Hotels with heated pool in Kizilot

Basic rooms with TV, en suite shower and toilet, nice size balcony and comfy bed. Restaurant serves buffet style breakfast and dinner. 2 minutes walk to a lovely quiet beach with sunbeds! Really relaxing break. 5☆.

The beach can be reached from the hotel in just a few steps, through the garden, past the pool. Rooms are clean, but have minor issues, like calcified faucets and outdated silicone joints

From late September 2022 to early October 2022 my wife and I stayed at this family run hotel for two weeks. All hotel staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful

We stayed one night in august 2021. Very beautiful view from our room n 23 and from the hotel in general. Nice buffet (breakfast and dinner) and nice beach access

Although I expected such small imperfections in a three-star hotel. All in all, the holiday was very nice and definitely worth repeating

The food there was typical of the country, plentiful and delicious. Who, like us, would like a relaxing holiday, is in good hands there

- restaurant staff is rude (i had an incident where a restaurant staffer brought us beer we didn't order and we said its not for us, he then gave to the German people at the next table and told them that we are unsophisticated russians - we are not even russians!!)

- hamam experience was ruined by random people coming in the bathing part - its partially public so that is to be expected but for 70€ I really wanted an A class service. The masseuse was amazing though

Unfortunately about the good that is more or less it. This hotel is really reaching when it comes to having 5*. - no plates at dinner (i actually witnessed an argument about a plate)

- indoor jacuzzi was COLD!! - the only time anyone cares for you is if you leave a tip. i understand the mentality of it, but thats not a good 5* service style

- basketball court was full with random stuff from the hotel. After someone made a huge fuss they finally freed it from stuff and guys could enjoy basketball

- the restaurant workers needed to set the tables but it was never done and we had to run around looking for forks and knives

I made new friends and I liked animators very much too! Everyone was kind and helping. The service was good and I enjoyed my vacation so so much! I really liked animator Erkingul

The hotel for this money is perfect for family. the see is near and you have a beautiful pool. The personal is nice and the cleaning service in roms are perfect

We had a great fun staying at rhe Holdayn Grand Resort Hotel. The staff was friendly and smiling. Most of them had bearly no time to say hi, but the service was trully amazing

Every serving there was something mouth watering. The rooms are spacious and clean. Kids have plenty of food to choose from and many activities. The beach was clean and under bay-watch supervision

We came at the end of the season and found it to be a much quieter experience than in the height of summer - the final day, all the hotel guests were outnumbered by staff which actually was a great experience! The weather was excellent this time of year (Oct half term) and the pools and sea were plenty warm enough

A really fabulous experience here at the Delphin Deluxe. We travelled as a family of 8 from England, 3 generations and kids aged 7 & 5, and all agree it is almost a faultless hotel

To the restaurant waiters for the quick service. To the bartenders for the delicious drinks

There is also an outdoor heated pool and very large indoor pool which our children preferred. The kids slides and the older kids/adult slides were fantastic, a really great addition

One issue was the noise from the pool bar this was relentless in rhetoric evening until 1130/midnight so if you did want a chilled evening this wasn’t an option

I wanted to book one of the al a carte restaurants as we could have 1 free booking, got told it had finished ! Entertainment was good on the night and beach foam party was fun! A lady called Janet was lovely to our daughter x Everything was in Euros which was annoying as we had English money or Lira , and was quite expensive

Not really much to do around the hotel but a short walk to a few shops and a shopping centre. I do like to stay different places so I'm not sure I would return to this hotel/ area

3 of our party of 5 had a vommiting bug for 24 hrs during our weeks stay but I don’t think this can be blamed on the hotel it was just bad luck, The food wasn’t very varied but was ok quality, the snack bar was mainly fried food but cooked fresh

We were going to book an al a carte but were told only the Italian was open and we would all have to chose the same food. Maybe the hotel was winding down as it was the last week of October

We had high hopes having read previous reviews but it fell short of expectations

Our room is terrible , it was very dirty, no one cleaned our room for 2 days, towels were not changed. Also the safe didn't work. As for the food and everything was super and tasty, entertainment was also good.

New reconstuction of outside facilities (infinity pool). Quite a rush during dinner and lunch. Good a variety of meals for a week stay. Quality of services decreased during to years. not sharply, but recogniseable

Lot of free snacks and drinks available almost all the time. No Iron, so be mindful, no free wifi. Pool, beach and evening shows was great Spa is only free between 12-2pm

We have been guests in hotel on september 2025, hotel is quiet nice, food is tasty, rooms are clean, entertainmet is good, a big thanks to lovely Alia from Kids Club. We have had a good time and nice relax here.

Tv had bad reception Looker wasn’t working, after few times complaining no one came to fix. Food was average, lot of vegetables options, very few meat dishes. The food plates wasn’t very clean

The bars were just okay; the one between the two main pools often smelled unpleasant (like old beer or stagnant water), and the coffee and juice machines didn’t appear well cleaned or maintained

The Turkish bath / hammam massage is highly recommended. There’s also an indoor pool, a small shopping area, bowling alley, nightclub, outdoor cinema for kids, and even an archery space

It would also help if there were designated smoking and non-smoking areas, as smoke was overwhelmingly strong around the pool areas

The hotel offers a lot, but none of it is clearly explained. Guests aren’t given a map or any guidance other than mealtimes and additional charges, so it’s easy to miss facilities and activities altogether

The main dinner buffet officially ran 6:30–9pm, but staff began removing food around 8:30–8:45pm, which caused a rush. On two occasions the lights were switched off while we were still eating at 9:15pm

Our room faced a building site, so we were disturbed by drilling and dust during the day. The smell of chicken waste was also strong near our block, and the cockerels crowed both day and night

The service - price policy is perfect, the hotel is not very new but everything is clean, live music every night in three different locations, lunapark for kids every evening, pebble beach, but the water is clean, good and tasty food, very suitable for young couples with children, highly recommend!

Went to Turkey in October with my friend to armas pemar beach had a great time loads to do. Food was really nice Outside the hotel over the road you had plenty of shops to explore

The rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help us with any problems we had Will definitely ruturn

The pool is huge, so I never thought it was crowded, and there were no problems with safety either, as the water was constantly monitored by lifeguards

However, there were problems with language skills, most of the employees spoke only Turkish or Russian, few understood or spoke English, but the guest relations team was excellent in this area

The entertainment team also did their job professionally, although they could have included a little variety in the dances or the music they chose to play, for example, but that was okay

Melisa is great! Makes you experience unforgettable and so cheerful. We recommend the hotel and the Italian a la carte . Inly thing is water in pool can be warmer in October but indoor pool Is warm and sea also

We are here second year in a row and its just been better this year, even last year was amazing as well. Pools are great, Aqua Park is large enough for kids to spend time. Great place for the whole family

The resort itself is well-equipped with multiple pools, a kids’ play area, a restaurant, a 24-hour café, and various food stalls. It's designed with families in mind, and there's always something to do

The food was tasty with a good variety every day. I loved the animation team — they were fun and energetic without being too much. The beach was clean and beautiful, just a short walk from the hotel

Our waiter, Melisa, was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made us feel very welcome

There are opportunities to play football, volleyball, Latin dancing, table tennis, and water sports. There's also a foam party and foam pool once a week. Amazing evening entertainment, including live music

Pros: large rooms, comfortable beds, a wide selection of pools and water slides – everyone will find something to enjoy. The food is very good and varied. There are plenty of dining options

The hotel is very good The best option, especially for families with children Children's pools (4 pieces) are very fun You don't feel the hotel crowd. We'll probably come back from now on

stay in July, 2022: An excellent ecosystem, which offers everything needed. As a vegetarian, at Amelia I am satisfied with the fresh salads and the abundance of fruits and vegetables. In general, the food could be better

If someone likes to stay his vaccay just in resort thats fine. Hotel area itself has a lot of space to walk around (garden, farm) Many types of cuisines available. Some water slides available for few hours a day

It has it all the pool the gardens around the beach the water slides animation for all the guest and the restorants and both the beach bar and the pool bar were open all day until late at midnight

Lots of pools, great beach connection, warm deep, slightly rough sea. Friendly receptionists and staff, helpful and always available for all guest needs

The management and the staf were super friendly. The room was basic it had all the required amenitues and it was cleaned daily. I want to go again there as this week there was the best in years

The hotel room was comfortable, with a good bed and functioning air conditioner. However, loud music played until midnight every night, which made it hard to rest

When booking, they clearly told us that the driver would drop us off and later return to the same spot to pick us up — we just had to call 30 minutes in advance

When i first came to this hotel i really enjoyed everything about it, it was clean and the foods were really nice

But one thing that really bothered me was the gozleme lady at the pool who is working solo for hours upon hours

i felt so sorry for her and i wish that the hotel does something about this, at least give her more breaks or also add another woman so that it’s more beneficial

Overall everyone else was really nice, the entertainment people were amazing i really enjoyed their personality and how nice they were to everyone!

it’s not right to let someone ALONE work without any fan and for hours in a space where the sun hits that poor woman directly

Yes it's in the middle of nowhere, but then you should already know that by researching the hotel. Spent most of my 10 days lounging around the pool and would recommend this hotel

Beach was with small rocks which is difficult to walk on and there is not enough sunbeds for guests. Hotel would really need a reconstruction and better cleaning. Some parts like bars and stairs were smelly a little

Check the beach snack bar, it's not always the same food as the pool snack bar. Check out the Hokka bar, yes it's not included but the cocktails are amazing as is the guy that works there

The rooms aren't the cleanest, really could do with a deep clean. The food was cold most of the time, and the chips were always uncooked. But a good variety, although don't expect home comforts (nor should you)

The animations in the night were fantastic, we saw the gymnastics, strong man, laser show, synchronical swimming and many more. That was the most advantage of the hotel

Ali in the animation team is a really good guy, and does his best throughout the day. The beach isn't sandy, but that's not the fault of the hotel, that's nature

Lafetos fully justifies its 5 stars good varied cuisine. Souvenirs in the hotel on the ground floor are really expensive, behind the hotel there are a couple of shops where you can buy souvenirs cheaper

The chic beach is spacious, there is a bar, fresh juices, low alcohol drinks. Entertainment for adults and children. For lovers species I advise you to choose the 6th floor with a sea view

I also loved that the water was very warm! Also they are not closing the pool at fixed time, which is great, if you want to dive in at 6 am, or 7 pm, you are welcome! Also, absolutely loved to have the blue cushions on the sun beds, made a massive difference! Although seems like lots of rooms and i was expecting to be crowded, it wasn’t ! There are many sitting areas, many pools + the beach and plenty...

I was impatiently waiting every evening for a bit of dance music ( trust me, I can dance on anything, as long as it has a good vibe/ rhythm ) , but nothing… and i noticed many people around our table in the exact same situation, waving hands, wanting to dance, but no dance music

Overall we had an amazing holiday. Our expectations were not very high due to the overall review here on TripAdvisor, however everything was beyond our expectations. Food was amazing!!!! Fresh, good variety and delicious

We wanted to visit the nearby city of Side and asked for transportation options, and they said they wouldn't recommend anything from buses and taxis since it's expensive and unreliable

Location: the hotel being immediately on the beach is awesome, and for anyone looking to just stay in the resort at all times, it's definitely a 4 or a 5
