The staff was nice, room was comfortable, breakfast was goos. The issue was the manager th credit card machine wasnt recognizing my CC which is my international card, he has the audacity to mansplain to me why my card was the issue not his credit card terminal. Yet the i ised my card in several countries before arriving in Turkey and sevearl other cities in turkey before arriving at this hotel

Used this as a spot to rest in between adventures. Perfect for that. Hotel is clean and hosts are knowledgable and accommodating. Extended stay a second night because of change in plans. Lovely balcony with mountain view. Kitchen was a nice addition and allowed us to store and heat up leftovers instead of dining out again. Would stay here again.

It was a short walk to the beach, that was doable and nice. The apartment was nice, and ok size for 2adults and 2children, But one could hear everything from the hallway and loud music in the night.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean, but the bathroom and room were not very clean, there was a smell of damp in the room. Suitable for short stays.

I work remotely and the wifi had issues but the host was kind enough to lend me his portable wifi router so all was great.

In general the place is ok. Needs renovation.

The staff are great it is a family run they can’t do enough for you it is clean the food is great. The only down fall is the beds could be better and softer we came on Saturday to the Wednesday our hot water in bathroom wasn’t going have reported it but still not fixed. Had my first solo holiday here at Blue Palace, Marmaris. Instantly welcomed by the owner (Ozzy) who was very friendly & extremely helpful from the get go. All staff were very kind, polite & entertaining. My room was extremely clean & modern. The hotel location was perfect, down a quiet side street but walking distance to the lively beach front & supermarkets. Will definitely be staying here again.

What a fantastic hotel! Not too big, not to small, staff remember you and care about your holiday. Location not far from Old Town. A very basic hotel but clean. The bathroom plumbing needs attention. Location was good, not too far to walk to the bus station or the Old Town.
