Beyond 5-star! Superb location and view (corner room). Few steps away from tourist attractions, Ulu Camii, Koza Han, and many more! Room was sparkling clean even furnishing a bit old.

If you like convenient location and good food, you can definitely choose to stay here

It was a hotel we preferred due to its location. It was very good for waking up with the view of the Grand Mosque every morning and being able to walk to everywhere to visit. It was a comfortable and clean hotel

Reasonable hotel which is centrally located in Bursa. Right across the road from the Grand Mosque. The silk market is also only a block away

I just want to say is I’ve been coming here for like 6 years And I’ve never checked out satisfied ever but my last visit on the 20sep was very excellent because there was a new guy working in the reception wearing glasses i think his name was “ kadir “ , Mr kadir was the nicest and the most helpful and the only receptionist I’ve seen with my own eyes and the only one talks English , he was very nice...

The staff is very friendly and ready to assist whenever a problem occurs. Bedings and bath towels are changed everyday. Bottle of 1L of water is left in the room each day after cleaning. I recommend this establishment

Reception lady named Ecem is very attentive, sweet, and kind person. From Riyadh Saudi Arabia perspective, it is value for money indeed. Definitely will return if we swing by Bursa next time

The rooms were excellent, so luxurious and warm and inviting. The mattresses weee immaculate. Of note we stayed on the 14th floor which is executive level so I’m unsure if the others would be different

We were traveling in transit from the Aegean coast to Istanbul airport and stopped for the night. We chose a place near a shopping center to relax and buy something, without having to go into the city

In general, I strongly recommend it for transit or a business trip, but it’s unlikely to be suitable for vacation, the place is very specific - there’s a highway, a shopping center and an industrial zone around it

Carpet was very dirty in our room, outside the room in hall ways also stained carpets.

Its great! I love how luxurious their thermal spa is! Room is very spacious too! Their gym is compleeeeteeeee! But sadly they are a bit far from the central area. Far from metro but close to bus station

There has been a huge development of the area surroundig the Hotel over recent years so there are now lots of shops and a plethora of restaurants within 5 -10 minutes walk

The restaurant here is on the 19th floor so you can go outside and take in the view of Bursa. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful

We booked here in the last moment for a brief transit stay & got a very good deal. Although compact, rooms are good with all standard amenities and so is the breakfast buffet. Toilet doors didn't have locking options.
