We would like to ask you about the accomodation for 2 families. 1 family - 2 adults and 2 children 16-12years and 2 adults and 3 children 16-11-6. Date from 14.10-15.10.25. Also we need transfer from Dalaman airoport.
Reply to management comment: I didnt say i stayed for 40 days i wrote the days were 40 Celsius every day making no aircon a nightmare. Also the outages were every day not just the 3 hours which you have replied with to try and minimise the impact. Offering a discount on our return is totally disingenuous given we will never come back. Once again not one apology for inconvenience caused for 4 continuous days of power outages that once again strangely only happened to our room.
