Amazing, very helpful and kind staff!! I stayed here for 2 weeks and always felt like coming home after a long day thanks to the staff. Great location with a lot of restaurants, cafes nearby.

The hotel charged 100 euros from me explaining that they will behold this money until check in case of any damages to the hotel, and they were supposed to refund the full amount on the 12th of November, today is 30th December and I still HAVE NOT received a refund, I kept emailing the hotel and they kept telling me to contact my bank but my bank told me several times that they can see the money charged but not refunded back, the hotel keeps saying they did not charge me but the put the money on hold but clearly şt was taken out of my account and guess what, for over a month they could NOT provide me with a bank statement as a proof of refund, why cant they if they really did refund me? I have lost 100 euros extra, and the hotel cant even prove a proof of re-payment! this is ridicilous and such a dissapointment!

While the room itself was modest and could use a little updating, the kindness of the team made the experience feel more personal and pleasant than I expected.

I came from Kayseri and stayed for 5 days in January 2025. It was a suitable place to stay with a family in Istanbul conditions. It was spotless. The lady who did the cleaning was very sensitive, thank you. The furniture and rooms were new and clean. In general, such hotels provide service with rotten furniture and insect-infested rooms. The other staff are also understanding and smiling. In the adjacent rooms, the sound from outside enters the room a little too much. Apart from that, having breakfast is a separate advantage. Only a little warmth can be added, fried food, menemen, sausage, etc. Thank you for your nice hospitality. May their earnings be fruitful.

The hotel is perfectly suited for the price
Don't expect a very luxury place because you're not paying very luxury price.

It has everything you need and the staff was ready for any concerns, they even checked me in 1 hour earlier which I was happy about.

The breakfast was good enough to fill someone and their variety was enough for anyone really. Nothing mind blowing but good and filling options.

It's a very good place if you're just looking for a place to go to for a while, nothing luxurious. I'd come back here again for sure!

We stayed there last month for ten days, they all looked after us as if we were their own family. The room was very good, and all staff was very kind and helpful. Every morning breakfast and friendly faces. The room was very good and not that noisy like the other hotels and if you had a problem they solved it immediately. I recommend this place to everybody who wants to feel home, because I felt it.Will go there in the future again and I thank you all a thousand times for taking care of us. Allah sizden razi olsun!
