Location: 90 km from Dalaman airport, 300 m from the center of Marmaris, 80 m from the beach.

Consists of one 4 - and two 5-storey buildings (23% of rooms with sea view).

Total area: 3400 m2.

The hotel has 196 rooms.

Beach: public, sandy beach 80 m away, has a sandy entrance to the sea. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – no.

All inclusive: Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, afternoon snack, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (10.30 - 22.30).

The only bad point in this hotel are the rooms very old but clean and they get cleaned every day. The good point about it is the staff they are very friendly and helpful ...the food could be limited but for the price it's ok I love soups and veggies so I liked it...

In the bar he careful I asked for diet coke thf guy gave me normal coke with soda ...they need to understand that diabetics can t get sugar at all...so mixing normal coke with soda daes not make it sugar free coke ...

The Agean Park Hotel cheep and cheerfull, the room only lost stars because there was no fridge, but they were comfortable enough to sleep in. The staff were lovely, always helpful and accommodating. The location for this hotel is wonderful because it's very close to the beach and central to most of the bars and shops( without the noise of the bars). The 3 things that let's this hotel down a lot were the food, the all-inclusive package, and the pool closing at 6 pm. we were in marmaris, and the temperature was 34+ every day we needed the pool. The food is terrible whatever is for dinner the night before you will find at breakfast the next day, there is no variety. The all-inclusive does not include snacks or ice creams at all or water when the bar is not open. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at set 2h slots with at least 150 people trying to get food all at once. The bar only serves from 10 am till 6 pm and 7 pm till 10pm that is not all-inclusive

We stayed here for 5 days,the location is great for the beach only 2 minutes walk around the corner,shops on the doorstep and atm machines next door also taxis next door to,the rooms are basic but very clean,staff are fantastic,helpful and very friendly,food is different each day salads ,pasta,chips,chicken etc,if your expecting English food daily you won’t get it,you are in turkey so a lot of Turkish food,bar is great,coffee,juice and water available all day,pools are very clean,if you prefer English food there are lots off bars on the seafront that cater for you and very cheap,Tiffany’s is great also. Salt & pepper bar, this hotel is in a prime location,and has changed a lot,we loved it quiet and relaxing and will be going back again next year

The location is amazing however the hotel is not. There is A,B and C. A hotel rooms are very old and dirty. We had to spend one night in the A rooms. The tiles in the bathroom were all cracked. We was moved to B set rooms. And they was a lot better however they wasn’t cleaned once and we stayed for 2 weeks. There was never any toilet roll we always had to go reception to get them. We was given 2 towels for our whole stay. And when we asked for new ones they said they didn’t have any. The staff were lovely to us but their English isn’t the best. We had to eat out everyday as the food wasn’t the best. The pool was dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Please do not book this hotel. It’s the hotel from hell. It’s shabby, dirty and old. The food is disgusting and the smell from the toilets wafts through the dining area. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Terrible alcoholic drinks in plastic cups and the hotel is full of arrogant Russians. Food poisoning is a definite possibility. A 1 star hotel at best.

The hygiene in this hotel is on zero level. The rooms werent clean when we go inside for the first time.
The lock device doesnt unlock our room and we wait 1 hour to replece it.

Me and my partner stayed here and it was awful. The food was shocking. We lived off bread and chips for the full week. Full of arrogant Russians. Hot water was none existent. Room was very dated and basic. Location was ok. Also there was no entertainment like in other hotels.

The staff tried to contact My teenage daughter with inappropriate intentions! When we complained to manager he assured us the staff member would be removed only for us to find him there sneaking around working. Disgusting.
