***et is a reasonable hotel for the price. I recommend it to Bursa. I recommend it to tourist friends in its central location. It is close to everywhere.

The rooms are run down..room heater are not warm enough...toilet are very small and narrow...problem with water heater...

If you like convenient location and good food, you can definitely choose to stay here. The Green Mosque is right outside the window, and there are countless delicacies hidden in the two old streets behind, such as lamb trotter soup, desserts, grilled liver, and Turkish coffee. The only drawback is that it is next to the road and it is not quiet at night, so light sleepers will not sleep well.

It was a hotel we preferred due to its location. It was very good for waking up with the view of the Grand Mosque every morning and being able to walk to everywhere to visit. It was a comfortable and clean hotel. Of course, do not expect the facilities of a 5-star hotel. The rooms transmit a lot of sound. I won't comment on the food since we didn't eat. I advise

Beyond 5-star! Superb location and view (corner room). Few steps away from tourist attractions, Ulu Camii, Koza Han, and many more! Room was sparkling clean even furnishing a bit old.

Generally, it was clean, nice, and had no problems, but the hotel rooms and dining areas were very cold. The thermal pool was very small, only about 15 m2, and the water temperature was very nice. If the hotel and rooms had been warmer, I would have written a much better review.

Clean Friendly staff Far from activities and you need a car

Onur was very helpful, he answered what questions we asked. We ask extra water , towel and pillow , he was very generous. There is no parking problem everything was accessible. the place was very clean and the food was very delicious. For sure when we come back we will stay again.

We booked this hotel last min, everything was good until we entered our room a very strong smell of cigarette was in the room it was clearly a smoking room which we never asked for it! There was no shampoo at all just body wash! Lastly we asked for late check out and they offered us 2pm, but the cleaner came and knock since 12:30pm which was pretty annoying. I would never visit this place .

I had a beautiful stay and I’ll return every time to this hotel. The staff was really humble and greet you with a beautiful smile. The hotel is centrally located, but we found it very neglected. The room was clean, but the towels were very old. We stayed one night. There's definitely something to eat at breakfast, but unfortunately, the restaurant area was also quite neglected.

Great experience regarding Green Prusa hotel, breakfast have many verities, rooms are neat and clean with good space. As far as staff concern Aziza and Ali almost talked with smile which makes nice and feel like own hotel. Highly recommended

The hotel staff, location, and service were excellent. The rooms were clean and the view was beautiful. I asked the valet to help me because I didn't want to give up my car keys. Thanks to Mr. Ercan, he helped me park another car there. The staff is friendly and does their job well.

I stayed at The Kervansaray Bursa hotel for two nights and it is hardly “something to write home about”. The hotel is located in a center area of Bursa, offering basic facilities with decent but unpleasantly decorated rooms. The meals are good. It is by no means a four stars hotel.

There's really not much comment worthy about this hotel. It was pretty non-descript and was a let down after other Turkish hotels. We were on an Insight tour when we stayed here and our guide assured us this was one of the very best hotels in Bursa. It did have a pool fed by underground hot springs. Close to the grand mosque and grand bazaar. Staff was really nice and helpful. My rooms was upgraded with affordable additional payment and the staff was arranging me a car to another city (Sayef). Lovely.

A very clean , spacious,and comfortable hotel. The staff is very helpful, we stayed for 2 nights in room 203 ,it was amazing, everything is available in the room and the bathroom. The hotel is in the center if the old city ,so you can walk to visit all the touristic places .

The rooms are nice, clean, the staff is great, the breakfast is not bad, the hotel location is great, the only big problem is that the rooms smell of cigarette smoke. The smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere in my room at night, the air conditioner brings in the smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms. That's why I gave a low comfort score.

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, parking was available, and it was in the city center. We were very pleased.

The room was very good, and the price for a twin bed was the same as the standard price, so of course I booked a twin. There's a supermarket about 5 minutes away, and there are several food shops. There seems to be a supermarket on the first floor, but I didn't have time to go shopping.

Beautiful. The location is excellent. The staff is very attentive. The rooms are comfortable and the furniture is new enough. The breakfast is also adequate. The only problem is the cleanliness of the rooms. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom furniture was very dusty (you could clean it with your finger). Located on a hillside, it's a decent, standard hotel, within walking distance of the castle and museum, and across the street from the ancient Roman ruins. It offers good value for money.

I was on vacation with family and we stayed at Bursa Otel. Great reception staff and has great value. Free breakfast available and it was great breakfast.

The hotel has a large space and a good environment.

The biggest minus is that it is opposite a nightclub, unfortunately the room cleaning is terrible.

I arrived early on a rainy day expecting to leave my luggage and return at check-in. I was given a room right away by the receptionist and was surprised what a wonderful room it was. I booked a double room, but I didn't notice that it was for one person. I couldn't cancel it when I got to the hotel. It was worth paying an extra 100 yuan to stay. Great stay! Excellent location, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the decor is simple and modern. Cons: The bathroom is very cramped. The toilet is positioned so close to the mirror that you have to stand sideways to wash your face. Also, the shower screen is too small, so the floor gets wet after every shower.

Everything was up to par at this conveniently located hotel in Bursa. I enjoyed the friendly service and the cozy room with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It was very warm in February, the radiators were hot. Slippers, soap, toilet paper, and good beds and a blanket. Our room was on the third floor, standard. It was quiet, which was a great plus. It's close to the T2 tram, so it's easy to get to the bus terminal. The area isn't particularly touristy, so you can really get a feel for the local atmosphere. We didn't have breakfast, parking was very easy, the room was clean and very comfortable.

This hotel wasn't particularly outstanding, but it was touching. We arrived around 2 AM that night. Parking was already quite difficult to find nearby. But after we circled the entrance for a moment, the receptionist came out and helped us find a parking spot, which was incredibly kind of him. I was also curious how he knew I had booked a room there.

We spent the New Year's Eve here. They are doing a very good job with the experience they have gained over the years. I am waiting for this year's prices. I want to make a reservation immediately. The fact that it is in the 1st District is something we also like. There are only a few affordable and quality hotels left.

We had a night stay at this hotel thank goodness! it looked like an abandoned property very few guests. Hotel was on old fashioned and needs an update. Rooms were left open when we walked in which was unusual for us. Parking was on the street first come first serve with few spots.
