Numa Port Hotel in Alanya

I gave this place high ratings based on the service, hospitality, and overall ambiance of the hotel. Staff were attentive, kind, and helpful. I was a female solo traveller and I really felt at ease. The location of the hotel enabled me to immerse with the locals as I had shops, restaurants, and activities at my disposal definitely will come back soon. I was not too fond of the breakfast options (I am a picky eater). Definitely an experience of a lifetime.

My stay at Numa Port Hotel was truly unforgettable. I only had one day in this beautiful city, visiting for the very first time on a very special occasion, and choosing this hotel was honestly the best decision I could have made.
From the moment I arrived, everything felt exceptional. I was warmly welcomed by the bellboy, Mr. Selim, whose kindness immediately set the tone for my stay. At reception, the team was incredibly professional and thoughtful — they even showed me two different rooms so I could choose the one I preferred, and gave me a full tour of the hotel while explaining all the facilities and services in detail. That level of care truly gives five-star hotel vibes.
The rooftop area is absolutely lovely. There’s a beautiful open-space swimming pool with a heated system (such a great bonus!), along with a bar and an à la carte restaurant offering a delicious menu during the day — all with stunning views. The atmosphere up there is simply perfect.
The staff throughout the hotel were super friendly, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. They even gave me tips and advice on how to explore the city efficiently in just one day, which I really appreciated. Parking was also very convenient, with available spaces right in front of the hotel — I had no issues parking my car during my stay.
Breakfast was included, and it exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of options, including gluten-free and lactose-free choices. I was pleasantly surprised to see items like bacon and avocado, which you don’t often find in many hotels. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious.
A special thank you to Mr. Taşkın for his attention to detail and outstanding service. Also, Krestine and Şeval at reception were incredibly helpful throughout my stay — their support and kindness made everything even more enjoyable.
Now, the rooms — simply amazing. Spacious, super clean, and with a breathtaking view of the magnificent Alanya Marina. Despite being close to the street, the room was very quiet and peaceful. It also included a modern shower and a Nespresso machine, which added an extra touch of comfort.
I highly recommend this gorgeous hotel to anyone visiting Alanya. I will definitely be coming back — and next time, hopefully with my friends. I’m also very curious to experience the main Numa Hotel one day.

I stayed in that hotel three times. Two of it, when I was living in Antalya I staed there two times just one night, then a few years later we stayed there again just for one day as couple. When I was stayed first, the hotel name was Seaport, in second time they changed the name as numa port. I was appreciated for these all accommodations. The reception team, vale, the breakfast team were great. Rooms are clean, view is amazing, Onu clue: choose up floor and the sea view rooms. If you couldn’t choose online, you can request from reception. They were really kind and helpful for everything. Just pay attention, in summers at nights there was a little bit crowded at nights. Because the hotel is on the way, and the summer nights are alive in Alanya.

Nice 4 star hotel but no more than that. Rooms and public areas are clean and well kept. Staff is helpful and kind. Housekeeping every day. Hotel must have been under restoration at some point because you will see cosmetic repairs here and there. The location is central yet cut away from busy traffic and turists. Not be best location if the beach is your thing. I was here in late december so only sightseeing for me. Breakfast is good but I've also seen better. Wifi had it issues but fast enough for Netflix and so on. All in all it way okay but don't forget it's also probably cheaper than other central hotels.

We recently returned from the Numa Port (13/10/25) after spending a week there. We travelled with On the Beach Holidays and paid extra for a sea view room, 215, which happened to be above the bar next door, which had LOUD music starting up on 4 of the nights we were there at about 11pm and continuing until 2.30am, waking us up and keeping us awake.

I didn't see this mentioned in any other reviews before I booked.

It might be an idea to ask for a room away from the noisy bar. We did mention it to reception, who said it was outside noise and that there was nothing they could do. I didn't think to ask to move rooms as I thought it might be a one off! When it did happen again the hotel was full and there wasn't an available room.

Be aware that this isn't a traditional beach hotel. it's more a city centre hotel near the beaches. The roof top infinity pool looks and it is as amazing looking as in the photographs, but there are only 18 sunbeds, placed closely together, due to space. The view from the roof though is spectacular!

The hotel otherwise was lovely, fabulous location, great breakfast buffet, wonderful and helpful staff, in the restaurant, housekeeping and on reception, very clean throughout, excellent shower and comfortable beds

Friendly staff, beautiful view in front, deasent breakfast, adult guests. Style in rooms a bit dated, but clean. WiFi 👍Some noice (music) from harbour at night, but no bother if door closed. Though: Fri/Sat night terribly loud music from Sky Bar next door. Close to everything except Kleopatra beach, which takes 25-30 min.walking. Would suggest paying extra for room with view. Would not be happy with room in the backyard (pic. #1+2).

Cozy place makes you feel you are at home

Pocket friendly hotel, but it’s in possibly the best location right in the center of town. There’s also a 6th floor terrace bar next door. It’s awesome
