This was our preferred hotel on June 11 during our business trip. We've stayed in so many hotels that we really want to give credit to hotels that deserve good reviews. We stayed at another hotel for the same price before, and it was terrible. We'd like to thank the Sette Serenity Hotel team for prioritizing cleanliness and hygiene, for their friendliness, focus on solutions, and quality of service. We recommend spraying the rooms only occasionally, as there were too many mosquitoes in the room, although we never opened the windows after settling in.

New cool kind friendly

When we went here, we had absolutely no idea what to expect, as there were only six reviews. We took a chance and it paid off. The hotel is very clean, looks just like the photos, and the food was delicious, although there wasn't always a buffet. The location is excellent, close to the bus stop and the sea, with views of the city, sea, and mountains. Special thanks to the staff; they are wonderful, polite, and helpful, especially the receptionist Musa and the chef, Yakov, as well as the owner himself. They will do everything to make you feel at home. The only thing is, they don't speak Russian, but they try to learn it from their guests, so come visit—it will be an interesting cultural exchange! P.S. I'll definitely remember the parrot for a long time.

Small, great hotel with lovely rooms.We had amazing view at Taurus mountains and the sea. Entire staff is just AMAZING.

Like one man said - this hotel has something that many other hotels are lacking - soul. Felth like second home. Felth like family. So friendly and naturally cheerful. There is also a parrot here and few cats, it makes this place even more cozy. They are so nice with animals and guests, tries cheering everyone up. They are just naturally very pleasant people to be around. One staff member celebrated her birthday here and everyone greeted her with so much warmth. They even gave guests some free cake to celebrate. All family members and kids gathered and it made me feel so alive and grateful for the things that really matter - family, friends and everyone around us. Im sure to come back here some day!

By the way... THE FOOD IS EVERYTHING HERE! Big variety, everyday something new and very tasty! I hope they will never change this cause that also left me the biggest impression on this hotel!

Yes, it aint super fancy, but it has life, meaning, cozy taste to it and I will always choose this. You really won my heart on this. Very sad to leave, but I've got some meaningful answers to take home, and its a big THANKS to the people working at this hotel. Dont forget the bond you have with each other, cherish these connections and this hotel will always stay alive with happiest guests that can have a little of that happiness that you share.

Clean rooms, very nice service, especially Mr Murat and Mr Arda . Delicious drinks and intimate atmosphere in the hotel.

My mom and I spent 9 days at Sette Serenity. We chose it because it's an adults-only hotel and we were looking for a peaceful vacation. The good things:
1. The hotel is quite new, so everything looks good and fresh, the furniture is nice (Sette is a furniture brand), the room design is also great.
2. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned regularly.
3. It's close to the beach, 3 mins walking, and Oba area is nice with lots of shops and tour agencies. However, personally we preferred Kleopatra beach in another part of the city.
4. The food is great, lots of choices (several meat dishes, several vegetarian ones, side dishes, veggies fruits, amazing desserts (esp eclairs🥰) and there is always enough space to sit.
5. The staff are nice and very helpful, however, almost no one speaks Russian (quite rare in Alanya) so be ready to communicate in English.
5. Nice outdoor area and swimming pool.
The areas for improvement:
1. The wine at the bar of quite poor quality (red, white, rose), so if you are not a fan of strong drinks, you can have only beer there.
2. Sometimes cats climb on the tables in the food area (photo attached). We hope that the table was cleaned properly afterwards.
3. No free sunbeds, you have to pay 2.5 euros for a sunbed from another hotel, or you can go a bit to the left at the beach and pay 3 euros for 2 sunbeds and umbrella total.
4. Might be a problem for somebody - the hotel is right across the mosque, so you will hear azan pretty well. Was not a problem for us.
5. The walls are not really soundproof, one night we heard a loud party of our neighbors and other noises.
6. The outside display next to our room was absent.
7. Quite annoying massage guy who sells his services at the hotel territory every day and even approaches people while they are eating/chilling by the pool. The same applies to annoying coral travel agents (esp the one named Bakhtiyar) who was literally begging me for some money so that we buy at least one tour from him.

A very good 4 stars hotel. We had Bed and breakfast.Most impotant thing it's clean, the furniture of the room and all facilities are new, the breakfast was good, it has everything without lots variety, same food everyday with a change in one or two items, everything tastes good. If you want to use the safe box that is already in room you have to pay 2€ per day.!!
