We actually came here for the amazing slides, which you won't find anywhere else. I recommend it to everyone, come here for the slides

We've been at the Crystal Hotel for seven days now. The beach was clean, the room was cozy, and the food was excellent. We'd like to thank the entertainment staff for the show. All the activities were a hit

However very interestingly they handle it so well. just some places and restaurant can be crowded at peak times. some details: food: the food is not amazing, some bars are good but it is 7 out of 10

In the Pool games, no children under the age of 16 were allowed to participate, which was disappointing. Then it felt like the animation team just wanted to get done quickly and finish

The children had to wait every time they wanted to ride the larger slides. People complain that there were no sun loungers, which is not true

Holidayed here with the family summer of '23 and it was by far the best holiday we have ever had from the last 10

Beautiful hotel with great facilities but lacking atmosphere and warmth! The hotel is absolutely stunning - beautifully designed with a grand, impressive lobby that gives you that real wow factor on arrival

There’s a wide range of facilities, including several restaurants (main buffet, three à la cartes, a cake shop and a Turkish bread hut), plenty of bars, two large pools plus a children’s pool, and a private beach where we were never disturbed by salespeople - a first! The spa is lovely and offers free use of the sauna, steam room and hammam for a couple of hours each day

Finally, there are no longer any large waterslides for adults – only small ones in the children’s pool. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay

The Turkish bath / hammam massage is highly recommended. There’s also an indoor pool, a small shopping area, bowling alley, nightclub, outdoor cinema for kids, and even an archery space

The bars were just okay; the one between the two main pools often smelled unpleasant (like old beer or stagnant water), and the coffee and juice machines didn’t appear well cleaned or maintained

The service - price policy is perfect, the hotel is not very new but everything is clean, live music every night in three different locations, lunapark for kids every evening, pebble beach, but the water is clean, good and tasty food, very suitable for young couples with children, highly recommend!

Went to Turkey in October with my friend to armas pemar beach had a great time loads to do. Food was really nice Outside the hotel over the road you had plenty of shops to explore

The rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help us with any problems we had Will definitely ruturn

The pool is huge, so I never thought it was crowded, and there were no problems with safety either, as the water was constantly monitored by lifeguards

However, there were problems with language skills, most of the employees spoke only Turkish or Russian, few understood or spoke English, but the guest relations team was excellent in this area

The entertainment team also did their job professionally, although they could have included a little variety in the dances or the music they chose to play, for example, but that was okay

Wonderful experience in any way from the front desk to the beach are people that work their are wonderful and so helpful if you need them their there for you food is so good and spa area is a wonderful place you will find dino who is so helpful for everyone who wants to go their its worth it if your single or with 100 family members and kids its worth

I was little bit afraid of all the negative comments that I read. That´s true, the people usually write bad reviews and who is satisfied don´t report it so often. In my experience this is very good hotel in every way

So! Everyone wants to know - Noone wrote before. Rooms - clean, spacious, every day cleaning. If you tip a cleaning lady - you will have minibar full every day

We met friendly staff throughout the hotel, restaurant - plenty of food, tasty, very diverse, with a different themed evening every night

After calling them again, they finally sent another car — this time an old, stuffy vehicle with no air conditioning, and we had to share the ride with another family. This was a total downgrade from what we paid for

Through out the day there is no entertainment a part from Wednesday at 3:00 there is a foam party. The pool is very big! Theres one baby pool, one main pool and 1 pool where the slides land

The location in Side is far out from the Centre, some local shops and market but if you intend to stay in the resort then that shouldn't be a problem as the hotel spreads out from the pool area straight onto the beach which has good facilities to relax

I have rated this hotel 3 out if 5. The positives first, the hotel has huge and very beautiful out door space. The children were pretty happy with the pool and evening entertainment

Arrived very late at night and took a while to locate our reservation. A decent sized resort with many facilities. The pool area is great, large pool so plenty of space for crowded times and plenty of seating space

There is the main restaurant, the pool area restaurant and the beach area restaurant so you're always close to some food when it is being served. Food was great and inclusive meant no worries with the kids

Kids club, children's activities all come at a price. At 3-10 euros per activity, it can add up

What I would especially like to highlight are the animation programs, both for children and adults. Everything is so well organized that you simply have no need to leave the resort at all, 24/7

Taking 2 of my children I wanted to go somewhere it was family friendly and this really was the one. The food was exceptional, there were variety options to choose from. Also the service all round was superb

We spent one week at Club Nena with 6 people (4 adults and 2 children), and we had an amazing time! We didn’t miss a thing. The double room was perfectly suitable for 2 adults and a 6-year-old child

Attentive, polite, met us knew what we drink and immediately brought in, and tried to speak Russian. As we arrived 12oktyabrya is the velvet season. sunbeds available and the sea and the pool

Went there for 10 nights with family and friends the hotel is good but location it's not nice. The restaurant waiter they don't care about customer and food was expired they saved old food and its smells

When it comes to food, really only those who don’t want to eat won’t find something they like — the selection was incredible! The beach, the many pools, and the slides all exceeded our expectations

One negative: the stone surface around the pool with the slides and near the Relax Bar is dangerously slippery. Something should definitely be done about that. Our children slipped several times as well

There is only one pool adult pool which is a little disappointing but it is more than large enough and the slides are also fun. The beach is also pretty good, with lots of sun loungers as well as hammocks and bean bags

The temperature of the pool was very cold throughout our stay and the sun lounger situation is a little annoying; having to get up a 6:30 every morning just to get an opportunity to sit near the pool isn't great

The quality is very high but we felt that the selection was a bit limited, especially as most of the desserts tasted very similar. The drinks were also good as were both the al a carte and barbecue restaurants

Getting the bus to Manavgat and Side is easy enough though and only 1 euro each which is well worth the 15-30 minute journey each way. The Pool and Beach would get an 8/10

We stayed at the TUI Blue Palm Garden for 11 nights from 13th October 2024. We are a family of 4 and we were split over two rooms as we have older teenagers

However, I can only give it 4 out of 5 because it seems to be a victim of it's own success - having the reviews it has inevitably raises expectations and unfortunately, while still being nearly excellent, the few minor issues we had mean it just falls slightly short of being truly perfect

This resort has absolutely everything you need on a holiday. Multiple pools and a sand beach with loungers, unlimited food and drink, evening entertainment and places to just relax

It is possible to meet a peacock, a Cockerel, a hen with little chickens, geese,ducks,tortoise,rabbits-so interesting. There is an Aqua Park, mini club for children,stable. Great animation for children and adults

Nice green area with blooming grenades, trees with lemons, oranges. On site many pools, bars, tennis courts, football, basketball and Golf

Suits everyone from a romantic getaway for two, or a group of friends, or even a family

In the evening at the amphitheatre concerts and shows. Delicious food in the restaurant for every taste with themed dinners. Stay in may and was a success!

The spacious garden with numerous pools and slides invites relaxation. The rooms are also adequately furnished

However, there are a few points of criticism: the duvets are too thin for cooler nights, and the towels seem a bit worn. The restricted opening hours for the pools and slides are particularly annoying

The staff, especially in the restaurants, give an overall unmotivated impression. Guests are often ignored, and the quality of drinks, especially the cocktails, leaves a lot to be desired

Really nice place for families and couples as there is few swimming pools you can relax by main pool or stay with kids by the other with water slides

The main pool was very quiet and immaculate too. There was bar servers on rollers blades making sure your drinks didn't warm up!!! We saw some performances in the amphitheatre who were brilliant

The snack bar by the pool has delicious pizzas; definitely recommended! The churros and waffles are also definitely not to be missed :) The beach is beautiful and the sea is clean

The beach is within walking distance, but a shuttle runs every 2–3 minutes to take you back and forth. We’d especially like to thank the hotel staff and Mr. Yusuf for taking such great care of us during our stay

Our experience at Bosphorus Sorgun Side Hotel was absolutely fantastic! We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived — the staff are extremely kind, hospitable, and always ready to help

One of the animators told me that she would not play with my child because it is better when there are at least 3 children. The playground is ok, but the carousel is only open around 8 p

Food around the clock! The animation is very active, fun for both children and adults. The audience is Russian-speaking, Turks, Poles. Weifai is in the lobby, and why is it needed for such a rest!

I do not recommend it to parents with children! The animators (as well as most of the staff) do not understand simple sentences in English/German

And a few animators stand nearby and dance instead of keeping the children entertained. The children's slides are also not open all day, so you can't lounge on the sun loungers there because they close them

My family and I are here for the first time and we love it. First and foremost, I must mention the receptionist Alina, an outstanding professional with a remarkable talent for making guests feel incredible

10 minutes of dancing (the same 3-4 songs every day) and then a game in which children have to stand in line to, for example, jump rope once or walk under a stick. The animator repeats the same thing over and over again

I made new friends and I liked animators very much too! Everyone was kind and helping. The service was good and I enjoyed my vacation so so much! I really liked animator Erkingul

The hotel for this money is perfect for family. the see is near and you have a beautiful pool. The personal is nice and the cleaning service in roms are perfect

We had a great fun staying at rhe Holdayn Grand Resort Hotel. The staff was friendly and smiling. Most of them had bearly no time to say hi, but the service was trully amazing

Every serving there was something mouth watering. The rooms are spacious and clean. Kids have plenty of food to choose from and many activities. The beach was clean and under bay-watch supervision

There is one girl in lobby bar and her name is tugba. Animation team always positive and friendly. Restaurant service is great and food are so great. Entertainment manager Erdrich is so helpful

Pools - spotless, water and surrounding areas, cleaned constantly through your day, no spilled drinks, no rubbish, drips from pool mopped up regularly) we didn’t get his name but we sat mostly at main pool 5, but it was kept immaculate

Skater team - again at main pool 5, our skater guy knew our drinks order by second day, made us feel special and catered for so well

The hotel has a beautiful, well-kept territory and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly organized. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation!

There were even cat houses for the four legged guests. I liked that there was an adult specific pool without any music and kids, perfect for relaxing

One issue was the noise from the pool bar this was relentless in rhetoric evening until 1130/midnight so if you did want a chilled evening this wasn’t an option

I wanted to book one of the al a carte restaurants as we could have 1 free booking, got told it had finished ! Entertainment was good on the night and beach foam party was fun! A lady called Janet was lovely to our daughter x Everything was in Euros which was annoying as we had English money or Lira , and was quite expensive

Not really much to do around the hotel but a short walk to a few shops and a shopping centre. I do like to stay different places so I'm not sure I would return to this hotel/ area

3 of our party of 5 had a vommiting bug for 24 hrs during our weeks stay but I don’t think this can be blamed on the hotel it was just bad luck, The food wasn’t very varied but was ok quality, the snack bar was mainly fried food but cooked fresh

We were going to book an al a carte but were told only the Italian was open and we would all have to chose the same food. Maybe the hotel was winding down as it was the last week of October

The staff work extremely hard in all areas and the hotel is spotlessly clean

At night, mice were seen near the pool area. Corridors and floors in this building looked like they had not been properly cleaned for years. Staff Most staff members were quite strict and not very friendly

Territory & Entertainment The hotel territory is beautiful, with some newly renovated areas. Children’s entertainment was excellent — 10/10. Pools and animation programs were enjoyable

Health & Hygiene Some members of our group experienced stomach issues, possibly after using the warm pool. Guests Many Russian-speaking guests. Conclusion Overall, it was a good vacation for the price paid

It is a good hotel with friendly and supportive personnel. There are some programs held during the day from dart, to disco and performance for children

I explained the items well enough in each category, but in short I can say you wont regret giving there with the money you pay

Food & Drinks Food quality was decent, but after the third day it started to feel repetitive. Snack options were good, drinks were average. Fruit selection was limited but sufficient. soup was not available for everyone

Our room is terrible , it was very dirty, no one cleaned our room for 2 days, towels were not changed. Also the safe didn't work. As for the food and everything was super and tasty, entertainment was also good.

On our way back we saw a lot of hotels with a smal surrounding or near the beach with a bussy road in between. Gardenean Beach was super and we should go back anytime!!!!

Nice and very clear beach, beatiful and clear sea, very good approach of the stuff, large selection and delicius food, every day cleaning - ideal place for holiday

My eldest children loved the slide pool, however I did find the 10-12 and 3-5 slide times very restrictive. We had to plan our day around that and it did get annoying

We had a wonderful time at Arycanda in Turkey and would highly recommend it for families. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained
