We had an amazing time staying in Turunc premium hotel as a family of 7. We had a lovely stay in Mersoy Hotel, kids loved the all inclusive buffet, stuff was very friendly and always responsive to our needs. Really one of the best hotels . I came 2 months ago for 7 days . The stuff is kind and helps you a lot , the food is good , the beach is 1 min away , clean rooms . What do you need more for a vacation . My parents also booked there and they were very happy and pleased . Thank you Marbas ❤️

Update to initial comment: Spoke to Hotel Manager first thing Monday morning, he had seen my comments and said there was another room available for us to move into almost immediately, which was good news. Great location, no outside noise at all apart from buses and local traffic to go beyond the mountain. Room 404 had an excellent view of the beach & mountains. Room was small for my likings, but for a weeks holiday it made do. Cleaned regularly. Great selection of food & drink, timings for when food was available was given upon our checkin, which went smoothly even at 2am.
