Kaila City Hotel in Alanya

Excellent value for money! A good hotel for the price with friendly staff. My friend and I stayed here and we were given a large room with a beautiful view at no extra charge. The food selection isn't huge, but everything is delicious and high-quality! The beach is nice, even though the winter concept no longer had a restaurant. The entry into the sea is gentle—the slabs are cut out. I recommend it.

A great all-inclusive hotel within the city limits! Compact, clean, and comfortable. Special thanks for the free sauna during the day. There's a private pier with access without stoves. I personally chose this hotel as my weekend getaway and am extremely pleased!

The hotel is a good four-star, the staff is helpful, the food is delicious, the sea is 5 minutes away, the center is 15 minutes by bus

The hotel is well presented, clean, and tidy.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. They went out their way to make our stay there extremely wonderful!

My wife didn't feel well after arriving from our travels.

Without mentioning or asking for anything out of their own,the reception manager sent over a soothing warm drink to help my wife feel better.

The kids loved the pool facilities as well as the extra activities they had to offer for the children.

The hotel staff are very attentive and the food is delicious. It's a hotel where you can stay safely with your family.

A wonderfully presented hotel. Aesthetically pleasing, with black exterior and uniform balconies all around, and a spacious, clean, welcoming interior. Inside, both the large spiral staircase, and the lifts (elevators) were easily accessible. The rooms were average, no different from most other hotels. All rooms had a balcony and bathroom stocked with soap, wash, shampoo and towels. Disposable slippers and kettle/tea making facilities were available in the room but you could also access the coffee machine in the lobby and the tea/coffee making facilities in the dining area. Lovely location, our balcony overlooked the street, with the beach on the left and mountains on the right. There is a hotel pool with slide, and a separate smaller pool (40cm deep) for babies and little ones. There is a bar by the pool serving free drinks as well as snacks at certain times of the day (fries, nuggets, burgers). The hotel, including rooms and elevators are cleaned all the time so the hotel is clean, tidy and pleasant. You can ask for a large bottle of water from reception or also ask the cleaner when she comes around to ask for cleaning.Also a 5 minute walk away from the beach, where Kaila also have their own area with sund beds. ALL aspects of the hotel are wonderful, especially the attentive and kind staff (chefs, servers, cleaners, management). The only negative was the food which only seems to cater for the majority russian/german/Polish community that stays at the hotel. It was very bland and didn't cater to my taste buds at all. World cuisine would be better. I was happy to see they at least had pasta but that was always lukewarm, and just plain salted with a sauce that tasted like cheap tinned tomatoes without additional seasoning.

Was great not the best good for the price.

The hotel was simply amazing. Both the facilities and employees were superb. Food and spa were phenomenal. Will definitely be back at some point.
