4 star hotels All-inclusive in Turkey

An excellent hotel, good food though the hot buffet food could be hotter, good facilities, well located etc. Only down side being the German influence. The staff all presume you are german and greet you so, even after being advised otherwise. We just joined in and spoke German, it was easier! A lovely stay all the same. We arrived at 1am and there was an issue with our booking from love holidays but the staff were kind and gave us a room till the issue was sorted. We stayed at this hotel from 09.07.2024 to 16.07.2024. There were four people: me, mother, grandmother and my younger brother. WI-FI was not free, it costed 20 dollars for one person.... The lift was the HORROR FOR ME!!!! I had a clausthrophobic attack there!!! Besides of these two big lacks there are a lot of positive things: comfortable rooms, the beach is not far away from the hotel, tasty food...

We spend a couple days there and unfortunately, they gave us a room that it was not fully facing the ocean like I have requested and pay for it. Parking is very limited. But overall is relatively close to the city where there is a lot of things to do. It is all included, and there is some variety of food that you can select on.

We booked a roomeith a balcony and sea view. However, on arrival the hotel tried to extort an additional 30 euros a day for sea view and balcony. They tried to push us into a room up several staircases, with a very small window, no balcony and no sea view in the old part of the hotel or pay the extra. We refused and insisted we had, in writing via email, a sea view and balcony. Finally they agreed...

Good points: Nice staff Good location - 10 minutes by taxi to Bodrum. Nice food. Decent sized pool. Good views of the sea. Bad points: basic rooms in need of refurbishment, old furniture. No entertainment of a night. Drinks, cocktails not very nice. Slow Internet which drops out.

Overall, the hotel offers a high-quality experience. The food was varied, delicious, and fresh. Beverage service was also sufficient and of good quality. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. Throughout our stay, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. However, the only downside was the music volume. Especially in the evening hours, the excessively loud music disturbed my wife...

Nice hotel, not too big. Great food. Friendly staff. Bodrum marina is just under a 1-km walk.

The front desk staff remembered my name, which made me feel genuinely welcome. It’s the little gestures that count the most.

My room overlooked a quiet courtyard, which helped me relax after a long day. The silence was a big plus for me.

The elevator was clean and quick — no long waits during busy hours. That’s a detail I really appreciated.

The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the temperature control worked flawlessly. That’s not always the case in budget hotels.

Housekeeping refreshed towels and toiletries daily, and everything was neatly arranged when I returned each afternoon.

I spent a week in the hotel a year ago. I came there alone for my birthday. They made me cry because they gave me possibly the worst room with a musty smell and no sunshine coming in ever. Compared to my home it was dirty and ugly. They need a renovation. The food was ok for people who don’t consider eating healthy but I managed to eat quite well and bought some fruits and berries at local markets...
