Excellent location . Short stroll to beach and shops . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and though not always a big choice available, what was on offer was very good. Our room was acceptable. Somewhat dated but clean and nice pool view . Other people complaining of rooms not being clean but this wasn’t our experience. Pool area is nice and cleaned regularly. Plenty of sunbeds. Good selection of drinks both alcoholic and soft drinks. Small , budget friendly hotel . Some people seem to expect 5 star service for 3 star prices . For what we paid , would definitely return.

Please think twice about staying here! Rooms are dreadful , in disrepair and dirty, food selection is appalling with same repetitive items every day . We were moved 4 times to different rooms in 1 week and all rooms had issues. Every holiday maker that we spoke to all said the same thing that is was appalling. Every one has a different expectations of their holiday but honestly this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and will never go back . The air conditioning unit made me ill as thick in dust so you can be pretty sure they are not maintained or filters cleaned. The staff are all lovely and polite but are definitely the glue that keeps the place together and aesthetically the pool area look lovely until you see the rooms and the dangers of them from dirty air cons, broken sockets with loose wires, broken toilet seats, broken doors, mould on walls , light bulbs out, body stains of either blood or poo on door, medication left in drawer the list is endless . No teacups as they only provide small paper cups for your hot drinks . Your alcohol selection is poor and consists of gin, vodka, Raki , red , white or Rosie white and soft drinks. No kettles in rooms nor fresh drinking water. Rooms are not cleaned daily and dirty pots can stay on stairs for 2 days and I don’t know why every remote control doesn’t have a back on it , this is dangerous if you have young children . Safe deposit boxes don’t have keys and I was told keys are missing as guests take them home . We did lodge a complaint with evidence to our tour operator. Seriously re consider before you spend your hard earned cash staying here . What is such a shame is that this place could be lovely if it was repaired and issues felt with also so many people we talked to had also complained and several were moved to different rooms but all pretty much the same

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was the most idyllic and relaxing hotel we’ve been to in recent years ! The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. In particular the receptionist Ismail and the guest relations guide Emel were both so kind and helpful and made our holiday one to remember ! And with a beach and bustling town on your doorstep alongside boat tours and sightseeing it is really a perfect place to stay !

So let’s start with a positive- the pool area is very pretty with many beautiful plants and flowers. It’s very close to all the rooms, the dining area and the bar however some of the rooms are absolutely filthy, including mine, room No. 304. As I arrived, it smelt of mould. The fridge was full of orangey liquid, which stank. The shower had rust in it, the shower stall was stained and cracked, if you would have sat on it, it may have cut your bottom as it was sharp. The stall; to do your make up/hair on had filthy stains on. To be fair once I reported it lots of managers came plus a cleaner who came to rectify it. However, see pictures of my slippers a couple of days later it was never cleaned after that and I kept having to ask for toilet paper. My towell was only changed when I asked. My bed was never changed in five days. I heard that a guest had black mould on the wall next door and another friend stayed there for 10 days and never had her bed made.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights .The location is perfect close to everything the staff were all amazing and food was good .especially the lady in hotel lobby customer relations she was amazing .we would definitely go back there .

Had blood on duvet when arrived. Took 2 days to change.
Room was cleaned once in 6 nights. Told them daily 3 times a day but still couldn’t manage it. Other guests mentioned similar issues. Still good value for cheap price we paid.

Third time this year. Many thanks to Boss man Taner , Mike , Teddy , Omar and the hard working crew .
We stayed in one of the newer superior rooms . Great room , Spacious and clean.
We’ve stayed room only and all inclusive. All inclusive is great value. Quality food with a good selection. Drinks are usual local options, soft drinks , wine an beer.
If you want branded name drinks there is a really bar at the front of the hotel , this I highly recommend. Staff can’t be more helpful, even when you’re not actually stay at Akdeniz. Genuinely open , all year round . 👍🏻

Rooms were basic, but were very clean and tidy, staff were friendly, helpful and always had smiles on their faces. The location was excellent, 2 min walk to the strip where there was shopping, bars n restaurants, private beaches not more than a 30 min walk away, or 5 min drive. Hisaranu only a short journey by taxi at a cost of 70 lira. Weather was excellent everyday, what more could you ask for... A wonderful 1st time experience
