BC Spa Hotel in Dalyan

Everything and everyone was amazing at this hotel especially Ali who went the extra mile the bar staff were all fantastic we will definitely be backAli made our holiday perfect as he sorted out a mix up with transfers for us smoothly fantastic

We had an amazing 10 nights in September. Had a couple of issues with the room on arrival but the lovely 2 technical guys sorted the issues out quickly. The pool area was lovely and made even better with the amazing bar staff. Cats are looked after by the staff which was a big yes from me. Loved it here and will be back next year

We spent 7 nights at BC Hotel Spa in Dalyan and had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with gorgeous surroundings and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pools were lovely, and although the rooms are slightly dated, they were clean, functional, and had good air conditioning throughout, which kept us comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the room anyway, so it suited us perfectly. There were no kettles or complimentary water in the rooms, but with a supermarket just a two-minute walk away, it was easy to stock the fridge ourselves. Housekeeping staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and kept everything spotless. Breakfast was really enjoyable. It offered a nice balance of options: cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, jams, Nutella, as well as rotating hot dishes, an omelette station, and even cake. We always left satisfied. We chose the half-board option, and dinner always started with a delicious soup of the day, followed by a choice of almost anything from the menu (except steaks). We tried pizzas, pasta, grilled chicken, and burgers, all of which were very tasty. The only drawback during meals was the presence of cats, wasps, and hornets outdoors—not something the hotel can really control but worth noting. The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa. We booked one of the treatment packages, and it was incredible—so relaxing and absolutely worth the price. We left feeling pampered and refreshed. The staff’s English wasn’t always perfect, but they were unfailingly kind, polite, and eager to help, which more than made up for it. Overall: BC Hotel Spa is a beautiful and welcoming place that offers great value for money. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with good facilities, tasty food, and an excellent spa, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We would happily return.

Currently staying in the bc spa and after reading poor reviews I was concerned but needlessly so..Okay it has its faults but I'll get on to that later. First of all the hotel is clean.Theres no question of that.I haven't found otherwise.The hotel, as far as I know, was designed and built by two brothers..The hotel is not your usual white wall cheaply built hotel.It is plain to see, if you look, that nothing was spared in building it and it was and is a nice hotel.Passion and effort built this hotel.Craftsmen put this hotel together which is evident in the materials used and the finish.Easy to spot if you look around Does it need upgraded?...maybe in places but it's the dark coloured wood makes it look a little dated.Yes it is dark in the rooms but again that's the wood colour and the dated light fittings .A paint job would cure a lot of issues in no time.If the hand rails to the rooms were replaced with a more modern look it would transform the hotel for example in my opinion. The staff are excellent and friendly. The cleaning staff do a thorough job.No complaints. A new receptionist just started named Ali.He just started a few days ago.We got talking and he has an excellent way about him.He is easy going.friendly,will listen and help you in every way(we had an issue with an easyJet booking) and he sorted it promptly.He will be a valuable asset to the hotel no doubt.I wish him the best in the future. The pool area is spotless. The bad bits are the breakfast.I can honestly say it is not in any way good.Bland ,very limited and most of the time near cold.It can be a hunt for large cups etc and I've found the easiest job in the world.....A one ring omelette maker to cater for the whole hotel so there is always a queue and frankly not worth the wait.I cannot understand why the hotel does not make a better effort for guests. If you want fresh juice you have to pay for it.I noticed some guests are embarrassed as who carries money to breakfast?(can be put on your room bill)There is no other juice available and guests are caught out filling a glass then being asked to pay for it. A good experience at breakfast might encourage guests to eat more meals in the hotel.Personally It wouldn't encourage me to eat here. A good experience at breakfast might also curtail the negative reviews which I don't believe are justified. Aside from the food we are contented here but the hotel needs to up it's game in the food area as it is dragging the hotel down. The food issue has been mentioned numerous times before in reviews but nothing seems to have been done to address it. Nice hotel otherwise
