Amazing relaxing week. We booked due to location to airport and the facilities and you didn't disappoint. Some people comment on the food, but you have to remember this is mainly russian hotel, so be prepared to try different delicacies. The food was fresh and soo much choice. Will definitely return, it was such a great price for a relaxing week in the sun.

We arrived at 21:08 om a Saturday. The drive in was dark, we couldnt see anything around and we got to the reception asking for directions to a resturant as the kids and us where hungry. It closed at 2100 and to my suprise they wouldnt accomodate arrivals 8 mins after closing...... not a great start. But the guy at reception ordered a pizza for the kids and we went to the room. Again... its dark outside...

The resort was really beautiful with various activities. Dining options were really good. Nothing to complain about really. However, stay away from the photographers if you are not ready for expensive drama

The resort provides top-notch services for her guests and I would recommend the all inclusive service to anyone who wants to stay. However, there is a limited transportation to the city and drivers tend to exploit foreigners. In addition, the laundry service of the resort is very expensive and there are no pressing irons or ironing boards in the rooms.

We stayed at your hotel with a friend for a week, and we can confidently say that we had a very positive experience. The hotel is located in an absolutely beautiful spot! Lafetos fully justifies its 5 stars good varied cuisine. Souvenirs in the hotel on the ground floor are really expensive, behind the hotel there are a couple of shops where you can buy souvenirs cheaper. The chic beach is spacious, there is a bar, fresh juices, low alcohol drinks. Entertainment for adults and children. For lovers species I advise you to choose the 6th floor with a sea view.

Beautiful location and beach. All of the staff are welcoming and helpful, and loved the yoga classes and afternoon volleyball! Our room on the upper level of the resort was a great space and really well maintained. I’d definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to relax and meet some great people!

The hotel and its services are great. Beware of the local photographer who promises a free photo shoot if you don't like it, then he is aggressive and demands 440 euros for the photos. Today he rudely insulted my wife when she refused him. I absolutely do not recommend his services.

Hotel is genuinely plush and lives up to 5 star advertising. It isn’t in the centre of side but travelling to side is easy and really cheap via the little hotel buses that go by every day. I recommend the Turkish a la carte meal which is included in your stay. Staff are all lovely and accommodating.

We had a very good week in the Mary Palace Resort. The food was fantastic, the personnel was very kind. We have tried to learn a couple of Turkish words and enjoyed the enthusiasm of the crew to stimulate that. Also the animation was very nice, thanks Legend and others. The wonderful, lovely staff spoke Russian. It was my birthday, and I requested a room with a beautiful view. They provided everything I asked for and even more than I expected! Stayed here for 12 days and I really enjoyed it. Good clean and spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The resort offers 2 pools outside as well as an fresh indoor pool next to a little gym. The beach is just 3 minutes walk. Fiurther it has a huge restaurant and 3 a la card restaurants.

First of all, ill start with the negative. Although my stay overall was lovely, The main issue my family had was the rooms. Our shower and our balcony door was broken. We stayed at this hotel in July 2024. Upon arrival, we were checked in quickly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, on the first night, loud music was playing right outside our window and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Hotel is just ok. Rooms are small, food is ok nothing special, all week same dishes. All Inclusive is poor. Virtually no animations. The lady who should take care of the children behaved as if it was a punishment for her. No commitment. The only big plus is the garden and the restaurant in the patio.

The price performance of the hotel was good. The beach, which is independent of the hotel, is known as Alanya beach, which is rocky.

Nice on the surface, but mostly just a facade. Cleaning is superficial. At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained. This is my second time staying at this hotel, I like everything. They gave me a nice room with three beds and a great view of the sea and mountains. The food is good. There is alcohol. The cleaning is bad - everywhere, the floors are dirty. The internet is only in the lobby and weak. The pool is still cold. The sea is nearby. There was animation. I will come back!

A good hotel with a great location and friendly staff. The hotel is located almost on the first line of the sea, from which it is separated only by tennis and volleyball courts. From the balcony you can see the sea and a lot of palm trees. Some rooms have bathrooms, I liked the rooms with a bath more than the rooms with only a shower. Cheap, a lot better than expected! Rooms cleaned daily. Modern. Food excellent. Went for one week and it was excellent. Alcohol was nice but felt watered down but that’s what you get with all inclusives. Good atmosphere, pool cold but it’s not summer yet. Will warm up, warmed up as the week went on as it was raining the week prior to us coming. A very good 4 star based on what we paid. Recommended...

We were generally very satisfied with our stay at Avena Resort Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were pleased with the quality and taste of the food. The staff were helpful and always tried to assist us. It is definitely a hotel that can be preferred for a vacation. Special thanks to Zeus for his help.

Had a four night stay here recently, the hotel is clean and staff polite. It has a nice large lobby which is nice to sit in especially in the cooler months when it’s not ideal to sit outside. The room I had was a family room which would be perfect for a family of four (it was just myself and daughter) and it had a small balcony. Spent a week at the Avena Resort & Spa, first of all the weather was fantastic, the food and drinks were really nice, the animation team had us going out with them on a few nights which was really fun! Got on really well with the animation team especially the guy called Can l!! Would definitely recommend the hotel and we will be coming back
