We had a beautiful suite which was very clean and the room had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We also took our dog who was welcomed with treats and dog bowls. The service and food were good, but the balcony of the room we reserved with a sea view was blocked by trees. There was a picture of a water park in the pictures, but when we went there, they said there was no such place and they did not know who uploaded the picture.

Wonderful hotel. Wonderful hotel, the suites are spacious and modern, all areas are well kept and clean. Lovely pool area. The food was excellent. The only drawback is that there are many steps around the accommodation if you struggle with walking it may not be suitable.

We spent 5 days here & loved everything! Rooms are very comfortable, staff is very helpful and food is amazing. There is no need to look for any other restaurants in Turunc, simply hotel restorant is amazing. I would definetely recommend this place whoever is looking for a relaxing stay in the wonderful nature.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleaning service was adequate. However, the 'do more with less' approach with limited staff is completely unacceptable for the service one expects from a 5-star complex. Despite this, F&B Manager Gökhan BEKTAŞ and his team were very attentive and friendly.

Ms. Duru was incredibly helpful, and we instantly knew we'd enjoy our stay the moment we stepped into the hotel. This hotel offers excellent value for money; you truly get more than what you pay for. We were extremely pleased with everything and will definitely be visiting again next year.

The experience was really nice at the hotel. Its very spacious with three pools and a lot of greenery. The entertainment team was amazing with a lot of energy and fun interactive activities. Sooo, after reading reviews of this hotel I was a tad apprehensive when my wife told me she had booked Pineta Club for our sixth trip to Marmaris (we've been other places such as Morocco, Egypt,, Thailand etc so "been around" as it were) putting it mildly! I was on the hotel for 7 days! I like the yard, it has bars, a lot of pools! For five stars hotel It has minuses! The rooms are very small for 3 people. The lighting in the rooms was very dim! Great hotel and the staff were amazing. The room was a bit small and we got a two single beds and we can’t push them together as there was electrical outlets in between them. Food was great so much to eat and it changed everyday. With four pools and a private beach area you always could find a sun bed.

Most impressive for me was the fact the national park was easily accessible for walks, runs and biking if you are interested in doing that. Amazing hotel with amazing entertainment team who don’t stop they really do make your holiday and make you feel so welcome. This is our 4th experience here and each trip gets better and better, a big thank you to Barney, John, Deniss and Harry memories will cherish forever.

Very clean rooms, staff will do anything to help, food was ok we are picky eaters and always managed to find something. Entertainment was good most nights but is on until late. Sunbeds were fine, very limited space, but always managed to get the same spot. They are monitored and towels were being removed if not down by 11:30.
