The cleaner took by mistake a pocket with our clothes and threw them - the manager didn't do anything about it!

Don't do this mistake!
There isn't an exchange office within at least 5km so you're forced to pay in euros or dollars (they calculate everything in dollars and clearly 1€=1$ if you don't have any dollars). There are many more flaws to this hotel but I can't bother writing all of them.
