We stayed for 7 nights in this hotel and it was absolutely amazing and unforgettable time with friendly staff and amazing service large range of food also I'd like to say special mention to guy on check in desk ti upgrade our room for bigger and also remember guy from entertainment team we playing table tennis and definitely will recommend this destination to people with families everything set up nicely in hotel area and sea side our room with number 5507 was amazing now my kids are sad 😔 because time back to school. Anyway please accept another thank from all my family for your amazing service during our holiday and all best to all of you❤️🇹🇷❤️🇹🇷❤️🇹🇷

Avoid at all costs – ruined holiday with injury, food poisoning, and disgraceful service
I don’t normally write reviews, but after what my family went through on this holiday I feel compelled to warn others. This hotel completely destroyed our holiday and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same nightmare.
• On the first day, my young daughter split her head open after falling on a sun lounger and had to be rushed to hospital. She spent five days unable to do anything. Not exactly the start to a family holiday we had paid thousands for.
• My wife then got food poisoning from the all-inclusive buffet. She was left bedridden for the majority of the holiday. Clearly, hygiene and food safety are not a priority here.
• The hotel itself is unhygienic, unsafe, and far below the standard advertised. Cleanliness was shocking, and basic safety around the pool and loungers was clearly neglected.
To make matters worse, when I finally raised my complaints, I was met with rudeness and indifference. Staff dismissively asked if I’d spoken to guest relations — something we weren’t even told existed until the very last day. Only then did I discover they had logged all the issues, but of course by then it was far too late.
What should have been a relaxing family holiday turned into stress, illness, and hospital trips. I would never return here and I strongly advise others to stay away. If you value your health, safety, and sanity, pick another hotel

Fantastic 10-Day Stay – Best Holiday in Turkey Yet! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Just arrived home after an excellent 10-day stay, and I have to say this was the best food I’ve had in Turkey. Every night there was plenty of variety, and there was always something delicious to enjoy.
The staff were outstanding and clearly take great pride in their work. The pool attendant did a brilliant job making sure everyone had a sunbed and kept the area spotless. Yes, some beds were reserved early, but even if you wanted a lie-in, it was never a struggle to find one later on.
Rooms were cleaned daily, the bar staff worked tirelessly, and the kids’ club team and entertainment staff were incredible — always full of energy and making sure everyone was having a good time.
I’d recommend checking out the other pool area too — it’s a little livelier and the food over there suits the vibe perfectly.
Now, for some unexpected entertainment… I finally met a ‘Karen’ family on holiday! Watching events unfold was priceless. They decided to place their sunbeds right where the lifeguards are stationed and then complained to management when the lifeguards used their umbrella in 42°C heat. To be fair, they didn’t look like they needed lifeguards… let’s just say buoyancy wasn’t an issue. The ‘Kevin’ of the family then came out with the classic: “Maybe you should get here earlier!” — I can’t help but wonder if Kevin turns up to work two hours early, unpaid. 😏 It was awkward but entertaining — and the lifeguards handled it professionally.
Another highlight for me was seeing how well the animals are cared for. Cats roam around the hotel but aren’t aggressive or begging for food. There’s an older cat by the main entrance — a real survivor — and even an old dog pops by for a cuddle and some water. The hotel also protects the sea turtle nesting areas on the beach, which was amazing to see.
All in all, a brilliant hotel and location. Easily the best holiday I’ve had in Turkey. The only downside is that Turkey is getting more expensive, and Antalya Airport is… let’s just say extortionate.
When the kids don’t want to go home, you know the hotel has done something right. Keep up the great work!

I had such a great stay here! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed, but what really stood out was the service in the restaurant. The waiters were amazing , especially (Musab) always so friendly, quick, and genuinely happy to help. They remembered little details about my orders, and always made sure I was enjoying my meal. The food itself was fresh and delicious every single time , they made it with pure love and It really felt like they cared about making my stay special, and that’s something I’ll remember.

I recommend the hotel to everyone. Food was diverse and delicious. The hotel was easy to reach from the airport. Our room was cleaned every day. Beach facilities were also good. The employees were also friendly and helpful.

Terrible place to stay. We had a family reunion after 10 years and we asked to have bedrooms next to each other before our arrival which didn’t happen. We had rooms on different floors and blocks. The outside area is all smoking free area and everyone is smoking so you can’t sit there with your baby and/or children. The staff are not exactly helpful and are rude. The rooms are small specially if you have a baby with a pram, car seat and a cot. Definitely not worth the amount of money we paid and we could have stayed at a much nicer hotel in our own country. There is variety when it comes to food but maybe 1-2 options that’s actually nice to eat but the rest is not that nice.

Excellent place to stay, private beach, all facilities. 10/10 for families, authentic Turkish food - massive variety, entertainer activities, pool, aqua park, all inclusive. The best part is the service - staff is very well mannered, cooperative and helping.

Few things you need to know , you can use both Wyndham and the Ramada they are sister hotels . Main entertainment is at the beach , but the Ramada does entertainment most nights apart from Sundays , we found this to be a good night out be it bingo or the famous Karaoke , The staff at the outside bar are excellent , and the main barman and his young apprentice do a fantastic job , best cocktails ever . We stayed in the Wyndham in room 5404 , ironing board with iron in the room , cleaned regularly was faultless . Staff are terrific at both hotels they really are . WiFi is of a good standard throughout the both hotels and beach . The beach is again fantastic , huge area with two big outdoor pools , one a kids pool with slides . Entertainment team is brilliant at the main pool , I took part every day in the pool games darts shooting , really made you feel welcome , beach also has pizza , lovely and a big eating area , free ice cream and cones all day , and they are as excellent standard . We as a couple loved the place , you could stay at the hotel were it was more relaxed , or to the beach . Can't forget one of the extra eating places , think you can choose one per week , Mexican , fish , Asian , Turkish and I think one more , we went to to Mexican , it was delicious seriously good food 😋😋😋 to the management of the hotel , your staff are a credit to you , each and everyone do a fantastic job , we look forward to coming back .
