Delta Hotel in Didim

The hotel was dirty, with dust and cobwebs as we were making our way to the room which was absolutely not fit for use with our 6 month old baby. They crammed a double bed and, a single bed for the baby, into the room which was the size of a postage stamp. No room to be able to move about. This made the room into an oven and the balcony, well I wouldn't call it anything but a ledge. They were not accommodating to move us to another room so we didn't even dare stay there with our baby and left. Sad because we love the didim area. First bad experience

(Fotoğraflara ekledim.) ❌Odada çöp kovası yok sadece banyoda var. ❌Banyoda el havlusu yok. (Fotoğraflara ekledim.) ❌Duş için sadece şampuan var, duş jeli yok. ❌Rezervasyonda saç kurutma makinesi var yazıyor ama yok. (Fotoğraflara ekledim.) ❌Sular tuzlu akıyor. ❌Duvarlar kağıt gibi, ses yalıtımı sanıyorum ki yok. ❌Mini buzdolabı yok. ❌Temizliğini beğenmedim, banyo duvarlarında saçlar vardı. (Fotoğraflara ekledim.) ❌Oda da perde yok sadece kahverengi bir güneşlik var dolayısıyla cam her zaman kapalı durmak zorunda. ❌ Sanırım birkaç yıl önce tadilat yapıp fotoğraf çekmişler, zamanla eskimiş her şey. Ben gibi fotoğraflara aldanmayın diye bu kadar detay yazdım. ❌Duvarlar dökülüyor bu yüzden dolap ile saklamaya çalışmışlar sanırım. (Fotoğraflara ekledim.) ❌Asansör havasız olduğu için merdivenlerden çıkalım dedik bu kez de merdivenlerde poşetler içindeki kirli çarşaflar koku yapıyordu. (Fotoğraflara ekledim.) ❌Sabaha karşı bel ağrısı ile uyandığımda mutfaktan gelen (saat 06.15 civarı) tabak seslerinden bir daha uyuyamadım. ❌Kahvaltı 08.00’de başlıyor yazıyor ama saat 08.13’te başladı. Tuz rutubetten akamıyor. Kısaca odada hotels.com’da yazdığı gibi var denilen bazı özelliklerin odada mevcut olmadığını ve otelin gerçeği yansıtmadığını görünce kendimize yakıştıramayıp 1 gece kalıp çıktık. Tahminimce tanıdıkların yaptığı süper otel yorumlarına aldanmayın. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum keşke rezervasyon yaptırmadan önce google yorumlarına baksaydım 3.4 puanı görünce kaçardım zaten.

This I the worse hotel I have ever seen , I arrived very tired and booked inwas shown to my room. I was very disappointed in the room it was glum. I asked if I could change rooms and was told to wait for the manager. The manager agreed I could move rooms what a discusting hovel. They was no way I was staying in this hotel . I was greeted by a man with tattoos on his face and yes I have tattoo's also but he looked scary . I was in altinkum visiting my sister whom lives there and her husband came to see me they was shown my room and agreed I couldn't stay there. I found another hotel on travigo and went and collected my case . I tried contacting lov holiday who sold me this hovel To no avail no one available to answer my calls or speak to . I have complained to lov holidays and they should be ashamed of them selves , lov holidays have refused me a refund as I didn't contact them whilst in the hovel . The pictures on the site are not what you get . I booked this hotel as it was small and been a solo travel in my 50's I felt zbit more safer. Love holiday investigated and the hotelier has lied . Does these pictures look like the site they show the hotel on to be the same ? Avoid at all cost you will not have a relaxing holiday in this hotel and go with a different travel agent . All they care about is getting a sale but they miss sell them to get it . Fuming
