Reception lady named Ecem is very attentive, sweet, and kind person. Made booking via booking.com. Rooms are perfect. My wife loved the spa. Kids loved the gaming zone. From Riyadh Saudi Arabia perspective, it is value for money indeed. Definitely will return if we swing by Bursa next time.
I spent two days at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the room cleaning service was excellent, and the breakfast was very varied and delicious. I also tried the massage and the spa section , which was a wonderful experience and a great option. I will definitely repeat the experience.😍😍

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

One to remember.. we had the best time. From rooms, to breakfast, to thermal pool to turkish baths, we loved it all. Our crew included a surgeon, a dentist and a university rector and we have all thoroughly appreciated everything. Excellent service, attentive stuff, especially in breakfast serving area, Emine and her colleagues were exceptionally professional and welcoming. There is another Gentleman in reception area who was extremely helpful, I can’t recall his name but he spoke English and Arabic. Our 8 night stay here has been amazing! The location is perfect for walking to many restaurants and shopping centre. The hotel staff were sensational, always checking in to see if we needed anything. Superb foods. Arrived here at night and among many dish, served soup and creamy spinach, which both were awesome, among of the best I've had. The staffs are helpful. Room was okay, pretty standard, good view of surrounding area which is nice. There is a train station just about 5minutes walk. Plenty of shops there if you looking for foods, snacks, or drinks.
Stayed during a family trip to Bursa. Let me first say that I had a excellent experience. Check in was smooth and professional. I appreciated management supporting the check in staff just in case. It offers a modern accommodation experience in the historical Tophane area. Desserts are very, very good.
The tap was leaking. There was still waste from the previous visitor in the waste bin. The ceilings were so low that I had to constantly duck to get to my room. I was really disappointed with this hotel. Despite the nice host, not worth repeating.
