The building is quite old, and the room needed repairs, as did the bathroom and toilet. If you're staying for 2-3 nights, it's a good choice. The cleanliness was good; the sheets, towels, and bedding were generally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the photos made the rooms look much larger, which is misleading. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of everything. We had no problems checking in or out, and they were always helpful. Overall, we were satisfied. A few renovations and a more polished look would make it even better. Thank you.
Good location, attentive and polite communication. Ideal for 1-3 day trips, suitable for sleeping only. If I go back in the future, I would choose the same place again. Because of its price and location.
They don't provide fresh towels for your entire stay.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful, especially Mohamed, the short one and the young boy who just started working therem as he aslo speaks English.
The lady who cleans is very friendly and very nice.
Over role great place to stay, it's nearby shops and restaurants.
Try to be nicer with your guests. I can’t imagine what will happen if i stayed with you
PS. To response to the comment from the owner: we didn't stay in your hotel, but because your "service" failed before we could check-in. You didn't rejected us, we cancelled the booking. Stop misleading customers and be a good host. Good luck.
