This hotel is exactly as advertised on their website or Booking.com. The location is amazing as it’s 3 minutes walk to the beach and the Main Street with shops is also on your doorstep.
The beach is clean and sandy.
I booked a room with sea view, which was great the only thing was my lock didn’t work and the shower was leaking, but I didn’t see that as a big deal. I would recommend taking ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
There is little market shop as a part of hotel complex, with very cheap magnets, cigarettes and designer bags.
I was welcomed by my agent Gizem (booked this holiday via Loveholiday) she gave me great tips on trips and I tried cheap safari and paragliding! Amazing!
The food in the hotel is nice they cook different variety for lunches and slightly change up the dinners and breakfast too. I would probably be cautious about eating chicken… or maybe I wasn’t lucky. But the day before my departure I got food poisoning and spent my last day in the room, close to the toilet hoping I will be well enough for my flight the next day in the morning.
That had put big dumper on my experience 😔

Unfortunately, our stay at Kleopatra Dreams Beach Hotel was marked by food poisoning on the day before our departure - an issue I noticed many other reviewers have also mentioned recently.

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of October. While the staff and hotel facilities were the only real positives, the food was disappointing. We were hoping to experience some authentic Turkish cuisine, but the food was mostly western-oriented, low in quality, repetitive. There weren’t many proper meat dishes - I saw more “turkey stews” instead of grilled options. We were genuinely expecting to see more barbecue-style dishes like shish or Adana kebab during our dinners, but those were nowhere to be found on any of the days. Only two separate nights had some grilled chicken or fish.

Then came the food poisoning:
We felt fine all week except for the day before we had to leave. On Thursday morning we had breakfast around 9:30, spent some time at the indoor pool, and around 14:00 started feeling nauseous. By 17:00 both of us were ill (vomiting, diarrhea, shaking and sweating) and had to call an ambulance. Thankfully, the hotel’s medical staff acted quickly and professionally, and for that we’re very grateful.
We hadn’t eaten anywhere outside throughout our stay, so it was quite clear something we consumed at the hotel made us sick. Both my partner and I fell ill almost simultaneously.

We ended up spending the night at the hospital. We were eventually well enough to catch our flight the next evening, but under normal circumstances, we would have needed another night in the hospital.
(Make sure you have travel insurance - it’s essential.)

I truly appreciate the staff going above and beyond by packing all our belongings and delivering them to the hospital while we were both on IVs and unable to check out of the hotel.

Not Really “Ultra All-Inclusive”
Another thing we found odd was the so-called “ultra all-inclusive” package. We paid extra for it, but it isn’t really including of everything, for example:
Only two cocktails were included at the beach bar (and really the worst ones)
Only local/cheapest spirits were covered under “ultra” - not Aperol, Jack Daniels, etc.
We’ve been to other ultra all-inclusives in different countries, and once you pay for “ultra,” you have access to everything. That was not the case here.

Review concern
On our second day, a staff member approached us to answer some questions about the hotel/service. We agreed and answered a few questions. But then they asked us to immediately write reviews on TripAdvisor and another site using their QR code — while they stood there waiting. We told them we had basically just arrived and didn’t have an opinion yet, but we still felt pressured to post something positive right there at the table.
If this practice is common, it would explain the hotel’s inflated ratings, since many guests just comply to be polite.

Overall impression:
The two stars in this review are entirely for the staff and the hotel itself, as they were the only positive aspects of our stay.

The food quality, not quite “ultra all-inclusive,” and serious food poisoning experience sadly overshadowed the positives.

It was our first time visiting Turkey, and honestly, this experience has put us off returning.
I would not recommend this hotel, unless you can book it as “hotel only” and eat & drink somewhere else..

We have just returned from 8 days at this hotel. The hotel itself and rooms are very nice, very modern and furnished well. The food was really nice and I was impressed (my partner is more fussy so stuck to the snack bar food). Sadly on my 4th day I become quite unwell and can only presume food but could have been water (which we only drank drinks from the hotel until that point). I spent the rest of our time in bed and near a toilet which sadly did ruin our holiday. The staff were very friendly, helpful and smiley. They did as much as they could do always to help us and helped to make our time there enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel on a whole, I was very pleased with it but just had an unfortunate time myself. The only other thing that has put me off is the amount of reps walking around the pool trying to get you to visit their shops, restaurants, tattoo shop or pay for experiences. I appreciate they are trying to enrich your experience but it became a bit invasive.

I would like to recomend ths hotel as a place where you are realy feel good and serviced well.
Thanks to hard working staff who always wiling to help you.
Hotel is very clean and modern.
There was no problem to have lunch in the day of arrival and leaving even if chck out time was before lunch time.
Food is also big advantage, very tasty and even to much. For sure desert portions should smaller.
Me and my son had some stomak problems, but not sure if it was related to the food, but I would recomend to avoide every food with sause/mayonese/crame deserts due to high temperatures.
One disaadvantage for me was short main swimming pool availibility (only to 5pm). It should be changed because during the day is too hot to spend time at the pool and evning is much more comfortable.

Too long didn't read: Lovely hotel but beware of sewage stench, risk of food poisoning and hidden fees. Positives: I'll start off with the positives of this hotel as it is absolutely lovely. All of the staff were friendly and the vast majority could speak a good amount of English. The food and drinks were relatively varied with some nights better than others but always packed with flavour. Especially the desserts! We were given a room that had a side sea view which was beautiful but you did have to be outside on the balcony to see it. We had a lovely double bed with one of the most comfiest mattress I'd ever slept on. There was also a tv which had Netflix and other apps to log in to which was perfect for my partner and I when trying to wind down in the evening. Negatives: Unfortunately, on my 2nd day into the trip I began showing symptoms of food poisoning followed by awful vomitting until early hours of the morning on my 3rd day. We also noticed a couple other guests had thrown up so we suspected they might of had food poisoning too. We went to the onsite "doctors" who had nothing that he could give me to help and claimed "I'm not medically trained". Instead they directed us to go to the local pharmacy instead. We tried to request some kind of compensation as I couldn't eat anything other than bread and boiled rice for 2 days but they said I would need medical proof of food poisoning. It also meant that my partner and I had to cancel our boat trip which was going to be the highlight of our holiday. On arrival we were never even given the room we paid for until the following day at 1pm (3 hours later than they told us they'd have it ready for us). We were given what felt like a box with a bed and shower in it seperate from all of the other rooms. They didnt even offer us compensation for this until we actually asked for it which was ridiculous. If anyone who wants to come to this hotel expects cocktails and any kind of exotic drink that you'd think would be included in all-inclusive then beware. All of the cocktails cost 500+ lira (£9 ish) and were not included in all-inclusive. If you wanted free cocktails (the worst 8 cocktails on the menu) you'd have to pay for ultra all-inclusive. And ultra inclusive STILL doesn't include ALL of the drinks (6+ other cocktails). On the beach bar they only allow you to have ONE of the cocktails even though we had ultra and they expect you to pay for every other cocktail. The price for ultra all-inclusive was €20 euros per day and the "compensation" for the room change they gave us was one day for free which happened to be the day that we left at 4:30AM! They also don't mention ultra-all inclusive anywhere on their website! The schedule for breakfast, lunch and dinner was additionally quite ridiculous. My partner and I like to sleep in a bit more especially after a late night and the breakfast service stops at 10:00 with no other food available until 12:00. The lunch service stops at 14:00 followed bty t

The hotel was amazing! The rooms were modern, beautiful and well equipped, the staff was very friendly, the food had an endless variety and the seasoning was on spot. There is option for trips right from the hotel, but the journal hotel offers great events itself. It has the best hotel gym I have seen so far, today I hit my PR on squats. It is 3 minutes of walk from the beach and it has a bar on the beach as well with the all inclusive permit. The beach there varies from fine gravel to sand and it is a bit stony in the water, but it only adds to the experience as it attracts small fish, which are beautiful to look at. Definitely going there again.

TLDR; The hotel was likely bought by a hotel chain. Budget was cut compared to previous year. Whole stay was just a downgrade. 3/10. Wouldn’t recommend anymore. Long version: This was our second stay at this hotel. Previous stay was almost perfect 9/10. Food was perfect with lot of variety, bunch of staff that made sure that you had pleasant stay, etc. After a couple of days, we already knew that we would probably revisit this place next year. This year was the opposite. On our first day we arrived slightly before midnight, and the staff informed us that there is an issue with our room. Hotel's explanation was that there is a technician in our room, and they are waiting for his statement if we can go to the room. The estimated waiting time was until 4 AM. We argued with them that this is not acceptable since we already traveled for almost 9 hours and we would like to take a shower and sleep. Then they offered us lower grade room, but they could not give it to us only for one night. More hotel visitors were arriving, and they also didn't receive any rooms. After that the deception began. We contacted our travel agency so they can help us. The hotel staff were ignoring calls from the agency worker, and we had to hand them the call over from our phones. The agency worker wasn't able to help us since they told him the same lies. Suddenly no rooms are available because the hotel is fully booked. There was no technician in our rooms but other hotel visitors that were staying in our rooms. Around 2 AM two housekeepers arrived in the lobby and then we knew what was up. At 3 AM lots of visitors started to check out. When we finally received our room at 4:10 AM, the room's floors were wet. Overall cleanliness was barely at 80%. Previous visitors left hairbrush in the shower which wasn't cleaned. Sand was in the shower room, small stains on the bed, etc. We lost our first day of the stay due to sleep since we were able to get into bed only at 5 AM. When we woke up, we noticed that we didn't even have "side sea view" as we had booked. We went to reception to ask for a room change and compensation. They told us that they don't have any free rooms, and we can try to change rooms on the next day (which was successful) and as compensation they offered us "ultra-all-inclusive" upgrade but only for 3 days. We demanded that the upgrade should be at least for the full stay they refused. We filed a complaint with our travel agency but what they told us was shocking. They said that this was normal in Türkiye that the hotels are booked to 120-130%. They were trying to brush our complaints under the rug and pressured us to take the ultra-all-inclusive upgrade. We didn’t take it and filed for complaint (still no result, they have time until end of the august). After all this we started to "enjoy" our stay. The downgrade was obvious: 1. Less staff - around 60% of the staff compared to last year. They had to use food carts to clean the tables all the time because
