The room was very clean and modern. Great staff, except that one person acting like a manager, who is not really a good example of his crews.

The air conditioners were blowing cold air; we had a terrible New Year's Eve. They said it would be fixed, but it wasn't, and there was neither an apology nor any compensation. It was freezing; we couldn't stay in the room.

I'm now here! And I'm leaving even I have payed two night (900 TL) . It is awful the staff are very rude and disrespectful.... The rooms smell all cigarette smoke. I changed my room twice and still I've got the same smell.... Very bad experience
