Very bad experience and unhelpful front desk staff. The room was very run down with broken air condition that is tapped with a plaster and so loud that kept us awake after a long travel. Broken toilet fan so the toilet stinks, hard mattress, broken safe and more. The front desk reply was identify all problems in the room and we will fix them. I am not here to help you fix your broken facilities, I am expected to check in, in a proper and comfortable room. They refused to provide me with newer/newly developed room unless I pay extra for it as it is different category. Don’t waste your money and your holiday.

Won't not visit here again There is a staff member who I believe to be 26-28 who approached my 16 year old daughter and asked for her Instagram. the staff member said that he finishes his shift in 5mins and that my daughter should meet him. as we made friends with other holidayers it seems that the same staff member approached a 14 year old and asked to design her a tattoo and take her to get it done. I have emailed the hotel the day we arrived home and I have had no response. After this happened during the middle of our holiday I couldn't settle for the remainder of the time and couldn't wait to get home. When we arrived we were allocated two rooms on 2 separate floors - not ideal. (we are a family of 5) however my husband spoke to the manager the next day and this was resolved. we were given a family room that was much bigger than the other 2 rooms we were allocated. The family room had 1 room with 3 single beds and 1 room with a double bed - this was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the food. The main dining room is open 3 times a day and there is a lot of variety. There is also a snack bar open by the pool that serves Swarma, burgers, chips and various other foods at different times of the day. There are 3 bars in the hotel, 1 in the dining room, 1 in the lobby and 1 in the pool area. I thought that the choice of drinks was limited and quite poor, the majority of the time the drinks were warm and there was no ice available. The pool was really fun and my kids loved the slides however these are not switched on all day the pool is 1.6 metres throughout so my kids were unable to reach the floor so not ideal for smaller children but the shop inside the hotel sells pool noodles and various lilos and rings to help the kids float. On closer inspection the pool area is in quite a bit of disrepair - the ladders feel like they will pull off the wall as they are very loose and there is grout missing in-between some tiles ect. There is a private section of the beach and there is a bar there also. This beach is dangerous!! There is no 'sand' and the small stones on the beach feel like walking on gravel/cat litter so water shoes or crocs are a must. The waves are very strong and unfortunately while my children were there a gentleman had a medical episode and the life guards had to pull him out of the water to preform CPR. Unfortunately we were told that this gentleman passed away. I think that it's great that the hotel has lifeguards on the beach although I witnessed them drinking Efes during their shift. The hotel was very clean and has beautiful marble throughout. unfortunately there does seem to be a drain issue. while in the pool we kept getting a whiff of something very unpleasant, the other families around us could smell this also so we got to talking about the stench. Every single morning or not long after a shower or flushing the chain out room was stinking. other families also agreed with this. I use a walking stick and one night the downs

Staff is good but so many people are greedy when we go for swimming people already put their towel on chair its mean they booked chair so we didn't get chance to have enjoy people are too greedy if they have fun they take off their things but they leavit there's things so I sit on chair woman come said to me this my she think she chair took from home but people don't realise every has spent money for have fun and also same thing when we go to eat there are put plates on table to book tables they are very small thinkn persons are there and also shopkeeper charges in pound they scam us i told my agent he name emria from brs I told him my wife wasn't well she can't go for spa I told him befor one day he didn't give me refund i gone from uk but expression is too poor
