A non-smoking hotel full of ashtrays. The "no smoking" signs in the hotel are a joke when people smoke on balconies, terraces, during meals, by the pool, at the bar, and on the beach... really disgusting. Friendly staff, rooms are clean and comfortable nothing amazing, but good enough for sure. Only real downside is the slightly longer walk to the beach than expected, but this is maybe reflected in the price.

It's a hotel perfect for just sleeping and eating. The cleanliness is absolutely terrible. The tables next to the sun loungers are awful, the rooms are terrible, and there are no double beds. Good for people who loves russians, they r everywhere and that was annoying. Elevator broken twice. At 7-8 o’clock can not find empty sunbed. There was no technical service at the hotel after midnight the receptionist helped us and adjusted the air conditioning, friendly person he is the only staff member working at night and he does everything by himself. I absolutely love this hotel. Just had our 3rd stay. Rooms are immaculate, food is good (buffet) drinks are local but who cares. Right on the beach. Staff are amazing. Jimmy and Ismail are just the best. They don't have much in the way of entertainment so perfect if you need a quiet break away from it all.

Ok. From start to finish. This was an EasyJet holiday. Arrival at Dalaman airport. Found our taxi. We booked a private taxi through EasyJet but what we didn’t know was the drive would be a formula 1 racing driver. A total dangerous maniac on the road drive very fast and only inches from vehicles in front. Zig zagging all over the road passing on blind spots raging at other drivers, arguing at traffic...

Hotel in beautiful place, the views are breathtaking, pools are nice, but there the advantages are ending. The food is not very delicious and it’s easy to get poisoned, I heard that kitchen stuff do that on purpose and they give unfresh food, the personel don’t understand English they only can talk in Turkish and a little Russian. Rooms and sharing places are not very clean especially elevators.

Unfortunately, the head of staff, or hotel manager, isn't very friendly towards guests and can be quite vocal in front of the staff. My parents stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in September and they really enjoyed their stay. They appreciated the quality and variety of the food. The reception staff provided great support, offering them food upon arrival when they missed dinner, as well as helping with translations and arranging shuttle service when needed. The entertainment program at the hotel was also fantastic.

The rooms are clean, though there is room for improvement. Toiletries are limited – only a shower gel dispenser is provided, nothing else. A wonderful stay! The hotel is excellent, the food was delicious, and the staff — always kind and smiling, ready to help whenever needed. The room was impeccable, cleanliness at the highest level. The beach and pool were just as you'd wish for a relaxing time. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Had a wonderful stay with my best friend. Nice large rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent and drinks are served at your table in a quiet area with plenty of space to sit, both inside and outside. The beach was easily accessible with a shuttle service.
