I had a beautiful stay and I’ll return every time to this hotel. The staff was really humble and greet you with a beautiful smile. I don’t know the name of the kid who checked us in he has been very very considerate and best part is he could communicate in English really well. The breakfast was very decent. With a lot of variety of fresh bread and cheese. The ladies turkan and aysegul were very hospitable and were serving tea and coffee with smile. Overall, I loved everything about this hotel and hence its reflected in my 5 star rating. Welldone!

The hotel is centrally located, but we found it very neglected. The room was clean, but the towels were very old. We stayed one night. There's definitely something to eat at breakfast, but unfortunately, the restaurant area was also quite neglected.

Great experience regarding Green Prusa hotel, breakfast have many verities, rooms are neat and clean with good space. As far as staff concern Aziza and Ali almost talked with smile which makes nice and feel like own hotel. Highly recommended

Decent hotel and service. Check-in and check-out process was hassle-free.
Nice room (though there was an extra single bed accompanying the double bed in the room booked for 2 pax so it made space a bit tight). Relatively quite spacious bathroom.
Location was 20-30mins walk to Kozahan (silk market) and to the Kapali Carsi (Grand Bazaar) in Bursa.
Free outdoor parking is available though may be somewhat limited during peak season.
Breakfast was somewhat decent, nothing great but they can make an omelette or fried egg upon request.

The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the Grand Mosque (Ulu Camii), and the bus to the bus terminal (for those arriving from Istanbul) is only about a 15-minute drive away.

The hotel impresses with its particularly friendly and attentive staff, excellent breakfast, and clean rooms with modern amenities. It feels more like a 3-star superior or 4-star hotel to me.

One complaint: The wallpaper in my room was torn in one small spot, and the windows couldn't be closed tightly, which meant I could hear some street noise (passing cars). I like to bring earplugs/headphones for such cases.

Nevertheless, I would gladly book the hotel again due to the value for money and the good location.

All the staff are great, special and welcoming all the time reception, restaurant and even security as well There is a young man in the restaurant who is very distinguished in his work and assists you in everything and provides service with a smile always and in a very nice way, There is also a reception girl who is not separated by laughter and smile and always helps you with very great respect.. Nice Accommodation
The cleanliness of the rooms was good, the staff attention was good and the smiling faces of the staff. Thank you. The beds were very comfortable. I can say that we were satisfied, we did not have any heating problems. The air conditioner was working well. And there is no parking problem. Would I stay again?
