Noyan Apart Otel in Fethiye

Photos of the hotel and rooms are much better than reality. The first impression was bad, we wanted to leave immediately. Then we got used to it, because it was difficult for a large family to change plans and look for something else in the middle of the season. This is a family business, the young owner (Noyan's son) is very friendly, reacts quickly and is generally a great guy. Everything depends on him. But for what reason they have not invested money in the hotel for many years to at least update the equipment, doors, bathrooms - it is not clear. The air conditioner in one of the rooms does not have antifreeze at all, the rest did not cope in the heat, because they are definitely from the last century. The water pressure is very bad. The doors, furniture, shower cabin are very old and dirty. The location is good - in the city center, shops are nearby, a stop for dolmush and a taxi to the beach is 20 meters.

The hotel owners were friendly and helpful. It's a nice apartment in a good location and adequate for the price.

The place is near Ölüdeniz. You need a minibus to take you there

We experienced the apartment for the first time and we loved it, it was as if we had known each other for years. Endless thanks to Ms. Saliha, Mr. Ercan, their son Oğuzhan and their dog Paris, for the apartment owned by a very sweet and friendly family, the Noyan family... I had made a reservation through Jolly Tur, but they booked the apartment directly. I learned that it is more advantageous to make a reservation by calling. The location of the apartment, the cleanliness of the pool and garden were number 10. My next holiday plan will always be to Noyan Apart 😍

Just returned from another 3 weeks at ANT. (6 weeks in total this year)
All I can say is congrats to Tan and Ceylin and all the staff for such a warm welcome and attentive attitude.
After such a difficult 2 years it was great to see it getting back to normality and back to the way it has always been in the 10 years we have been going there.
Yes, they had teething problems with a whole new housekeeping staff but they got there and we cannot wait to return next June.
