When we arrived, we were given a double room even though there were four of us. Only by the evening did they finally bring two extra beds, and once they set them up there was barely any space left to walk. The room was cleaned only on the sixth day — and that happened only after we had sent countless messages to the agency. The surroundings are quite nice, but everything is very messy and poorly maintained. The food is bad, the choice is limited, and it’s almost the same every day, so after four days you don’t even know what to eat anymore. We paid over €700 per person, and it’s definitely not worth that kind of money. At most, it’s worth around €400 per person. There’s nothing around — only markets/bazaars or empty fields. And more than 80% of the tourists are Russian.

This hotel needs to be shut down and issues addressed immediately. First impressions of the hotel were dire, receiving extremely poor customer service on check in leaving family members in tears. This set the tone for the rest of the holiday. The rooms are extremely dated and filthy, with ant infestations, bugs, dirt, musty damp smell, mattress ripped up and no mattress protector, the list goes on. Generally the hotel has zero hygiene or cleanliness standards. We never saw any cleaning taking place in the hotel. The food was inedible and we were reluctant to eat anything due to the lack of cleanliness. All family members became ill, throwing up for majority of the time (we believe this to be the drinks). We were kept awake most nights due to children running up and down the corridors screaming and banging on your doors. All in all thoroughly terrible experience, and we couldn’t wait to leave. Disappointing as this was a big family get together and paid a lot of money between us all.

My stay at Armas Pemar Beach Hotel was absolutely terrible. The air conditioning in my room did not work, despite being reported multiple times and “repaired” repeatedly — o like a fan worked!!!. Even when I requested a portable fan, no help was provided. There was no room change, and no alternative accommodation offered. During a rainy evening, all guests ended up in the hotel lobby. The hotel was completely unprepared: there was no space to eat dinner in the restaurant, and it was suffocatingly crowded. I managed to take only a plate of grapes and fruit, but when I went to the pastry area, I was shooed away. Shortly after, a staff member returned and told me, very seriously, to leave — even though this was an exceptional situation due to the storm, and everyone else had shelter inside. The hotel was advertised as five-star, but the experience was very disappointing. The elevators were dirty, and the food ran out quickly—if you didn’t get there within 30 minutes, the better dishes were already gone. On top of that, there were no knives or forks. I do not recommend it.I have had better experiences even in 3-star hotels.

Absolute awful hotel not 5 star not even 3 stars. Staff in restaurant were rude. Tables, napkin holders, salt and pepper pots were dirty on every table. Tables were left dirty for ages, plates with food stacked up everywhere. Food was cold hence why me and husband were ill after the 3 days we spent there. One night we couldn't face the resturant we ate crisps and Ice cream out of the shop for our meal. We spent 2 days out of 3 on trips just to get away from the hotel and get at least a decent lunch. The hotel smelt of sewage in the hall ways and even in the resturant at times. The bar area were they were servicing drinks was disgusting in the resturant. The cleaner was cleaning the toilets with a cloth then rinising it out in the hand washing basins were guest wash their hands. The carpets were stained. Again glasses etc stacked up in hallways. The beach is nothing like the pictures it's a piece of wasteland. We only spent a few hours out of a 4 night, 5 day stay and that was more than enough. We didn't even enjoy our trips like we should due to diahorrea and vomiting but at least we were out the hell hole. I have hoilday numerous times in Turkey and never had any issues this as put me off for good. On a positive note the room was clean yes dated but clean. Shower was warm. Please avoid this hotel if you want just warm food.

I really enjoyed my time here, there were no problems with cleanliness during my almost two-week vacation. Cleaning was regular, although there were times when the outdoor toilet door or the elevator broke down, so they were out of order for a while. However, problems were usually quickly fixed, the employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and usually asked about the guests' well-being and experiences. The entertainment team also did their job professionally, although they could have included a little variety in the dances or the music they chose to play, for example, but that was okay. The pool is huge, so I never thought it was crowded, and there were no problems with safety either, as the water was constantly monitored by lifeguards. However, there were problems with language skills, most of the employees spoke only Turkish or Russian, few understood or spoke English, but the guest relations team was excellent in this area. It was easy to communicate with them, and they informed us in a kind and friendly manner, helped us where they could, and tried to explain everything. They did their job professionally, the team is young, energetic, and they always gave their best, even though they had to work a lot. I think that for those who don't try to find fault with everything, this could be a great choice, as there are plenty of program options within the hotel. In terms of location, there are no attractions nearby, but there are opportunities for organized excursions, so those who want to see the city have options. I didn't find it boring at all, I was enriched by a lot of experiences, mainly thanks to the human, open attitude of the teams. Also, there were lots of very cute cats, different kind of animals! One even took my seat haha. Thank you Armas.

This is the first time I have left a negative review and travel frequently. I am not a Karen or ‘stuck up’ just a normal family who has the worst experience. There for 10 days and will write an honest review. This is not an English hotel either 95% was Russian if that makes a difference for to you. Rooms: Floor 1 has a serious damp and sewage problem and despite the hotel being aware they put new arrivals there, who then complain about the room and are is randomly moved. The photos are from our first room (5 star room). If the cleaners came they shake your bed at best. No cleaning and don’t expect any Towell art! Cues: I have NEVER cued so much in my life, 10-20 people at any one time at the pool bar for a drink, over 45/60 mins for snacks for the kids. Lunch hall dinner cues. Horrendous. Cues everywhere, one pool toilet for example. Cues for the evening drinks lounge. Everywhere. Food POISONING: We travelled as a family of 13 and all of us had such a bad tummy we needed to see the GP on arrival home and have food poisoning. The food was so same, same and warm at times and not clean. Male lifeguards and bar staff asking for my 13 year old daughters Instagram and phone number. They are relentless. Bar staff refused to serve my friend because she would not fist pump his dirty hand. Constantly flirting, which I understand and have managed before but not to this level. Another friend came back a week early due to the food poisoning and hygiene. Cleaners came twice in 10 days and we had to go to reception and constantly ask for the towels to be changed. Swimming pool had rusty nails under the bridges sticking out, broken tiles and paving. Please be careful and lookout for places you could hurt yourself . At best this is a 3 star with a lot of problems. Please listen to this review and do not waste your money and time here.
