kill aesthetically, my guess.

The hotel's location is great, with a large mall just a five-minute walk away, making dining very convenient. However, the room facilities are a bit dated, and the shower drainage isn't very good, leading to water pooling. Breakfast is basic and doesn't offer much variety.

It is a nice hotel but not exactly what a 5☆ hotel would normally be and offer. Not the best experience, sadly...it is a disappointment.

Generally, it was clean, nice, and had no problems, but the hotel rooms and dining areas were very cold. The thermal pool was very small, only about 15 m2, and the water temperature was very nice. If the hotel and rooms had been warmer, I would have written a much better review.

Onur was very helpful, he answered what questions we asked. We ask extra water , towel and pillow , he was very generous. There is no parking problem everything was accessible. the place was very clean and the food was very delicious. For sure when we come back we will stay again.

We booked this hotel last min, everything was good until we entered our room a very strong smell of cigarette was in the room it was clearly a smoking room which we never asked for it! There was no shampoo at all just body wash! Lastly we asked for late check out and they offered us 2pm, but the cleaner came and knock since 12:30pm which was pretty annoying. I would never visit this place .

I stayed at The Kervansaray Bursa hotel for two nights and it is hardly “something to write home about”. The hotel is located in a center area of Bursa, offering basic facilities with decent but unpleasantly decorated rooms. The meals are good. It is by no means a four stars hotel.

There's really not much comment worthy about this hotel. It was pretty non-descript and was a let down after other Turkish hotels. We were on an Insight tour when we stayed here and our guide assured us this was one of the very best hotels in Bursa. It did have a pool fed by underground hot springs. Purported to be a 5 star hotel. Not so! The whole hotel was uncomfortably hot with air conditioning apparently set high or not working at all. Rooms were clean but once again the air conditioning wasn't apparent and made it uncomfortable

Hello, I was extremely pleased with my accommodation. I would recommend it to everyone. Staff interest is high. Even though it is an old hotel, the innovations are noticeable. The Turkish bath was great. Spa space was mostly made from marble. Gorgeous spa space. There were small hand buckets made from copper. Even the details were perfect. I got massage for 350TL for whole body and head. The masseuse did it quickly but still was good. I liked it. There were spacious rooms outside the hamman to rest after spa and sauna.
