Food, service and public areas are very nice. But the room even when it was a junior suite is old and the furniture was broken everywhere. But definitely the service and people are exceptional

The 'fruit hut' was a really cool idea. In the evenings, there was a lounge cafe on the beach with a pleasant waiter. The beach was large and comfortable. Quick and easy transfer from the airport

Loads of kids everywhere, happily playing. It felt like they outnumbered the adults. Even in the adults-only (16+) zone, there were guests with infants, and no one seemed to say anything

On Saturday, the disco at the neighboring hotel was so loud you couldn't fall asleep before 11:30 PM. Overall, the hotel is good – the food was excellent, and the staff were fantastic

From the very first moment, Concorde Deluxe Resort Antalya impressed us with a smooth and pleasant check-in process, making us feel welcome right away

The variety of food and drinks is incredible – there’s something delicious for every taste, and everything is prepared to perfection

We also loved the beach bar and the bar on the pier…. There’s a theme here! The Pâtisserie serves great coffee and cakes and the street food cabin is also fun and handy for a snack

The table service even skates. Nice sandy-rocky beach with sunbeds and a pier with a bar on the Mediterranean Sea. Frequent shows and live music which I loved. Music by the pools and a little more peace on the beach

We have had the best holiday ever. The staff, food and premises are amazing and we have never had a never a better Holiday. We have used the spa facilities and they have been great! We will definitely come back again

There were 10 of us and we had a great holiday. The hotel is very clean everywhere and has lots of activities on offer. The drinks are great and the lobby bar serves the best cocktails

i struggled at breakfast time being gluten free but ate a lot of omelettes which were not cooked to order. My vegetarian friend had some great breakfasts however

Fantastic hotel, food and rooms great. What made the holiday more memorable were the staff from cleaners, waiters/waitresses and especially the entertainment team, nothing to much trouble had fantastic time.

Fantastic food, room clean and comfortable, view was beautiful, staff went above and beyond to help us, they were all friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend

The Aquagym instructor this year was different from last year — and what a great improvement! Last year we were also impressed with the kids’ club lady, and she’s still absolutely amazing

Perfect holiday! Located close to the airport, so transfer time is less. The private beach is big enough, there are enough sunbeds, the water is clear, no rocks

Excellent place for a family vacation. The buffet was diverse and something for everyone. I disagree with other reviewers who said the food was the same every day. Baklava was awesome and so many varieties

This place has become like our own hotel, where we spend our winter holidays every year without hesitation. This year was extra good, even better than before

Palms at the reception hall are amazing, so beautiful decorated for Christmas. On the 24th arrangements was good, decorations, live music, dances, drinks and sweets

First of all, I would like to thank the animation and entertainment team, public relations, kitchen, service, bar, housekeeping, janitor, Kids Club, the entire team for giving us such a wonderful holiday

They welcome new guests very nicely, helps with luggage from a taxi and helps at the reception dest, comes with drinks while organising papers

We enjoyed kids club as well, they could play there without parents , and the best of all kids disco every evening

Main entertainment is at the beach , but the Ramada does entertainment most nights apart from Sundays , we found this to be a good night out be it bingo or the famous Karaoke , The staff at the outside bar are excellent , and the main barman and his young apprentice do a fantastic job , best cocktails ever

We stayed for 7 nights in this hotel and it was absolutely amazing and unforgettable time with friendly staff and amazing service large range of food also I'd like to say special mention to guy on check in desk ti upgrade our room for bigger and also remember guy from entertainment team we playing table tennis and definitely will recommend this destination to people with families everything set up...

WiFi is of a good standard throughout the both hotels and beach. The beach is again fantastic , huge area with two big outdoor pools , one a kids pool with slides

Fantastic 10-Day Stay – Best Holiday in Turkey Yet! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just arrived home after an excellent 10-day stay, and I have to say this was the best food I’ve had in Turkey

Entertainment team is brilliant at the main pool , I took part every day in the pool games darts shooting , really made you feel welcome , beach also has pizza , lovely and a big eating area , free ice cream and cones all day , and they are as excellent standard

For instance when we asked for toilet paper they brought towels? There is supposed to be three additional restaurants apart from the Ocean canteen but never saw these open for the 10 days of our stay

A wonderful large beach within walking distance, but there is a transfer every 30 minutes, plus every hour you can leave on a boat along the canal, very cool! There is a disco until 2 am

Toilets could be cleaner, special at the beach. Staff could be more customeroriented. Have been here before but this time too many people.

The food is simple, but everything is fresh and tasty! Waiters ride on roller skates! The rooms are large, but there was no hair dryer! In general, I definitely want to relax here again! The staff is attentive, the staff is tidy, they will always help! There is a sauna and hammam for free from 9 am to 5 pm

Excellent hotel with a very tasty buffet. But in Turkey, food is very important in terms of taste, a lot of meat. This is key, so we recommend it

Excellent service and cleanliness, the staff is very careful about the cleanliness of the pool, sun loungers and public areas

Mainly German and Russian guests so get up early to reserve seats as they put towels down on several seats and then disappear for the day

Hakan especially and ibrahim from from the bar was very helpful in my stay I had issue with one guy who was being very nasty takkkmv to me in different language thinking I didn't understand his language but apart from that one guy thinking he was funny calling me names in Turkish the whole stay was amazing!! Cons: The “beach” is not really a beach, it’s a concrete slab at the bottom of the cliffs with some sun loungers on it. Could have been made into a really nice space if there was some more money/effort out into it

Wi-Fi is rubbish but that seems to be the trend for a lot of hotels in Turkey. There weren’t any towels available for the pool

Turn left out of the hotel and in about 200m there's long park walk, possibly 2km or more, along the cliff top which is well lit at night, including in the early morning, so perfect for my dawn run before breakfast

Breakfast and Evening Meal buffets provided a good choice of food and, refreshingly, tea and coffee were included with the evening meal - the only hotel on the RSD trip to do so on the tour

I was happy that there was a gym very basic but at least the possibility to train. Just don't go there if you're sensitive for noise because there are a lot of airplanes

My first trip to the Lara was my first ever to Turkey. I stayed at the Lara for a week but then needed to travel to Alanya and I had no idea how to get there. A young receptionist KERIM helped me out beyond his duty

I am now at the Lara in November , my third stay this year. The Lara is friendly, somewhat outdated in decor of the rooms but clean. The view over the sea is stunning, private beach is great

He also wrote me notes for the taxi driver and one for the coach terminal so l never got lost. I returned to the Lara again in July 25 and KERIM was there. He knew me instantly as we were now friends

He looked up coach travel for me on several internet sites, which was proving easy. He did this in his break time and told me to go and relax and he would sort it

Clean rooms, a delicious breakfast, and cats everywhere

The pool bar staff are friendly and accommodating although the food can be pricey. Overall, I would stay in the Lara again and again

Advantages: We were very satisfied with breakfasts – there were cereals with milk, French fries, boiled eggs, bread, cheese, cottage cheese, ham, chocolate paste, tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelons, melons, coffee, etc

a hotel in Istanbul the turkoman- tiny and more like a homestay with only a few rooms, but great location, then 2. the ladies beach residence in kusadasi and 3. the family cave suite in goreme Cappadocia

My family and I had a pleasant one-week stay in this nice, relatively little hotel. Its staff was very kind and went out of their way to help us e. by arranging trips and preparing breakfast at early morning hours

Disadvantages: In our room the air-conditioning was fitted right above one of the beds which forced us to either turn off air conditioning at night (not a desired option because of the heat) or not use that bed – we choose the latter option and one of our daughters slept in the large bed with me and my wife

In some reviews of this hotel the guests complained about impolite personnel, but I think this is a thing of the past as the hotel staff was always kind and helpful to us

Excellent service I had a few small issues with the room but the owner of the hotel changed our rooms, without any issues. A good size hotel with a clean swimming pool and is close to local amenities

It's located approximately halfway between the airport and the city center, about 35 minutes by public transport or 20 minutes by taxi. The nearest beach is about 15 minutes by bus

The receptionist speaks English and very good Russian. He was always helpful with any questions I had. I definitely recommend this hotel

Had a weeks stay whilst having some dental treatment. Hotel was clean and accommodation was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and would definitely recommend.

He is the best staff I have come across in all my holidays abroad , if I could give him 6 stars I would , the hotel is very lucky to have as staff. Thank you to him for everything he is doing to help us :)

Room pics shown with the rooms are not exact as standard rooms were shown with jacuzzi but in actual its not part of it The room i got in the price was great Breakfast was fresh and delicious Overall a great experience

Pool was small but we didn't use as too cold in Feb lol. I even had the local cat snuggle with me every night 🐈 I took 1 star off due to the tv not being in English. Not a smart tv so couldn't even connect our phones

Upon arrival the receptionist Melih welcomed us and listen to our every need. The manager Leyla she is absolutely lovely a warm person with a kind heart. The people in the hotel could not do enough for us

This was due to new government rules that all hotels have to have fire doors fitted on all rooms before 1st May or they get closed down. Just happened to be their turn for the work to be done

Rose was always checking we were ok every time she saw us, such a lovely lady. Rooms were clean and sufficient for our needs. Reception area was clean, warm and friendly

Was there for dental treatment. Anything you needed and they didn't have they would be on their phones getting what you wanted including takeaway

The majority of guests were from UK so maybe time for an upgrade. Sadly it was like a building site in the halls when we arrived

Great thing to notice - hotel givers you free access to the Amoor beach, so you have beach chair and umbrella. Beach towel is provided, but with cash deposit of 10€

We had a wonderful stay at Esperanza Hotel in Antalya! The hotel is very conveniently located — close to both the airport and the sea. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, and the food is tasty and varied

But the true highlight of this hotel is the people. The whole team works with heart and soul, genuinely caring for the guests and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere

We would especially like to thank Salih and Dina, who played with our little daughter every day and gave her so much love and attention. We are grateful to all the staff for their kindness and smiles

Esperanza hotel has the friendliest staff. The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. The balcony is a nice added feature overlooking the town or pool. The buffets are 3 times a day and are very fresh and healthy

Quiet, clean hotel 20 minutes from Antalya airport. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. There are restaurants serving a variety of dishes right by the sea. Sunny pool in the complex with plenty of sun loungers

The hotel is conveniently close to Lara Beach and Antalya Airport, but quite far from Antalya Bus Station and main tourist spots like Kaleici Old Town and the Bazaar, it takes around 45–55 minutes each way by Uber

The sunbeds for the beach are all free for the people staying at the hotel which was nice and the beach itself was beautiful and clean

The bohemian decorations throughout the hotel create a beautiful atmosphere. The private beach is a huge plus, and the suite room I stayed in was clean with a big bed and sitting area

We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit because it was our honeymoon. The staff is extremely nice and also helpful. The food, especially breakfast, is also great

The rooms are clean, though cleaning mine once a week, if you ask for a blanket, towel, no problem! The staff is very kind! In the dining room where we ate, the wall was peeling, and everything is neat! For little money we had a good rest!!!

Hi all! We stayed in this hotel for 8 days

The hotel is very far from the road with public transport (from the bus stop - 15 minutes walk). The room itself is quite neat, clean and has everything you need, but WiFi is NOT provided for guests at the hotel

There is a small (larger in size than in the nearest hotels) pool, in which you can even swim

Great hotel, very accommodating and the staff are always helpful. The food was very good and plenty of choice to suit everyone. The massage parlour was also very good and very relaxing

All inclusive is dire local spirits and a lager. no wine they will sell you a bottle £50 husband was their for dental treatment (we were not drinking on this occasion ) as was a lot of others

No food was allowed to be eaten in the lounge had to be within the dining room or your room goodness knows how it operates in the high season
