We stayed at the hotel from January 18th to 20th.

We checked in quickly even though we arrived at 7 AM, and didn't have to pay anything extra. The triple room was very small but warm; the administrator turned on the heating right away, and the radiator worked really well, drying our clothes instantly.

The shower and toilet were clean, and they provided shampoo, shower gel, and two small bars of soap. The room was cleaned thoroughly; the bed was made, cups were washed, and towels were changed.

Now, about breakfast: on the first day, there was an unpleasant incident. There was no milk for breakfast, but there were cereals. I asked them to buy milk because my child only eats cereal with milk. They promised they would, but after waiting half an hour, no one moved to buy it, even though the store was right across the street. I had to go buy it myself. They did reimburse me, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Then, a kitchen staff member and the administrator had a loud argument, which I gathered was about my complaint. It was unpleasant to be a part of someone else's argument; they could have resolved things more calmly. The breakfasts were meager: cheese, sausage, jam, eggs, cereal, coffee/tea.

The soundproofing is very poor; it's as if the walls are made of cardboard. You can hear all conversations, and in the mornings, one of the staff members would sing loudly, disturbing everyone's sleep throughout the hotel.

The location is a big plus for this hotel, as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, and the Grand Bazaar are all nearby. I also liked the room price, but the service and attitude towards guests definitely need improvement! Thank you for hosting us.

It's fine that when you arrive they carry your bags, but when you leave you are alone, the room had a normal space but it didn't have sheets which makes it less hygienic, apart from that there was another person's razor, the air conditioning didn't work and it was the middle of summer, I asked many times to have it fixed and nothing happened although the receptionist said he would come, he never did, the area is relatively good I would give it a rating of 6

We stayed at a triple room, and It wasn’t so big. Small and noisy bathroom. Poor breakfast, but for 1-2 days os ok. If you are going to stay there for 1-2 days, the price is right. Quiet neighbourhood, and really close for interesting places at that part of Istambul. No lift and no swimmingpool like one picture at google suggests.
