Well, why wasn't the refund made, even though we never checked in, and you said at 10 pm beforehand, you didn't tell us 14, you said that the night person there gave wrong information, you said, we waited for a refund, you didn't return.

We went on vacation with my girlfriend for 2 days and we stumbled upon this disgusting place. When we entered the hotel, the room was extremely dirty, we conveyed to the reception that we wanted room cleaning, but they rudely retorted it and if you don't like it, go away, and at the end, a characterless person who introduces himself as the owner of the hotel said, "Give them their money." They argued with us in public at the hotel and relaxed as if they didn't care about any of their customers, including us. After these ugly treatments, we went to the room to get our things, we are getting ready, we are packing our suitcases. It is a complete fiasco and managed by small-minded, arrogant people, and also that its employees are of such poor quality,
Stay away from this poor quality institution called Yalova GRAND KRONE HOTEL and do not make mistakes like us .
In addition, if I briefly summarize the shortcomings of the room and the hotel;
1- the air conditioner in the room was broken, there was not even toilet paper in the bathroom.
2-room was in a mess.
3- The furnishings in the room were of poor quality.
4-room was very small.
There was not even a chair to sit in the 5-room.
6- On the internet, they rent the hotel with a pool, but there is no pool in the hotel.
7-The receptionist doesn't know how to talk to customers.
8-The attitude and behavior of the owner of the hotel was impersonal.
9- They didn't know what it meant to be human.
All of these things have been seen and experienced personally. I never and never recommend it, don't ruin your holiday, don't even pass by this hotel.
