Everything and everyone was amazing at this hotel especially Ali who went the extra mile the bar staff were all fantastic we will definitely be backAli made our holiday perfect as he sorted out a mix up with transfers for us smoothly fantastic

We had an amazing 10 nights in September. Had a couple of issues with the room on arrival but the lovely 2 technical guys sorted the issues out quickly. The pool area was lovely and made even better with the amazing bar staff. Cats are looked after by the staff which was a big yes from me. Loved it here and will be back next year

We spent 7 nights at BC Hotel Spa in Dalyan and had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with gorgeous surroundings and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pools were lovely, and although the rooms are slightly dated, they were clean, functional, and had good air conditioning throughout, which kept us comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the room anyway, so it suited us perfectly. There were no kettles or complimentary water in the rooms, but with a supermarket just a two-minute walk away, it was easy to stock the fridge ourselves. Housekeeping staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and kept everything spotless. Breakfast was really enjoyable. It offered a nice balance of options: cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, jams, Nutella, as well as rotating hot dishes, an omelette station, and even cake. We always left satisfied. We chose the half-board option, and dinner always started with a delicious soup of the day, followed by a choice of almost anything from the menu (except steaks). We tried pizzas, pasta, grilled chicken, and burgers, all of which were very tasty. The only drawback during meals was the presence of cats, wasps, and hornets outdoors—not something the hotel can really control but worth noting. The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa. We booked one of the treatment packages, and it was incredible—so relaxing and absolutely worth the price. We left feeling pampered and refreshed. The staff’s English wasn’t always perfect, but they were unfailingly kind, polite, and eager to help, which more than made up for it. Overall: BC Hotel Spa is a beautiful and welcoming place that offers great value for money. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with good facilities, tasty food, and an excellent spa, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We would happily return.

BC Spa is an absolute unique place in Dalyan. The hotel has a lot of character and every room was created with eye for detail. Every wall is a piece of art by itself. Beautiful! Family rooms are perfect and contain 2 bedrooms and a seperate living room. The hotel is located directly by the river and surrounded by greenary. It is located in 2 minutes walking distance from city center, shops, bars and restaurants. You don't need a car, because the bus station, cabs and the harbour are also within a few minutes walking distance. Ideal! But the most beautiful asset of this hotel are the employees. I've been to Turkey many times but never have I felt more at home than at BC Spa! All staff members are so friendly and helpfull! We were in Turkey during Dutch Kings Day and we were invited to come to a party were everybody brought something to eat. Of course we couldn't bake something ourselves (no cooking facilities in the hotel room). The chef asked us at what time the party started and went as far as to bake us a cake right there and then as a present! This to me is the perfect example of how heartwarming and kind the people of BC Spa are to their guests!
