A great place for a short stay while visiting Bursa. It’s simple, but has everything you need for a good night’s rest. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Orhan welcomed me warmly and professionally, making me feel at home.

A lot of Malaysians in Facebook recommended this hotel. Hence, despite the bad reviews we read on google, we decided to give it a try. Hospitality 10 out of 10 The receptionists ( Mr. Ibrahim and Ms. Yasmine) have been really attentive to us. Their english command is above average for a non-speaking english country. If you like convenient location and good food, you can definitely choose to stay here. The Green Mosque is right outside the window, and there are countless delicacies hidden in the two old streets behind, such as lamb trotter soup, desserts, grilled liver, and Turkish coffee. The only drawback is that it is next to the road and it is not quiet at night, so light sleepers will not sleep well.

Room was too quiet. Sound proofing was excellent. Bed was too comfortable. TV And room utilities were great. Only one issue Type F socket, but on the bed side port C and USB charger port available. Breakfast is available on the hilton tower side. 10/10 breakfast options and taste.

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Bursa and it was a great stay. The family room which we had an upgrade was spotless and absolutely spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Generally, it was clean, nice, and had no problems, but the hotel rooms and dining areas were very cold. The thermal pool was very small, only about 15 m2, and the water temperature was very nice. If the hotel and rooms had been warmer, I would have written a much better review.

Clean Friendly staff Far from activities and you need a car

Onur was very helpful, he answered what questions we asked. We ask extra water , towel and pillow , he was very generous. There is no parking problem everything was accessible. the place was very clean and the food was very delicious. For sure when we come back we will stay again.

We booked this hotel last min, everything was good until we entered our room a very strong smell of cigarette was in the room it was clearly a smoking room which we never asked for it! There was no shampoo at all just body wash! Lastly we asked for late check out and they offered us 2pm, but the cleaner came and knock since 12:30pm which was pretty annoying. I would never visit this place .

I had a beautiful stay and I’ll return every time to this hotel. The staff was really humble and greet you with a beautiful smile. The hotel is centrally located, but we found it very neglected. The room was clean, but the towels were very old. We stayed one night. There's definitely something to eat at breakfast, but unfortunately, the restaurant area was also quite neglected.

Great experience regarding Green Prusa hotel, breakfast have many verities, rooms are neat and clean with good space. As far as staff concern Aziza and Ali almost talked with smile which makes nice and feel like own hotel. Highly recommended

The hotel staff, location, and service were excellent. The rooms were clean and the view was beautiful. I asked the valet to help me because I didn't want to give up my car keys. Thanks to Mr. Ercan, he helped me park another car there. The staff is friendly and does their job well.

I stayed at The Kervansaray Bursa hotel for two nights and it is hardly “something to write home about”. The hotel is located in a center area of Bursa, offering basic facilities with decent but unpleasantly decorated rooms. The meals are good. It is by no means a four stars hotel.

There's really not much comment worthy about this hotel. It was pretty non-descript and was a let down after other Turkish hotels. We were on an Insight tour when we stayed here and our guide assured us this was one of the very best hotels in Bursa. It did have a pool fed by underground hot springs. Purported to be a 5 star hotel. Not so! The whole hotel was uncomfortably hot with air conditioning apparently set high or not working at all. Rooms were clean but once again the air conditioning wasn't apparent and made it uncomfortable

Quiet family hotel The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is quiet, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. There was only one minor issue: the room air conditioning.

We had a night stay at this hotel thank goodness! it looked like an abandoned property very few guests. Hotel was on old fashioned and needs an update. Rooms were left open when we walked in which was unusual for us. Parking was on the street first come first serve with few spots. Location wise it was close to the historical attractions we wanted to go to. Food on roof top was good surrounded by mountains

We only spent one night here because most of the hotels in the touristic area were booked for the weekend, so it is a little out of the way from the main sights (10 min walk, or short tram or taxi ride). It is close to the tram that goes to the bus station, which was convenient for us. But it is a very nice hotel. I arrived early on a rainy day expecting to leave my luggage and return at check-in. I was given a room right away by the receptionist and was surprised what a wonderful room it was. Recently redecorated with all i needed. Over the time spent here the staff were very hospitable and made for a comfortable stay. Well done.

I booked a double room, but I didn't notice that it was for one person. I couldn't cancel it when I got to the hotel. It was worth paying an extra 100 yuan to stay. A wonderful hotel in a quiet and green place. Clean, spacious room, lots of lamps, king size bed, coffee table, two armchairs, snow-white sheets. Half an hour to the city center (walk to the bus stop and take any bus). Cleaning every day. Nice people at the reception. There is a thermal bath where you can order an individual steam bath for 500 lira.

Hotel is located just opposite from Ulu Cami and Koza Han, which was our primary reason for visiting Bursa. The room is quite spacious, and we definitely appreciate the large King-size bed and elevator. All in all, the perfect place to rest after an exhausting trip down from Uludag mountain.

The hotel was very central. It is close to the tram station and taxi rank. Shops are within walking distance and getting anywhere is very easy and convenient. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Definitely a hotel I will return to and recommend.

Its good place for budget stay. Its between bursa main area and uludag mountain. Economical. Only have basic breakfast and no lunch and dinner. It's incredibly close to major tourist attractions, and the hotel interior is truly beautiful. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The atmosphere is very antique, and the staff are friendly, so I was able to wander around without worry. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Bursa.
