Reception lady named Ecem is very attentive, sweet, and kind person. Made booking via booking.com. Rooms are perfect. My wife loved the spa. Kids loved the gaming zone. From Riyadh Saudi Arabia perspective, it is value for money indeed. Definitely will return if we swing by Bursa next time.

I spent two days at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the room cleaning service was excellent, and the breakfast was very varied and delicious. The hotel is in a great location. You can use the thermal pools and spa until late hours, which is a big plus. I have stayed here twice, and both times I was very satisfied. The staff are genuinely attentive and helpful. The breakfast impressed me a lot — there was a wide variety of options. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Crown Plaza Bursa is quite good. The hotel agent booked the same room last time, and we happened to get the same room this time. I didn't get to try the Turkish bath that the agent highly recommended, but the sign at the entrance says it's a local five-star hot spring spa, so I'm hoping it's a good idea. Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The Turkish bath was great. Spa space was mostly made from marble. Gorgeous spa space. There were small hand buckets made from copper. Even the details were perfect. I got massage for 350TL for whole body and head. The masseuse did it quickly but still was good. I liked it. There were spacious rooms outside the hamman to rest after spa and sauna. We had a night stay at this hotel thank goodness! it looked like an abandoned property very few guests. Hotel was on old fashioned and needs an update. Rooms were left open when we walked in which was unusual for us. Parking was on the street first come first serve with few spots. This hotel is really great value. Everything was excellent, the room, the breakfast, the staff, the sauna and steamroom, and the view over the sea while you eat breakfast... it was actually quite hard to checkout. And so easy to get here by ferry from Istanbul.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable apartments and responsive managers. Special thanks to Mr. Tarik. It was also convenient that the managers spoke English.

Hotel well located but lacks cooking equipment

Area is convenient if you have car since its easy to park, their response on ******* is also fast.. room condition is average as the beds feels like you are shrinking, the sofa also almost felt like its breaking into two. Washing machine did not dry the clothes so I had to bring the wet ones as we drive back to Istanbul.

The price is amazing for a 2 bedroom apartment, although the layout is pretty weird, the space is enough for 4 person. The reception is friendly and parking is provided. There is a working kitchen that you can use, and nearby grocery store is within walking distance.
