The owner of the hotel is incredibly kind and friendly. We were given complimentary Turkish tea on arrival and coffee in the morning. The rooms were well cleaned and beds were comfortable. It is a perfect location to town. Only a few minutes walk to local markets, restaurants and the natural hot springs. Highly recommend.

The place is located right in front of the travertine, within walking distance to the bus stop, approximately a 5-10 minute walk. They offer breakfast at an additional charge of €6, which I think is reasonably priced. The owners are helpful in assisting with planning your itinerary.

Excellent place to stay on the quieter outskirts of Pamukkale - still close enough to walk in and out of the village (15 minutes) but secluded, the only noise being the call of the muezzin. The standout is the immense Turkish breakfast, especially the gozlëme and olives.

This hotel is across the street from the "white Cotton" terraces of Pamukkale. The host was terrific and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We walked all the way up, explored the ruins, then hiked back down. No need for public transport! One of the more popular hotels near Pamukkale. It is value for money. Rooms are pretty spacious and comes with a balcony. Very nice hotel with even nicer staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety and the food was delicious. Very near Pamukkale. The owner get friendly after a chat. The place isn't luxurious but comfortable, clean and in good condition. It feels authentic like in a turkish countryside familly house. The breakfast was very good yet simple as we know traditional turquish breakfast. I recommand always taking hotel breakfast in Turkey because it can get expensive quickly in restaurants.

The rooms come with a tub and thermal water. We tried filling up the tub but the water kept escaping. When it was finally full, we had to wait for it to cool and by the time it did there was no water left. Was disappointed by this experience.

We were very well looked after at the Mustafa Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They let us store our backpacks before checking in to visit Pamukkale. Stayed here for a night with kids. the staff were good and helpful. The property could use some upgrading, but it was a comfortable stay overall. We were accommodated quickly and without any problems at the hotel, which we only went to for one day, and we were happy that they gave us their larger and upper segment rooms. It is an old hotel from the days of boarding houses, but it is clean and quite central. The operators were helpful and respectful.

The location is perfect(2min walking to the pools), but there is no reception 24h, we had to wait a while at the door until they opened (6am). The rooms are very nice and clean, with AC, but the bathroom of the mixed dorm was dirty and had a lot of water on the floor. I would maximum stay 1 night there to see the Pamukkale pools. There is not much more to do.
