First, THE BEST EXERCISE ROOM EVER! This place has a squat rack, bench press station, Olympic bars, full range of barbells including massive ones, etc. No other place I have stayed comes close to this. Far superior to the gyms in Istanbul I paid 10 Euros per visit.
The room had quality memory foam mattresses, which I absolutely love but my wife is not a fan. It was very spacious and nicely decorated. It had a great view of the sea out of the window. I can't call the room fantastic, tied for the best I have ever stayed, since it lacked a balcony. It did have sliding doors to the sea and a clear barrier to stop you from walking out.
The room was just outside of the crowds from the cruise ships. Despite having a busy road between the hotel and sea it was basically quiet, probably due to speed limits.
Breakfast was excellent with nice views.

Breakfast was always fresh. Rooms had amazing views. Location amazing as everything nearby and Starbucks attached to hotel. Got room upgrade when we got there. Cleaners were spot on. We needed something printing on the last day and reception were really helpful. The gym was small but very well equipped and empty. Had free bottled water daily. Had some amazing restaurant recommendations from the hotel too.

This is my 5th stay and I absolutely love this hotel.
The ocean views are stunning. The sea view rooms offer uninterrupted views of the sea and port.
The rooms are well appointed with the mini bar being free as an added bonus.
The pool area is very modern with gorgeous timber beach chairs and a couple of timber canopies.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The variety is wide accomodating all dietary choices.
The views from the restaurant are amazing.
The only complaint is the lift quite small but whatever.
I have been returning for years it’s the best located best appointed hotel in Kusadasi.
Parking was not a problem.

This hotel was one highlight from or vacation. I was with my mother in August in this place. From the first moment they were welcome us very kindly, and the rooms were so clean. The breakfast and the foods (we were eat wraps) was very fresh and delicious. At the night we were on the rooftop bar, our waiter was so kind and make very nice cocktails (Ilayda cocktails). They were helping us to go to Ephesus tour, what we really appreciated. Every day they clean the rooms, and we were see the nice panorama from Kusadasi through our window. You can see the sunset too from the top and rest by the pool if you have mood.
If I want to come back here, I will definitely choose them again.

Scenery of the room and roof top pool but the breakfast was great, it could be nice if the pool was close to sea scenery. Also hotel has closed parking area under the hotel, this is a great chance coz parking is a problem close to shore.

We had a wonderful stay at Avangarde Ilayda! Everything was perfect—the location, service, and especially our room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and truly amazing. It felt luxurious and comfortable in every way.
However, the only downside was that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. I requested it from the reception multiple times, but unfortunately, they kept forgetting to bring it, which was a bit disappointing. 🥲
Aside from that small hiccup, everything else exceeded our expectations. Would still recommend the hotel and would love to come back!

This hotel is an amazing place to stay, great location, beautiful pool area and friendly staff. Especially Onurcan! He was very attentive and made our family trip so special! He was the best part of the hotel! Whatever the hotel is paying him is not enough.

Rooms had a fantastic view of the waterfront, rooms were also quite large and the drinks in the mini fridge were complimentary.
We had booked a 3 pax option which we had assumed would be an extra bed, but it was the couch with a bedsheet on it. The hotel did not provide an extra pillow nor blanket for that person. The couch is also quite narrow so would suggest that smaller person of the group take that option.
The bathroom was large and spacious however there is no handheld shower head and the lever to turn on the shower came out of the wall. Their blankets are quite thin and small so would also recommend that you request for an extra one if you are sharing with another.
Another issue was the music and noise from the waterfront is quite loud at night so it might bother the lighter sleepers.
Overall still a decent place to stay with great views and a convenient location.
