First, THE BEST EXERCISE ROOM EVER! This place has a squat rack, bench press station, Olympic bars, full range of barbells including massive ones, etc. No other place I have stayed comes close to this

Far superior to the gyms in Istanbul I paid 10 Euros per visit. The room had quality memory foam mattresses, which I absolutely love but my wife is not a fan. It was very spacious and nicely decorated

It had a great view of the sea out of the window. I can't call the room fantastic, tied for the best I have ever stayed, since it lacked a balcony

The reception staff were good and the pool and the view from level 8 is excellent

Location amazing as everything nearby and Starbucks attached to hotel. Got room upgrade when we got there. We needed something printing on the last day and reception were really helpful

This was a lovely experience. The location is good, the rooftop pool and bar are great and it was the best breakfast we had in Türkiye. The air conditioning in the room was very effective.

Food as always was great - very much to our taste. We are looking to return in May 26 - we heard about the 5th floor renovations. Look forward to seeing what has been happening over the winter months

The Room was clean and tidy all the time, the cleanliness was great on a whole around the resort. Location was great for me, as I like to walk down to the main centre which is only a 20-25 minute walk away

Very nice hotel on the sand beach. Staff very friendly, all the time ready to help, answer for all questions. Animation at day, also on the night very nice. Room it's clean Figen make really good job

If there is something to criticise about the hotel it'll be the normal working ours for the gym that should be at a 5 ⭐ hotel Open 24/7 with a badge reader thus an all inclusive client can use it whenever he/she want

Very nice place to stay good value , clean every thing you would expect from a nice Motel and good location. You couldn't find better in Kusadasi and especially for the money .

It has an excellent location right in the center of Kuşadası, very close to the marina, beach, shops, and restaurants. The sea-view rooms are a highlight, with lovely views over the Aegean Sea and relaxing balconies

Advantages of the hotel: - excellent location: Caravan-sarai, old mosques, market, Pigeon island in walking distance, beach across the road, restaurants, supermarkets all near the hotel; - all the windows overlook the road, but noise is not heard; - very kind personnel; - a cozy atmosphere (you feel yourself like at home); - cleaning every day: bring tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo, hair balm...

I think the pool can be heated so hotel guests can swim; - good breakfasts: give cheese of several species, sausage, halva, waffles, cookies, bread, eggs and three year-old dishes, coffee, tea, juice

Good value for money and the location by the marina is fantastic

In general, everything is delicious; - make a small repair: paint the walls, buy new furniture to match 4 stars level (it is felt that they have not been updated the interior for a long time)

It's a clean, attentive hotel with friendly staff. We booked the room with breakfast, but I recommend the open buffet dinner, which was 500 TL per person. It was very filling and delicious.

When my room door wouldn't open, someone from the front desk came to help right away, and even though it was around 9pm, they called maintenance and quickly fixed it

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful in arranging transportation. The breakfast was varied and there was a swimming pool. The room was a bit old and the shower was weak. It would be better if they could improve it

stayed here the 19th of October until the 26th rooms were clean and very nice, cleaners in each day staff were nothing but friendly and very helpful we arrived late at night 11pm so missed dinner so was very hungry asked staff is there a takeaway close by but none around so the lovely young men behind the bar made us up a nice meal and brought us to restaurant literally cant pronounce one young mans...

Our room had no safe and the AC was not working. Reception informed us things could only be fixed at 8am. As promised, the next day the AC was working and a safe with a set of keys were left in our room

Bedroom- the bedroom is very clean. Our room consisted of a double bed and a pull out single sofa bed which was sufficient for 2 adults and 1 child. Out wardrobes had sliding doors with 6 hangers

Arrival- When we arrived on 23. This was disappointing because we needed to message our family in the UK to let them know we had arrived safely. The wifi returned the next afternoon at 1pm

The cleaners do a fantastic job Bathroom- a large shower, sink and a bidet toilet. It was cleaned daily and towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo were replenished on a daily basis

Well where do i start,hotel and staff were bang on and nothing was a trouble,room had been refurbished but had bits missing but were clean and bed comfortable but a couple days from returning home my daughter found me collapsed on my bed where i was rushed into hospital with legionella which wasnt a nice experience while i was in hospital had a phone call of the world health department who are now...

Rooms are clean, but the pillow was old. Overall food was good. The view of the is amazing. pool is great as well. Overall, would recommend

The scenery is beautiful, the hotel is a bit expensive,the rooms are good,heating,lighting,cooling is good. The shower drain was clogged of fashion where I was staying.

We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Checken-in was fast and easy. Reception staff is very helpful, especially, Mehmet. We booked standard room and he upgraded us to suite room with sea view, we loved it

Well what can I say, what a amazing hotel would definitely come back and recommend everything about this says 4 stars, the rooms are great and fresh, fridge kettle and tea making facilities, the staff are great and go above and beyond in every way you are never without a drink and all very friendly, the entertainment team was good and always trying to get guests involved even with the bad weather...

The food was lovely even out of season there was always something you could find and a good selection. Staff always very attentive with drinks clearing plates etc

The cleaners did a great job always fresh towels water and tea top ups. Indoor pool and spa facilities are great and included in your all inclusive which is very rare, outdoor pool always clean and fresh water

The facilities are good - slides great for kids, spa has great options, however €8 to play 30 minutes of pool is ridiculous majority of places it's €1 for a whole game which it should be here!

The hotel staff were very attentive and could not do enough for the guests. The hotel entertainment was brilliant and the kids were entertained all week couldn’t recommend enough!! ☺️

We tried mini golf and archery while we were there and enjoyed. If you have chance we highly recommend using the spa for treatment packages we had excellent treatments and Turkish Hammam, staff all excellent

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s incredibly beautiful, peaceful, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant service was warm, cozy, and very welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable

I do hope the management appreciate them both and in our opinion the restaurants would benefit them both being given a senior role as the only let down was sometimes the organization and timings of courses weren’t quite right and we feel a little extra training with better organization would help, and think Soni and Ozzie are the two people that could improve this

We have almost finished a most wonderful stay at the Batihan Vadi hotel, near Izmir. This is not like any other All Inclusive experience; Turkish breakfast is immense and served at the O Garden or in your private villa

Ozzy was so chatty and fun with our youngest son! Also, one evening, the hotel opened up the Leora wine bar restaurant just for us- it was like exclusive dining with beautiful Italian food and recommended wine pairings- thanks to Mert / Marty who served us on this evening

Villas are lovely well spaced apart and very private being surrounded by a good sized garden with many fruit trees, good size pool, jacuzzi bath, outdoor shower, cabana and decent terrace with loungers and table and chairs

Rooms are clean, towels are included, hot water is always available, fridge and air conditioner is perfectly working. I would recommend you to stay in this place as long as you can. City center is nearby, beaches also

The rooms are very luxurious, neat, clean and well decorated and the beds are very comfortable (we stayed in the Deluxe room with king size bed, this is an upgrade where you get a luxurious room with jacuzzi and access to the hammam, sauna, steam room and fitness room)

The open buffet breakfast was delicious and included in the stay, and the view from the hotel was simply stunning. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kuşadası. I’ll definitely be coming back

All the guests are on multiple visits and for good reason, nothing is too much for the awesome team, 'Francis' aka Mamut, Khan, (pardon my spelling!) and not forgetting Alp on the nights

And why do people go back? Quite simple, you feel welcome and like a friend 🧡 Mahmut, Alp and Kağan and there to ensure you have a great stay and do their best to ensure this happens

I cannot tell you how much i felt at home here and felt i was saying goodbye to friends. Alp is there in the evenings to see to your needs

Rooms were cleaned daily by great ladies,again fresh towels and sheets as required. Food at the bar was good standard and reasonably priced

Personally I won't be looking for anywhere else to go on my vacation as many wont, infact most book from year to year so as not to be dissapointed. Thank you to all the team for making my holiday as awesome as always

Everyone is so friendly and honestly when I say they go the extra mile for the guests I mean they really do. The apt are basic but spotless, the cleaning team are just lovely and every day leave your place spotless

On a cultural visit to the great historical area Very nice small hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The guy who works there was happy to help with parking our car on very narrow nearby streets
