Hotel Sahin in Pamukkale

We had a wonderful two-day stay in May 2025. We want to sincerely thank Mr. Ibrahim, Mr. Ali, and Mr. Muhammad for their exceptional service throughout our visit. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice, offering great value, a good location for visiting, and breathtaking views of the travertine. The service was outstanding, and the room was very comfortable. Plus, there’s a swimming pool to enjoy a refreshing dip after a day of exploring.

The hotel is just a short walk from the entrance to the Cotton Castle, and we loved the stunning view of the travertine from the hotel’s restaurant.

When we arrived, Mr. Ibrahim warmly welcomed us and even helped us arrange an airport transfer—a quick and hassle-free process, with the minibus costing €15 per person. The booking took less than 10 minutes, and the payment was made directly to him. It was such a convenient service, saving us from visiting a tour agency down the road.

During breakfast, Mr. Ali and Mr. Muhammad were friendly and attentive, always there to assist us. The breakfast was simple yet delicious—not buffet style, but you could ask for more if needed.

For our room, we chose the twin non-smoking room. It was very comfortable, always clean when we returned from exploring, and featured a separate balcony for smokers so their scent wouldn’t linger inside. There’s also a smoking area outside the rooms in the corridor.

All in all, we would love to stay here again if we ever return to Pamukkale.

I will recommend this hotel for its amazing service, view from dining, proximity to middle gate of the travertines and the central location. With my sister, we stayed for 2 days and 1 night, We really like to highlight the exceptional service offered by the Owner. He was kind, always smiling and very accommodative

Hotel Şahin in Pamukkale exceeded all expectations and truly elevated our experience in this magical destination. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and attentiveness, making us feel instantly at home. Their helpfulness went beyond the basics—offering local tips for buses to another city, and arranging transport from the airport.

The rooms were impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, with a simplicity that felt both cozy and refreshing. Just the room is a bit small for us carrying 2 large luggages but we worked through that.

Breakfast was a delight especially with the breathtaking view of Pamukkale’s travertine terraces: fresh, flavorful, and served with care. From warm breads and local cheeses to ripe fruits and rich Turkish tea, every bite was a celebration of regional taste.

Hotel Şahin is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place that enhances the magic of Pamukkale. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, kindness, and unforgettable views.

Just 5 min walking and you will be in heriapolis 10/10. We booked 2 rooms and both were very clean. They make you feel part of their family. 100% recommended.

We loved this hotel. We booked three rooms as a large family. Location is very good, few minutes drive to travertens. Surrounded by restaurants. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Hotel’s restaurant at the top floor has amazing view. Free breakfast was amazing too!

Very good service from the staff at Sahin. The view from the breakfast area has got to be the best in Pamukkale. The breakfast was also very adequate. Our 2 single bed room was very small and no view. The pool area also small but water was refreshing after several hours on the travertines.

This is a place I would like to recommend to those who want to go to Pamukkale comfortably. The place is not new. In particular, the bathroom feels old, but the bedding was clean. I recommend bringing shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toiletries. It is located right in front of Pamukkale, so you can see Pamukkale right away when you leave the place. Breakfast is located on the top floor, and if you go up and sit down, they will serve you. You can use the self-bar for things like bread, coffee, and yogurt. The staff and the owner were all kind, so it was a place I would like to stay again. You didn't have to go all the way to the south gate of Pamukkale, but you could enter and exit through the back entrance in about 5 minutes on foot. The owner gave me a magnet and bottled water and let me park in front of the place, so I went without worrying. Pamukkale is foggy but clears up, so I hope you have plenty of time to enjoy it. Asians can eat at the Asian restaurant on the left side of the main road after leaving the place.

A quaint hotel close to the town gate of the travertines. Amazing views from our room (we booked with a balcony). Also close to shops.
The staff were fabulous- especially “Superman” who was always there to help and hoisted our 24kg suitcase on his shoulder carrying the other in a hand … up 3 flights of stairs! Small room but clean and neat. Breakfast was fine … fruit, yogurt, a platter (cheeses, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, pastry ) toast, egg (one morning it was a boiled egg and the second an omelette).Overall perfect for what we needed.

The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the middle gate of Pamukkale. The breakfast restaurant is on the 4th floor, facing Pamukkale. I was in a very good mood when I had breakfast in the morning. The room is relatively small, the facilities are relatively old, and the breakfast is average, but basically enough to fill you up. There is a popular Asian restaurant next to it. Pamukkale has three gates in total, the north gate, the south gate, and the middle gate. The middle gate is at the bottom, but it is closest to the pool with few people. There is an ancient city ruins at the south gate, which is also very nice.
