On the last evening, we had to put up with music that was way too loud during the gala evening. And during our stay, we were bothered by a merchant. The outside pools were cold. From the food point of view: The pasta was overcooked. The quality of the food varied. This hotel is far from the airport. Pros: The choice of food is great. Most employees do their best. The bedding is comfortable and the room very clean. In short, this hotel is not up to its category.

This is our third time in Turkey, and everything is wonderful. We're so glad we chose this hotel.

I love the Dolphin hotel chain. It's a truly fabulous vacation. 10 out of 10 on all counts. The food is delicious, and the à la carte restaurants are simply unrivaled, especially the Japanese one. They cook right in front of you, and the chef is simply amazing!!!

I would like to thank the hotel staff, manager Svetlana and guest relation chef Emir for resolving problems very quickly and professionally. To the maids, for their smiles and perfect cleanliness in the room. To the restaurant waiters for the quick service. To the bartenders for the delicious drinks. To the photographer for his professionalism and very beautiful photos To the singers for the fun evenings and beautiful voices! And to all the hotel staff for their smiles! See you soon! ❤️

A really fabulous experience here at the Delphin Deluxe. We travelled as a family of 8 from England, 3 generations and kids aged 7 & 5, and all agree it is almost a faultless hotel. We came at the end of the season and found it to be a much quieter experience than in the height of summer - the final day, all the hotel guests were outnumbered by staff which actually was a great experience! The weather was excellent this time of year (Oct half term) and the pools and sea were plenty warm enough. There is also an outdoor heated pool and very large indoor pool which our children preferred. The kids slides and the older kids/adult slides were fantastic, a really great addition. The beach and beach bar have a very cool vibe, we would agree with many comments saying bring beach shoes as it is stoney, but easily accessible and has a pontoon to walk in from/jump off. The food was really exceptional for an all inclusive, so much on offer and really high quality. One of our party had food intolerances and yet still had lots of options. So many chefs walking round and people to assist when needed. The food has been a real highlight. Worth noting as well how many bars and kiosks are dotted around for you to get drinks & snacks. Certainly stands out. The entertainment has been of a very high standard, especially during the evening which we took advantage of most nights. Great for families of wide ranging ages. Plenty happening during the day by the pool too, including shows in the middle of the afternoon, but equally easy to have a relaxing time away from the noise. The rooms were of a good quality and mini bar re-stocked daily. We noted certain comments about dated decor, but actually found the interior design to be extremely clean and high quality. Would recommend upgrading to a sea view, you get a beautiful sunset and further away from the main road. A few tips: The hotel runs a free shuttle service to Alanya and Side, and we would recommend the latter. Side which was a much more authentic and historical experience of Turkey with excellent shops. The transfer from the airport takes quite some time, so upgrade to a private transfer which are good value for money. If English is your first language, you are by far in the minority here. Brits are perhaps spoiled by European destinations speaking English, so be aware that communication is a little trickier. That being said, it was never a real problem, and nice to experience something different. Overall, a really fab experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to people in the future. A very impressive hotel & great holiday.

I’ve got to say, it’s pretty awesome. Very clean, waiting staff so polite and helpful, kids club just amazing, the lovely staff there would come by the pool to see if our children wanted to do art etc. they weren’t in there long but loved it when they did. Room was a little noisy as had a road view but I still slept. The Al La Carte was delicious, food choices at buffet amazing. Pools so clean. Beach is stones, take beach shoes. The only annoyance is the wine for me was undrinkable, the White, Rose and Red in my opinion all tasted of vinegar, would be great if they could source some nice dry wine, the G&T is better on the beach and lobby bar, not sure if they use different spirits? Sunbeds a plenty, entertainment was great, delicious food and good quality. Honestly cannot fault it. A great hotel and we see why everyone loves it. I’m usually very cynical but this place is pretty great.

Had a brilliant week stay at Delphin Deluxe. Great entertainment for both kids and adults. Amazing choice of food all day long. Resort is spotlessly clean and a brilliant set up for the kids with regards to slides/pools etc.

Having spent a week at Delphin Deluxe in Apr 2025 (repeat visit after first time in Apr 2023), we didn’t think we would be back so soon 6 months later in Oct 2025. Given how amazing this hotel is, we couldn’t resist and booked for Oct 2025. Here is why we love this resort, and we will keep on visiting for years to come: Staff – the most valuable asset of this hotel is the staff, no matter which department it is. Let me start with my favourite team – Guest Relations. It is a very friendly and warm team led by Svetlana, and consists of Alex, Emir, Mustafa, Aleyssia and Kader. We have visited Botanik Platinum next door and the guest relations team there is no match for the team at Deluxe. Many thanks to Svetlana and her team for making our stay pleasant From the first time we visited this hotel, our favourite member of staff has been Emir, and I may be biased because he has the best command of English at the hotel. Having said that, Emir has a very calm persona and puts you at ease from the moment you meet him. No issue is too small or big for him to sort out. He is always in high demand as lots of the repeat guests know him well and love to deal with him. The entire management team is very friendly and approachable. I loved speaking to Mr Osman Gonul, the Hotel manager, and he made a real effort to speak to us in English. The reception staff are also exceptionally helpful – the daytime team led by Selcuk, the night team led by Murat and Kemal. The front desk manager is Mr Oguz Atalan, another friendly face. Cleanliness – this hotel’s cleanliness is second to none. All the communal toilet facilities are cleaned every 30 minutes and are spotless and hygienic. The restaurants have cleaning staff at hand to clean up any spillages as soon as they happen. Rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard. Mini bar gets stocked up daily. If there are any issues with the room (AC, water etc), as soon as you report it, the technical team is there within 15 minutes to investigate the matter. All the restaurant staff are very helpful and recognised us as repeat visitors, which is very important in the following context: This hotel is very popular with Germans (which is helpful as the service is maintained at their expected highest level). Whilst we were there, we were invited to a cocktail reception for repeat guests and an award ceremony revealed that at that time, there were some German families (and a Polish couple) that have visited hotels within the Delphin Group for more than 40 times, the record during being a couple that was having its 74th visit. A couple who had their 57th visit told me that Delphin Deluxe is the best one that they have experienced in the group (even though the others may be bigger and newer) and that they had already booked for Apr 2026 and Oct 2026. They just could not get enough of this hotel. This is proof at how great this place is and even though it was only our 3rd visit, we were treated as part of the D

I had an amazing time at this hotel with my family. Everyone has been absolutely fantastic — so kind, friendly, and always ready to help. My favorite part was the boy on the skate who brought me drinks around the pool — he was so sweet and attentive. The cleaning guys near the pool were also lovely and always smiling. Sevda, the lady who cleaned my room, did an incredible job and made me feel so cared for. And all the waitresses at the restaurant were absolutely adorable with me — always polite, cheerful, and making sure everything was perfect. The hotel should really appreciate the boys on skates even more. They may be young, but their level of service and professionalism is truly fantastic. You can see that guests really enjoy their energy and positive attitude — they make the atmosphere so warm and lively. It would be wonderful if their efforts were recognized and appreciated as much as they deserve. The only small thing I would suggest is to have properly trained bartenders. For a five-star hotel, it would be great if the staff could make real cocktails from the menu. The menu is quite big, but most of the drinks offered are very simple. Also, the entertainment could use some improvement. The music felt quite dated, and I would have loved to see more traditional Turkish performances — something that reflects the beautiful culture of this country. A few of the shows felt a bit out of place, like the ballet or random modern dances, which didn’t really match the atmosphere. It would be amazing to have more authentic Turkish dance and music instead. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable. I felt truly welcome here and can’t wait to come back!
