I was so looking forward to staying at this boutique hotel which is situated right next the Marina. I stayed many years ago and had given it a 10/10, but unfortunately it’s become very run down and in need of restoration. It was clean though, so l can’t complain. Breakfast was the best before but now it’s very disappointing. I felt the price was too high for this hotel. It has a bar next door with very loud music until 3-4 in the morning, l wouldn’t recommend it for light sleepers or the older persons.

I’d stayed at this hotel previously. It’s a perfect location for me - close to the port, but right in the middle of the an area for shops and restaurants right out your door. The service is efficient and friendly. My room was clean with convenient facilities. Breakfast was good - lots of choices. If I return to Fethiye in the future, this is where I’ll stay.

The location is incredibly convenient, with all major sights within 1 km, and especially ideal for those taking a ferry to Rhodes (just 200m away).
The room was tiny, but spotlessly clean.
The staff were polite.
Breakfast was excellent!
The air conditioning unit was a bit peculiar and didn't feel very fresh; it would turn off whenever the bathroom light was switched off. Despite this, we were able to sleep comfortably.

Great location just inside Old Town and across road from port marina where you can walk and choose your boat trip. Small rooms without any real good view, but with a small balcony and some mountain hillside view. Very clean and breakfast is excellent. Front desk very helpful also. Can't get any better location wise, and since Fethiye is about outdoor adventures and exploring Old Town shopping & eating you don't spend much time in your room so small & clean room is very acceptable. I'd definitely consider staying again on next visit to Fethiye, better than expected.

I stay in this hotel every time on the way to/back from Rhodes for some years already. It's situated just a few steps from the harbor. The rooms are clean and nice and offer all the necessary. The breakfast is fantastic, everyone can find whatever he wants. I would add a good coffee machine. The only unpleasant thing is very loud music till late night which disturbs and doesn't let you sleep. The rest is perfect.

A very short walk from the ferry port (to/from Rhodes) and the marina, and about 30 minutes' walk to the bus station. The hotel is right in the 'old town' arcades of Paspatur, with lots of shops but also bars and restaurants and, nearby, a nightclub or two. At night it is therefore very noisy until the early hours of the morning. The rooms are comfortable (we had a standard room with little balcony overlooking the inner shopping arcades) and breakfast was very good. If you don't mind the noise, it's a good overnight stop for travelling onward from Fethiye. The famous fish market is also only about five minutes' walk, great for an evening meal.
