The staff is very friendly and ready to assist whenever a problem occurs. Bedings and bath towels are changed everyday. Bottle of 1L of water is left in the room each day after cleaning. I recommend this establishment

Reception lady named Ecem is very attentive, sweet, and kind person. From Riyadh Saudi Arabia perspective, it is value for money indeed. Definitely will return if we swing by Bursa next time

We learned that hotel guests can only use it if there's an available slot. However, you can use the sauna, take a cold shower, and there’s a pool, though it was closed on Sunday

There has been a huge development of the area surroundig the Hotel over recent years so there are now lots of shops and a plethora of restaurants within 5 -10 minutes walk

The restaurant here is on the 19th floor so you can go outside and take in the view of Bursa. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful

Unfortunately, on the second day after returning from our tour in Bursa, we noticed several issues that contradicted that message: • No bottled water was provided. • No instant coffee sachets were available

While we understand that communication helps, we believe these are basic amenities that hotels should routinely check without needing reminders. In the end, it was just a two-day stay, and we chose to let it go

But if the hotel truly wants to live up to its own standards, attention to these small details is essential—because they’re not just minor conveniences, they’re part of the promise made to every guest

• The shower’s hot water wasn’t working properly. We later discovered that running the sink tap somehow triggered hot water in the shower. During checkout, the receptionist asked how our stay was

In good location, except from that the room was unprepared for 2 guest only 1 towel 1 glass for coffee and flush in the bathroom was not working at all staff was helpfull, but I don't suggest this dusty mom fresh hotel

Many thanks to the bellboys for their attentiveness and helpfulness. Although the room was a bit small, the bed was very comfortable, and even the backs and bottoms of the bedside tables were spotlessly clean

Cozy room, Queen bed, king size would be better, but its ok for couple. All were functioning, except shower door didn't open freely because Its stuck against towels rack, it is not possible for plus size body to enter

The location is also convenient, with a local store nearby that’s open until 10 PM, which made it easy to grab snacks and essentials. Overall, good value and a pleasant stay

The room is too small and dull. Moreover next to my window there was a abandoned private pool. And a very neglected garden which was died up

Bursa June 2024 Great hotel in old Bursa, but just a short drive from the main central motorway / public metro - tram line working east to west. The rooms are well appointed and have all the usual facilities

The lounge bar facing the street provides a location to watch the world go by. It appears to also be a regular place for locals
