A 3-hour transfer along the Turkish Riviera. We read most of the reviews before arriving and knew what to expect. The weather was beautiful in October, and the sea was warm. The food was varied and the drinks were just right for us, and the quantity was adequate. The room seemed dated, but we were happy with it. The staff were polite, but they took plates and cutlery from the table without asking, as if on cue. A taxi to Alanya costs €20, while the bus from in front of the hotel costs €2. The hotel is clean, and the beach is beautiful.

Negative:
1. The hotel is very far from the airport. Took us 4 hours to get here.
2. 95% of the staff doesn’t speak English or other languages, is hard to communicate.
3. Although the beach is private, everyday there are people coming (that are not from the hotel) and stay, and no one tells them they are not allowed to stay. The beach is small and it can get crowded.
4. The sea has a steep entry, and there are lots of big rocks. It makes it difficult/dangerous for people who can’t swim to enter the sea, especially because most of the time is wavy.
5. The bar has a very small variety of drinks, and they are not tasty (I had a mojito that tasted like sprite with pills).
6. If you go to the restaurant later, there is a chance that some of the foods will be finished, and it will be hard to find a free table, it gets really crowded.
7. In the morning is a small variety of food, and there is almost no desert (just fruits, jum, halva, and some biscuits).
8. The entertainment feels like is oriented towards Turkish guests.
9. The walls are thin, we could hear the guests next door, if they would talk, laugh, it felt like they were in our room. This was very annoying.
10. The rooms are ugly, the hotel as well, and during the day it feels very hot and humid in the corridors.
11. It just doesn’t look like a 5 star hotel at all! I’ve seen a 4 star hotel that looked way way better.

The experience was not very pleasant because the hotel and its services do not live up to the standards of the 5 stars it claims, nor to the level of ultra all-inclusive services. In short:
• if you want to have an alcoholic drink on the beach, there is no other option besides beer;
• upstairs on the terrace during the evening program, I asked for a glass of wine and was told they didn’t have any, and that I should maybe go to the pool to get one…
• the big “aqua park” from the offer actually consists of just one slide, which, mind you, operates for only 3.5 hours a day in total (split into two sessions, the second one starting right when the sun is strongest, at 3:00 PM, when the risk of sunstroke is high);
• the pool, the only one by the way, closes at 6:00 PM, and everyone is disappointed.

My stay at Drita Hotel Resort & Spa in Kargicak was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The hotel is spotless, the grounds are well cared for, and the staff is welcoming. Everything you’d expect from a quality resort is there—good facilities, a nice pool, and a comfortable atmosphere. While it may not push far beyond the usual resort standards, it delivers those standards with consistency and ease. If you’re looking for a dependable place to unwind by the sea, this is a great choice.

Me and my family have stayed at Drita Hotel for 8 days now and have 2 more days until departure.
I truly recommend this hotel for anyone.
The personell always have a smile on their face and help you as quick as possible.
The food was really good with different variations for all tastes.
The room was perfect for us with 2 kids and the best part is the AC always works.

Great cozy hotel, amazing stuff, close location to the sea! Everything was great! Location is far away from the city but if you want to enjoy calm time, this is the best choice.

Love this hotel, just is 5* economy. Hotel and territory is not very big, but is very cozy! Room cleaning every day. Beach is clean and food is delicious! Disadvantages: Poor animation, small pool, no night club.
