Worst holiday I have ever experienced. The food is awful, and the all-inclusive drink options are extremely limited. The service is even worse — staff are unprofessional and rude. One employee touched a 17-year-old girl inappropriately, which is completely unacceptable. There was also a physical fight between staff members, leaving one with a broken arm and another with heavy bruising and cuts to his face. I cannot believe this is what Turkey has to offer. This was my first time visiting the country, and due to this experience, it will probably be my last.

Awful, two drinks available in an all inclusive is just terrible. Lager and vodka bar stocked with empty bottles. NO entertainment at all. food basic nothing for kids

Awful. Two drinks available at the bar all week, lager and vodka not even raki. No food for the kids tastes at all unless you count rock hard and cold chicken nuggets. Zero entertainment apart from one night where it appeared everyone there was family member of the staff leaving no space for paying customers, the mts rep just wanted you to go to his shop and spend big. Please avoid this place. I fell down the stairs due to no lighting on the stair case. Effing horrible hotel.

AVOID THIS HOTEL, on the second day I came down with severe sickness and diarrhoea, got back to the UK had tests done and it was confirmed I got salmonella which was obviously from chicken that hadn't been cooked properly.

What and absolute disgrace from the core… No windows in your bathroom, no toilets in a huge hotel block (C) Barr in your own room 8 stories high. Fighting every night and day in the restaurant and pool bar. Ate in the restaurant one and ate out for the rest of our holiday. Cost a bomb… Tuborg Beer, dodgy vodka red wine and Raki, sh*t show of a place. Never ever again… 4* Hotel “my ****”

PLEASE READ!!! This is an honest, genuine review from a British couple who experienced living hell for 5 days. If able to I would give 0 star rating. For our 30th wedding anniversary I wanted to surprise my wife with a 5 day getaway, to Turkey which was somewhere we had both wanted to visit for some time. The only positive of this holiday was the beautiful weather conditions and beach. I booked this holiday through On The Beach expecting a relaxing time, a variety of food and a romantic getaway. Firstly we flew with Wizz Air, absolutely zero leg room near enough, seats were extremely hard and uncomfortable and plenty of hidden fees. We landed in Turkey and was lead to believe the transfer was going to be seamless and quick ( approximately 50 minutes ). This wasn't the case at all. The transfer was 4 hours, driver took two breaks to have a cigarette, loud and inconsiderate drunk people and my wife feel uncomfortable due to the Turkish people not being very welcoming towards tourists. After travelling for nearly 8 hours we arrived to the Sun Star Beach Hotel with high expectations after seeing an overall 4 star rating. This turned out not to be the case, on arrival we were instantly scammed into paying an extra 40 Turkish Lera for an "upgraded room" within the main hotel, this was because they mentioned about several sister hotels which were roughly a 15 minute walk every morning to the main hotel which is were all food is. The hotel room was clean overall but the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, which gave my wife chronic back pain every morning. When booking this hotel there was mention of it being all inclusive, the food was extremely bland and tasteless with no variety and there were flies all over it. While still eating staff members would assume you had finished and would just take it away. The drinks were advised as being all inclusive and advised having the usual options - jack Daniels, brandy and vodka, however these remained completely empty and unavailable. The only all inclusive drinks options they had were a local warm beer and red or white wine, which tasted like vinegar and had been left open in the sun all day. The staff were incredibly rude and unwelcoming, would rather be on their phones not attending to customers. Looked at my wife and I like we was bothering them and being an inconvenience when asking for assistance. None of the staff spoke any English which made it challenging to check in and even ask basic inquires. There was only one member of staff which were extremely polite which was one of the cleaners. Most evenings my wife and I didn't eat at the hotel and went to a near by local restaurant. This shouldn't have been the case due to paying for and expecting an all inclusive holiday. On one occasion I decided to try something from the hotels limited options for food, I decided on the meatballs. Do not book this hotel if you want a nice holiday- we booked a large family room for 4 people and was given the smallest room with a double bed and a single - the bedding had seen better days so had the beds. We were given 2 towels for 4 people and had to ask twice for more. The food was absolutely disgusting same thing every day with flies everywhere. The staff were not the best unless you were German.Russian or any other nationality apart from English. Pool was not cleaned unless you counted the gentleman pouring chlorine down the kids slide while children were still on it - on a night you could see all the dirt on the bottom of the pool.would definitely not recommend anyone to go here .

Absolutely awful. Please do not waste your money. Grubby towels off white had to go out and buy my own towels. The bed is uncomfortable and creakes. The toilet flusher panel missing and broken. Shortage if toilet paper. No hot water available had no choice but to have cold showers. I was told by staff that its best to have shower 1pm and 6pm. No remote control fot TV. Extremely rude and arrogant male staff who laugh at you when you raise a complaint. Many guest complained asking to move to another hotel. The food is poor quality. Lacks imagination same food everyday. You should see the state of the coffee cups. There is no duty of care to their guest. I'm world travel its the worst hotel I have stayed in my entire life. Very depressing environment. Go at your own risk!!
