Reviews
I don’t even know where to start with this disaster of a “hotel.” I paid nearly 800 euros for 5 nights expecting a comfortable stay in Alanya, but instead I got nothing short of a nightmare.
• Noise: Forget about sleeping. The rooms are absolutely not soundproof. All night long you hear traffic, loud parties, and shouting. It’s like sleeping in the middle of a highway nightclub.
• Room condition: No blackout curtains, so the sunlight blasts into your face from sunrise. Their solution when I complained? They literally hung a dirty white cloth over the existing white curtain. Disgusting and ridiculous. The bed sheet was torn, the blanket was as thin as a towel, and the towels themselves were already fraying at the edges like rags. The room was dusty, dirty, and the toilet was never cleaned properly by “room service.”
• Comfort: The air conditioning is either an arctic freezer or suffocatingly hot – no in-between. Hot water disappears mid-shower. Absolutely unacceptable.
• Breakfast: Horrible. Flies buzzing all over the vegetables and fruits, and a coffee machine that clearly hasn’t been cleaned in ages. I couldn’t eat in peace.
• Staff & Management: Unprofessional unprofessional!! When I politely asked for at least a proper blackout curtain, I was told “the hotel comes like this.” When I asked if they could offer any form of compensation (even just a discount on the airport ride after all the problems), the receptionist snapped at me, saying, “I don’t take your money and put it in my pocket, so I can’t take it out for you.” I tried to explain that I wasn’t blaming her personally and suggested she talk to her manager, but it didn’t matter – no effort, no empathy, no professionalism.
In short: this hotel is a scam and a disgrace. I came to Alanya to relax, and instead I left angry, exhausted, and feeling ripped off. For the price I paid, I could have stayed somewhere infinitely better.
Do yourself a favor: DO NOT book this hotel. Unless you enjoy sleepless nights, filthy rooms, terrible food, and staff who couldn’t care less about your experience, stay far away.
I get on the lift he holds the door from closing he rudely said “ who are you? I’ve never seen you before” “ what room are you in”? I said I’m on the 6th floor and showed him my key and said your welcome to follow me to my room….”he said you aren’t going anywhere! You come with me” I said
As a paying guest at this hotel, staying in your premium room, I’ve never been so disrespected in my life! I told him to get out of my face and let me go to my room! At first he refused and after I called him a few voice names, he relented.
He should be fired! …. No guest should ever be treated in this manner…. He should not be working here….. PERIOD!!!!
I want something done about this
Breakfast is buffet-style, but the variety is extremely limited, meaning you'll get tired of the same food by the 2nd or 3rd day. The menu changes are minimal. WiFi in the room and the hotel generally worked well, and the TV only had 3-5 Russian channels. Overall, it's an excellent hotel with a few minor issues, and I recommend it.
Breakfast is okay to survive but not good enough to enjoy and is the same every day. Sub par fried sausage that's incredibly dry, no choice of cold cuts, only some slices of finely ground something with pistachio bits. Good eggs made to order, then there's a oil soaked mixture of fried vegetables. And French fries. Yes, for breakfast. Maybe that's what the Russians enjoy but luckily I'm not one of them. Overall good hotel if you can filter out the obnoxious Putin fans that plague this city.
The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. A huge thanks to Erika and Aliya, who made us feel like cherished guests at a close relative’s home.
The hotel’s interior is one of my most important criteria, and Aria Riva’s is impeccable. The cafeteria, lobby, entrance, and, most importantly, the suite itself are beautifully designed. Even small details, like the two decorative flower pots in the kitchen being different colors, show careful thought. Everything is well-planned: the cabinets are neatly arranged, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, all electronic devices work perfectly, and the bathroom is both stylish and practical.
They also arranged a VIP transfer for us with an extra payment, and both transfers were highly comfortable in a spacious VIP minivan. The drivers were professional and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Oh, and the pancakes! I’ve tried pancakes in hundreds of different places, and theirs were among the best. In general, the breakfast menu was tasty and offered a wide variety of choices.
The swimming pool is nice, though I would have preferred it to be in a more open area with fresher air. Still, the space is comfortable and private, which is a plus. With the beautiful beach and its free entrance so close, I actually couldn’t find time to use the pool. We also used the spa area for an additional fee and were very pleased with the experience.

The mood is spoiled
We have been looking for a hotel for this year's vacation for a very long time, there are a lot of people who exaggerate and look for some huge luxury compared to the price they paid, and therefore write a bad review that makes no sense...
Don't worry, you will be safe here, close to the center of events and I'm sure you'll have a great time. Greetings ☺️🍀
A special thank you to Ali, who really made our holiday extra special. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel truly welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Ali is a true professional who genuinely cares about the guests and does everything with warmth, humor and attention to detail.
Thanks to him, our holiday was even more special. Thank you so much, Ali!
