Reviews
It’s also great for kids, offering a kinder-disco, kids club, big playground, and plenty of activities to keep them entertained.
Pros:
Large hotel with friendly, attentive service
Beach nearby with shuttle, private beach & beach restaurant
Excellent facilities for children (kinderdisco, kids club, park, activities)
Cons:
Food has a big variety, but the quality isn’t amazing
Only two lifts, which can cause waiting times
Indoor pool water is quite cold
Bedrooms are a bit old, but still comfortable
There isn’t much around the hotel — mostly other hotels in the area
Overall, for the price you pay, the hotel offers very good value, especially for families.
2. Advertised with 24/7 on site staff at one location which I went to when I arrived. Not true, it was a dark building.I waited for 30 minutes before moving on to try and find my accommodations. 3. I requested a taxi to meet me at the airport. No one was there to meet me even though confirmed.the taxi i found let me off at the perimeter of the pedestrian only area, I had no idea where my accommodation was. It was scary. 4.I was there five nights, housekeeping came once. 5. The description of location should definitely explain. The accommodations are in a pedestrian only area. I had 2 very large suitcases. I had to pull through street after street looking for my hotel. A woman took the time to lead me down several streets and help me. If One does not speak spanish it is a difficult to navigate.
Pros
-------
Entertainment, even in November, however if you are staying for 2 weeks, some of it will be repeats.
Lot’s of food choice.
Hotel was clean.
Parts that have been updated was nice.
Bus route goes past the hotel.
--------
Cons
--------
Limited inside seating, it matters as not everyone want's to sit out in the cold.
Big tipping culture in the Hotel, almost makes you feel uncomfortable, everywhere has a tipbox, the drive to the beach, the bars, the reception, I mean everywhere. You will see people tipping staff for “things to be done”.
Rooms were dated and I mean falling apart dated.
No double bed.
Staff understood limited English, not their fault I know but why sell holidays to English speaking people if you don’t understand them ?
Hot food was warm most of the time, never hot.
Rules in the hotel wasn’t enforced, kids in adult pool, people banging on doors at 3am, glass drinks by pool, reserved sunbeds all day and never used.
--------
Over all it’s an OK place to stay for a few days, I 100% would not go back and by the end of our 10 day stay I just wanted to go home.
The hotel is kept really clean even the lifts are checked for cleanliness throughout the day.
We arrived late and unfortunately were given a room with a double bed so we’re moved the next morning. That was really a fault when booking that you can’t choose the bed setting.
The shower was the hottest I have ever experienced abroad and very powerful so it made life easier dealing with my long hair.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at every level. They work very long hours in every area and always manage to be friendly and help in any way they can.
The food was amongst the best I have experienced whilst travelling abroad . The desserts being served for Turkey were top of the range for choice and quality. We also went for the Al a carte dining down by the beach. You have to book as soon as you get there really as there isn’t enough availability if they are busy. That was lovely and made a change from the usual. We also caught a bus to Side old town and had lunch by the marina one day that was lovely too and not very expensive.
The grounds and pools were lovely and clean. Only gripe was that some people put towels on the sun beds then went off for a day trip and didn’t return. Which around the quiet pool which we favoured could leave us sunbathing in the shady area whilst people were very rudely site seeing with their towels sun bathing. This was mainly the German visitors.
The lifts only take 4 visitors at a time and the hotel is huge so the cleaners work very hard. One day my friend and I entered the lift with 2 cleaners at the next floor a German man got in and set the alarms off. He stayed in the lift and the two cleaners had to leave because he was not going to leave. That kind of rudeness was a little irritating throughout the stay.
The cocktails were nice I missed proper Bacardi, but that happens most all inclusive hotels.
We were able to book trips on site and use the taxi and buses to venture out from opposite the hotel and they both return you to the entrance of the hotel.. All very reasonable and they do favour euros so no need for a lot of Turkish Lire.
The beach opposite is sandy and a small walk or you can ride a golf buggy style vehicle. They do have the sun beds covered with shade so we just lay on a towel in the sun.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Thank you for a lovely holiday.
The hotel made a great impression – clean and comfortable rooms, and staff always smiling and very helpful.
The food? 🥗🍖🍰 Absolutely delicious – a wide variety, always fresh, and something for everyone, both adults and children.
I would especially like to highlight two amazing people:
⭐ Yunus from the entertainment team – so positive, full of energy, and always able to create a fantastic mood for everyone.
⭐ The lovely girl from the pool bar – always smiling, fast, and so kind, getting drinks from her was a real pleasure. 🍹😊
Overall, this hotel is truly worth recommending – great atmosphere, excellent food, amazing staff, and a fantastic entertainment team. Our kids had the best time, we relaxed with our friends, and we will definitely come back again! 🙌
Perfect!!! Amazing apartment in a fantastic location. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The team were brilliant and couldn’t be more helpful! Simple check in process as well. Highly recommended!!
