Noyan Apart Otel in Fethiye

Ant apart and Green Peace hotel had been united from this season. Literally 2 hotels operate as 1, leading by team Green Peace. At Green peace section you have an availability for breakfast, including in your booking. They are also running on their own food/drink menus, so you got an dining option. This union gives you plenty of space at garden, 2pool, plenty of sunbeds available, a lot bigger bar, and a BBQ place, where they are cooking dinner just right in front of you.
Easy to reach hotel right from the main road, also limited parking place provided. They do group bookings. Staff is kind and helpful, ready to sort out anything what comes up on your holiday.
They are also available for bookings for daily trips, like boat trips, paragliding quad bike tours etc, so you dont even need to leave hotel to organise your activities.
Grocery stores 1-5mins walk away.
Ölüdeniz beach reachable with local buses, running in every 10 mins, price may vary, card and cash payment available.
Hisarönü (shopping street, clubs, restaurants etc) just half way between Green peace hotel and Ölüdeniz beach.
I would recommend this hotel, by experience, I know whoever gonna visit will leave like a friend.

We had a great, relaxing, no stress holiday. This isn't our first time at Ant Apart, and it won't be the last.
When you first arrive, the staff rush out to greet you, and immediately make you feel welcome.

The rooms are all clean and tidy, and contain amenities, if you want to do your own cooking. Being that we're on holiday, we don't end up using these facilities.

With regards to food, the breakfast and lunch menu's have a great deal of choice, and have always been great. My son loves the super burger! If there's something you want to change (I always ask for no tomatoes), the staff are happy to help, and check that the meal suits your needs. The bar staff are always friendly and helpful, and there were even a couple of occasions this year, where the hotel made a lovely birthday cake for guests celebrating their birthday.

I'm naturally introverted, and am not quick to trust people, so I can't help but make a big deal about my experience with the owners and staff. They make me feel completely at ease, and genuinely want me to enjoy my stay. I know if I had an issue at the hotel, Tan and Ceylon would sort it out as soon as possible. Even if I had an issue outside of the hotel, I would feel confident that they would try to help me. I have never had this feeling with anywhere else I have stayed, so for me personally, it makes a huge difference.

Location wise, there are many great restaurants within walking distance, or a short taxi ride, if you wanted to travel further afield. The are numerous supermarkets where you can buy most things, and are able to pay cash or card (including contactless). There is a water park within 15 mins of walking. The Badadag mountain restaurant, and paragliding, is a taxi ride away. There are numerous boat trips, buggy safari's, quad biking, and other activities all in the area, and these can be booked through Tan or Ceylon, if requested.

I can't recommend the hotel and the owners enough. If you want a relaxed, no stress, friendly holiday, then look no further.

11 nights holiday for 6 of us. And we had an amazing time! The owners are by far the best bit, they couldn’t do enough for us. Attended our needs no matter what. . The bar staff was friendly always and always on hand. The cleaners were spot on.

The location of the apartment is just perfect - right near some great bars and restaurants. And not far from the waterpark or hisaronu strip. Taxi point right out side too and a migros shop super close aswell.

I would 100% come back to this apartment if we booked again.

Swimming pool is great. My kids had a great time and you could pretty much do what you wanted. . ( they have so many inflatables for everyone to use )

Food and drinks were great every day we chose to have lunch or breakfast.

Although the rooms are slightly dated. It definitely didn’t bother us. As we are not a family who just stay in the hotel to relax. It was more just a base for us. .

The only thing I could honestly fault was I think there should be aircon in the room and the other rooms.

But that was a minor .

Also a massive appreciation must go to them for them doing a birthday cake for my 8 year old. We didn’t ask them too. They see it on his passport and insisted! It was so lovely . And I can’t thank them enough!

Photos of the hotel and rooms are much better than reality. The first impression was bad, we wanted to leave immediately. Then we got used to it, because it was difficult for a large family to change plans and look for something else in the middle of the season. This is a family business, the young owner (Noyan's son) is very friendly, reacts quickly and is generally a great guy. Everything depends on him. But for what reason they have not invested money in the hotel for many years to at least update the equipment, doors, bathrooms - it is not clear. The air conditioner in one of the rooms does not have antifreeze at all, the rest did not cope in the heat, because they are definitely from the last century. The water pressure is very bad. The doors, furniture, shower cabin are very old and dirty. The location is good - in the city center, shops are nearby, a stop for dolmush and a taxi to the beach is 20 meters.

Ant Apart Hotel in Turkey offers a fantastic experience! The location is superb, close to everything, yet peaceful. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, perfect for families or couples. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The pool area is lovely, and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of variety. Overall, it's a great value for money, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it!
