We visited this place for lunchtime beers and food a few times. Excellent service in a very cool setting overlooking the beach. Fresh pizzas was amazing (spicy vegetarian) Friendly staff and good prices. Excellent all the way!!!

We had a great stay at Mutlu, the location is right facing the beach, great view for breakfast and easy access to take a dip in the beach. The staff was sooo friendly, they had amazing recommendations and helped us with reservations and ensured our stay in Fethiye was memorable. Much recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Mutlu during August. We loved the location, directly on the beach with a dreamy sunset view! Also, we spent a lot of time relaxing around the beautiful pool area. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, they made our stay smooth.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The Location was excellent. It is close to the ferry dock and main marina. This area also has the quick access to the Greek ruins and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would recommend this hotel to others. Staff were relaxed and helpful organising transfers to the airport , tips for activities around time. The view of the Marina in the morning is good. But the mattress and pillows are not comfortable. It is stuffy in the summer, the staff drove the car themselves, but in the morning they saw scuffs, so it is better to drive it yourself.

This is a lovely friendly hotel in a beautiful location and with a stunning little pool area overlooking the marina. We’d really enjoyed our stay with the only drawbacks being that the beds are incredibly hard (for the sake of our backs we couldn’t have stayed more than one night) and the breakfast was very average.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was clean and comfortable and the service was good. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, even for vegan foods. We also enjoyed the pool and the fact that we could easily walk to the markets.

Family run nice hotel with full board or bed and breakfast

A cool place to stay, but response to customer was less than expected. We had no towels in the room, and reseption did not respond even after we called asking for them. However, swimming pools are good, staff are nice, and food is not bad.

The hotel has not yet available any facilities regarding spa or pool. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The distance to the old town is approximately 45 minutes walking. Looking at the comments and pictures, we stayed for 10 days and we were very satisfied as a family. Very great quality/price ratio for a much cheaper than average place to stay in Fethiye! Walking distance to Fethiye City Center is a big plus and close to main roads through which Ölüdeniz Minibuses pass. Staff was very friendly, the breakfast was nice, clean sheets and towels.

It's a clean hotel, though something is broken and most of the staff (but not all) is not very friendly (which is unusual experience for us in Turkey). The good side is that it costs 130 TL including breakfast (April 2021).

I would expect them to be more meticulous about cleaning. There is a smell of humidity in the rooms downstairs and there are ants in the rooms. The hair dryer was not working.
