Last year, we stayed here as a group in a high-quality hotel, but this year it feels like a completely different and unrelated hotel — only the name is the same. The number of staff has clearly been reduced. The swimming pool is ice-cold; it’s impossible to stay in it, either due to a malfunction or cost-saving measures. When you mention this, no one seems to care. In fact, at check-in, the staff even told us the pool was cold, yet the pool attendants look you in the eye and insist that it’s warm, which is almost unbelievable. There are no bathrobes in the rooms; they are only provided if you specifically ask for them.

The best hotel in Aydın. The location is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the pizza and lahmacun made in the stone oven at the restaurant are unforgettable. At the end of a long day, when you lie down on the bed in your room, all your fatigue disappears thanks to how comfortable the bed is.

Best hotel in all of Aydin. My Canadian family and I have stayed here for a week and everything has been great. The hotel staff are super friendly and will assist you with anything you need. The breakfast is great, there is a pool and a gym which are a nice addition. The restaurant is fantastic, great prices, yummy tasting food, and wonderful staff. All our waiters and waitresses have been great! Could not recommend this place more if you are looking for a nice, and reasonably priced, hotel in Aydin!

It is a very well organized hotel, they were friendly at the reception, we had a very good dinner in the restaurant, it was a shame we only stayed for 1 night. The only problem is that the rooms are not soundproofed and despite being on the upper floor you could hear all the noise from the street.

Wonderful hotel service and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended for a stay if traversing across central-West Turkey.

The swimming pool and gym are great too if so inclined.

Came upon this location after a long day driving. Room was perfect, service was amazing. Best part was the breakfast. Nice variety. A little higher priced than others.

Unfortunately, I could not recommend this hotel for nobody. First, it is in the middle of nowhere, second even if they are really polite but does not speak english (thanks google translate :)), third it is very unclean. Breakfasts very low quality. Mini bar fridge is not cooling. Wifi quite weak. I do not know why our meeting partners offered this hotel for us. Moreover they even didn't inform that they organize some school party and it will not be possible to sleep.

We booked this hotel because it has two pools but on arrival we found both pools closed.the indoor pool would open at 4pm. Not good plus we had issues with the water system poor shower and toilet wouldn't flush at night! Also coffee machine in main hotel not working.

Superb on the first evening. The meal at the restaurant was delicious and cooked perfectly and one of the best meals I have had in Turkey. Second night a complete reversal. It was difficult to understand how the cooking could change so significantly. It turned out that it was a different chef. The difference was enormous. The chicken was barely cooked and had to be sent back. There were huge slices of Parmesan in the salad,because the kitchen had ran out of the salad cheese. The hotel is beautiful and if the experience on the first night had not been so good, I would have given it 3 stars, but the quality of cooking on the first night was exceptional. Compliments to the chef.
